s1: sequentially stacking a plurality of socket ends (1) and a plurality of socket ends (4) to the upper sides of seat stands (14) in a first feeding box (9) and a second feeding box (10) of the assembling machine, and then putting a sealing ring body (100) to the upper sides of supporting rods (117) in an assembling box (11);

s2: lifting the socket end (1) and the socket end (4) above the penultimate layer;

s3: respectively clamping the socket end (1) and the socket end (4) at the lowest side, and moving the sealing ring body (100) at the upper side of the support rod (117) to an assembling part;

s4: the spigot end (1) and the socket end (4) are moved to the assembly part of the assembly box (11) and are assembled with the sealing ring body (100).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sealing ring tools, in particular to a rubber sealing ring with high elasticity, which can be used for thread butt joint.

Background

The sealing ring is an important component in pipe butt joint and used for sealing a connecting part of a pipe, the rubber sealing ring is a large category of sealing ring, the category of the rubber sealing ring is increased along with the increase of the category of rubber, and the application range is enlarged along with the increase of the category of the rubber sealing ring.

When the threaded pipelines are connected, the raw rubber belt is mostly adopted to be wound and then butted and sealed, the raw rubber belt can be hardened and lose the sealing property in the long-term use process, and water seepage is caused after butting, but if the threaded pipelines are butted by using the rubber sealing ring, the rubber ring can generate displacement and other conditions.

Through search, chinese patent discloses a seal ring (publication No. CN103486272B) for use in pipe connection, in which a tower-shaped spring with a circular section or a tower-shaped spring with a flat square section is installed in a cavity of a rubber seal ring, the top and bottom of the cavity of the rubber seal ring are made into an arc surface or a plane corresponding to the tower-shaped spring with a circular section or the tower-shaped spring with a flat square section, and the dimensional relationship of the cross section of the rubber seal ring is as follows: the width of the lower edge is equal to the width of the sealing groove on the connecting pipeline, the height of the outer edge is 1.1-1.2 times of the depth of the sealing groove on the connecting pipeline, the height of the inner edge is 1.1-1.4 times of the height of the outer edge, and the width of the lower edge is 1.05-1.4 times of the width of the upper edge.

the two sides of the sealing ring body are provided with thread grooves, so that the rubber ring is not displaced after being installed, and a sealing layer with an elastomer is formed between the inner threads and the outer threads of the pipe, so that the water tightness of a connecting part is improved;

the sealing ring body 100 comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 62 parts of natural rubber, 16 parts of isoprene rubber, 23 parts of butadiene rubber, 16 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 17 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 5 parts of an XJRHJ-19 softener, 3 parts of a DBP plasticizer, 2.3 parts of a T2011 improver and 4.1 parts of other auxiliaries, wherein the other auxiliaries are an SMXP-D1 defoaming agent, a WR1300LV anti-sticking agent, a TM-100 coupling agent, a B I PB-45 common bridging agent and an AL-450 white smoke active agent, and the weight ratio of the auxiliary agents is 1: 1.15: 1: 1.2: 0.7 ratio.

Referring to fig. 5-6, the assembling machine includes an assembling table 20, wherein the left and right sides of the upper side of the assembling table 20 are fixedly connected with a first feeding box 9 and a second feeding box 10 respectively for receiving the socket end 1 and the socket end 4, and the upper side of the assembling table 20 is fixedly connected with an assembling box 11 between the first feeding box 9 and the second feeding box 10;

A driving motor 195 is fixed on one side of the fixing frame 191, and a gear meshed with the teeth on the side surface of the gear carrier 193 is fixedly connected to the output end of the driving motor 195 and used for driving the gear carrier 193, so that the positions of the two groups of clamping manipulators 194 can be conveniently adjusted.

One side of the driving motor 195 is connected to the output end of the third cylinder 18, thereby reducing the load between the connection portion thereof and the fixing frame 191.

Referring to fig. 8, a feed opening is formed on a side of the assembly box 11, which is originally a side of the assembly table 20, a fixing table 116 is fixedly connected to a side of the assembly box 11, which is close to the feed opening, and a support rod 117 is fixedly connected to an upper side of the fixing table 116, for supporting the seal ring body 100.

A rubber sealing ring capable of being used for threaded butt joint of high elastic bodies comprises a sealing ring body 100, a socket end 1 and a socket end 4, wherein an inner thread groove 7 is formed in the sealing ring body 100, an outer thread groove 6 is formed in the outer side of the sealing ring body 100, and one end of the sealing ring body 100 is provided with an o-shaped lip edge 5 extending outwards; the outer side of the socket end 1 is provided with an external thread 2 corresponding to the internal thread groove 7 and used for being in threaded connection with the internal thread groove 7; the female thread 3 corresponding to the male thread groove 6 is arranged in the female end 4 and is in threaded connection with the male thread groove 6;

the sealing ring body 100 comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 70 parts of natural rubber, 30 parts of isoprene rubber, 30 parts of butadiene rubber, 20 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 30 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 15 parts of XJRHJ-19 softener, 10 parts of DBP plasticizer, 5 parts of T2011 improver and 5 parts of other auxiliaries, wherein the other auxiliaries are an SMXP-D1 defoaming agent, a WR1300LV anti-sticking agent, a TM-100 coupling agent, a B I PB-45 common bridging agent and an AL-450 white smoke active agent, and the weight ratio of the raw materials is 1: 1.07: 1.12: 0.95: the mixture was mixed at a ratio of 0.97.

starting two groups of third air cylinders 18 in the first feeding box 9 and the second feeding box 10 to drive two groups of rotary clampers 19 to respectively move to one side of the socket end 1 and the socket end 4, moving each clamping manipulator 194 on the side surfaces of the two groups of rotary clampers 19 to the outer side corresponding to the edges of the socket end 1 and the socket end 4, then starting the rotary clampers 19 to respectively clamp the socket end 1 and the socket end 4, enabling the clamping parts not to contact with the external threads 2 of the socket end 1 and the internal threads 3 of the socket end 4, starting the screw rod driver 111 and the fifth air cylinder 115 to move the sealing ring body 100 on the upper side of the supporting rod 117 to the assembly part, starting the screw rod driver 111 firstly when moving, moving the driving frame 112 to one side of the sealing ring body 100, then starting the fourth air cylinder 113 to move the clamping frame 114 to one side of the sealing ring body 100 which is not contacted with the supporting rod 117, then, starting a fifth air cylinder 115 to clamp and fix the sealing ring body 100, starting the screw rod driver 111 again, and resetting the clamping frame 114 to an assembly position;

the two sets of third cylinders 18 in the first feeding box 9 and the second feeding box 10 are started, the spigot end 1 and the socket end 4 are moved to the assembly part of the assembly box 11 and are assembled with the seal ring body 100, during assembly, the spigot end 1 is moved to one side of the seal ring body 100, then the driving motor 195 is started, the gear rack 193 is driven to rotate, the spigot end 1 and the seal ring body 100 can be driven to complete threaded connection, then the clamping rack 114 is moved to one side of the supporting rod 117 again, another seal ring body 100 is clamped, meanwhile, the third cylinders 18 and the rotary clamp 19 in the second feeding box 10 are started, the socket end 4 is connected to the other end of the seal ring body 100 in a threaded mode, and assembly can be completed.
