When the whole mechanism is stored, the keyboard is pushed until the rubber bulges on the keyboard are embedded into the middle of the wave-shaped bulges of the tray, so that the keyboard is fixed in the tray; when the tray is turned to the original position, the tray is fixed with the slide rail frame through the magnetic attraction of the two sides; the whole mechanism is pushed back to the back of the integrated machine along with the sliding rail, and the mechanism is locked by stirring the lock hooks of the two side panels.

The invention relates to a wall-mounted all-in-one machine, which is characterized in that a keyboard is reinforced into a drawing and overturning mechanism and is accommodated and fixed on the back of the wall-mounted all-in-one machine. The miniature sliding rail is adopted, so that the miniature keyboard drawing and overturning mechanism can slide to the lower end of the all-in-one machine, and cannot be shielded by a screen of the all-in-one machine when in use; the keyboard tray is stably turned to a suitable angle for operation through the damping rotating shaft and the panel limiting structure and is fixed, and the keyboard is moved through the miniature sliding rail, so that the keyboard tray can be conveniently operated. When the keyboard is stored, the wave-shaped bulges on the tray and the rubber bulges on the keyboard are clamped mutually, and when the keyboard is turned back to the original position, the magnetic suction bodies on the two sides of the tray are attracted with the suction pieces on the two sides of the slide rail frame; the latch hooks on the two sides of the panel lock the whole mechanism to the integrated machine. The keyboard drawing and overturning mechanism not only can minimize the overall dimension in a reasonable reinforcing mode, but also is convenient for an operator to use and can meet the vibration impact under severe conditions.

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a keypad drawing and turning mechanism includes: the device comprises a slide rail frame 1, an outer slide rail 2, an inner slide rail 3, a tray 4, a keyboard 5, a magnet 6, a damping rotating shaft 7, a panel 8, a spring 9, a small cover plate 10 and a lock hook 11.

The slide rail frame 1 is a rectangular frame, the wall thickness is 1.5mm, the length is 448.3mm, the width is 173mm, the height is 37mm, and both sides of the slide rail frame 1 are provided with a phi 13mm rotating shaft mounting hole, 4 phi 2.7mm rotating shaft mounting holes which are uniformly distributed along the axis, 2-M2.5 magnetic suction mounting holes and 4-M2.5 slide rail mounting holes.

The outer slide rail 2 is a slide rail with the length of 150mm, the height of 15.5mm, the thickness of 9.7mm and the sliding distance of 177mm, and the inner slide rail and the outer slide rail are respectively connected with the slide rail frame 1 and the integrated machine through 4 mounting holes with the diameter of 2.8 mm.

The inner slide rail 3 is an ultra-thin slide rail with the length of 100mm, the structure is similar to that of the outer slide rail 2, the height is 15.5mm, the thickness is 5.2mm, the maximum stroke is 137mm, the inner slide rail and the outer slide rail are respectively provided with 5 mounting holes with the diameter of 2.8mm, and the inner slide rail and the outer slide rail are connected with the tray 4 and the keyboard 5 through the mounting holes.

Tray 4 is the rectangle casing, the wall thickness is 3mm, length is 436.5mm, the width is 170mm, thickness is 30mm, tray 4's the left and right sides all is equipped with phi 15.5mm pivot mounting hole and 4 pivot mounting holes of phi 2.7mm along the axis equipartition, 5-M2.5's interior slide rail mounting hole and 2-M2.5 magnetism inhale the mounting hole, and install damping pivot 7 and interior slide rail 3 on tray 4 through M2.5's countersunk screw, the front end of tray 4 inside both sides of casing is equipped with the wave form arch, crest department width is 4.65mm, trough department width 2.65mm, the total depth is 18mm, thickness is 7mm, be equipped with the attacker in the middle of tray 4 front end, length 80mm, width 20 mm.

The keyboard 5 is 420mm in length, 160mm in width and 31.5mm in thickness, mounting holes of the inner sliding rails 3 are formed in the two sides of the keyboard 5, the aperture is 5-M2.5mm, triangular rubber bulges are further arranged at the front ends of the two sides, the protruding length is 2.5mm, the depth is 7mm, the thickness is 5mm, and the rubber bulges deform to be embedded between the wave-shaped bulges of the tray 4 when being stressed.

The magnetic attraction 6 is an ultra-thin type magnetic attraction and comprises a body and attraction pieces, the length dimension is 35mm, the width dimension is 15mm, the body is arranged at the rear ends of two sides in the sliding rail frame 1, the attraction pieces are arranged at the front ends of two sides of the shell of the tray 4, and the total thickness is 3.4mm after the body and the attraction pieces are attracted.

The damping rotating shaft 7 is used for connecting and overturning the slide rail frame 1 and the tray 4, the maximum outer diameter is phi 27mm, the shaft diameters of two ends are phi 15mm and phi 12mm respectively, the diameter of the wire passing hole is phi 9mm, the torque of the rotating shaft is 20kgf.cm, and M2.5 threaded holes and phi 2.8mm countersunk holes which are uniformly distributed along the axis are formed in two ends of the rotating shaft respectively.

Panel 8 is used for fixed whole tilting mechanism, it is long to be 80mm, it is wide to be 37mm, thickness 8mm, 2M 3 screw holes through the side border are connected with slide rail frame 1, the upper and lower border of panel 8 one side stretches out length 10 mm's arch, the width is 4mm and 7mm respectively, thickness is 1.5mm, it is spacing to be used for the upset, panel 8's centre is equipped with length 21mm, width 6.4 mm's long circular slot, the groove back face is equipped with 2 heavy platforms, the size is 65mm x 12mm x 1.1mm respectively, 46mm x 8.5mm x 5.4mm, be used for installation spring 9 and latch hook 11.

The spring 9 is a compression spring, the diameter of the outer ring is 4mm, and the length is 20 mm.

The small cover plate 10 is a thin plate with the thickness of 1mm, the length of the thin plate is 63mm, the width of the thin plate is 10.5mm, a rectangular groove is formed in the middle of the thin plate, the length of the thin plate is 14mm, the width of the thin plate is 5mm, and two counter bores phi 3.5mm for connecting the panel 8 are formed in the two ends of the thin plate.

Latch hook 11 is the dysmorphism piece, appearance length is 31mm, the width is 8mm, the position placed in the middle is equipped with the arch that is used for the hand to stir, highly be 7mm, width 15mm, press down latch hook 11 and protruding end and spring 9 about, put into panel 8's heavy platform together, by little apron 10 and 2M 3's screw fastening, the latch hook 11 lower part is stretched out and is colluded the form arch, the degree of depth is 11.5mm, thickness is 3.2mm, the width is 4mm, a locking slot department for colluding into the all-in-one when the spring relaxs, and then fixed whole keyboard pull tilting mechanism.

When the keyboard pulling and overturning mechanism of the small all-in-one machine works, the locking hooks 11 on the two side panels 8 are simultaneously pulled, and the panels 8 are pulled downwards, so that the whole mechanism slides downwards through the outer sliding rails 2 and is separated from a frame of the all-in-one machine; after the maximum stroke of the outer sliding rail is reached, the tray 4 and the keyboard 5 are pulled by a button handle of the tray 4 to turn outwards until the tray 4 and the keyboard 5 turn to a protruding structure with 10mm of the side edge of the panel 8, so that the tray 4 and the keyboard 5 are limited at a certain angle, the angle is about 99 degrees, the keyboard 5 is pulled to be drawn out along the inner sliding rail 3, and the position is adjusted to be suitable for operation. When the whole mechanism is stored, the keyboard 5 is pushed until the rubber bulges on the keyboard 5 are embedded between the wave-shaped bulges of the tray 4, so that the keyboard 5 is fixed in the tray 4; when the tray 4 is turned to the original position, the tray is fixed with the slide rail frame 1 through the magnetic attraction 6 at the two sides; the whole mechanism is pushed back to the back of the integrated machine along with the inner sliding rail 2, and the mechanism is locked and fixed on the integrated machine by stirring the lock hooks of the two side panels 8.
