Background

In a base station system for mobile communication, communication signals carrying communication data in a specific frequency range are generally transmitted through a transmitting antenna, and the communication signals are received through a receiving antenna. The signal received by the receiving antenna contains not only the communication signal carrying the communication data within the specific frequency range, but also a number of spurious or interfering signals outside the specific frequency range. To obtain a communication signal carrying communication data in a specific frequency range transmitted by a transmitting antenna from a signal received by a receiving antenna, the signal received by the receiving antenna is usually filtered by a cavity filter, so as to filter out noise or interference signals outside the specific frequency of the communication signal carrying communication data.

The cavity filter is widely used as a frequency selection device. The outer surface of the cavity filter is generally required to be subjected to powder spraying treatment to improve corrosion resistance, and during the powder spraying treatment, a threaded part is generally adopted to block a mounting hole of the vent valve before powder spraying is carried out.

The existing vent valve mounting hole comprises a threaded hole section relatively close to the inner surface and an inclined hole section relatively close to the outer surface, accumulated powder is easily generated at the intersection of the inclined hole section and the threaded hole section during powder spraying, the accumulated powder at the position reduces the channel area of the opening of the threaded hole section, the adhesion is tight and the cleaning is not easy, and the accumulated powder easily causes installation obstruction to the vent valve in the threaded hole section.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a cavity filter, a cavity and a manufacturing method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that accumulated powder is easy to cause installation obstruction to a threaded hole section of a vent valve during powder spraying treatment in the prior art.

In order to solve the technical problem, the application adopts a technical scheme that: the cavity of the cavity filter is provided with a through vent valve mounting hole, the vent valve mounting hole is used for mounting a vent valve, the vent valve mounting hole comprises a threaded hole section and a counter bore section, the counter bore section is close to the outer surface of the cavity, and the threaded hole section is close to the inner surface of the cavity.

In order to solve the technical problem, the application adopts a technical scheme that: provided is a method for manufacturing a cavity of a cavity filter, including:

forming a blank through die casting or numerical control machining;

forming a threaded bore section on the blank;

forming a counter bore section on the blank;

arranging a plugging piece in the counter bore section;

and spraying powder on the outer surface of the blank.

The beneficial effect of this application is: different from the situation of the prior art, the cavity provided by the invention is novel in structure and convenient to manufacture, the counter bore section is plugged by the plugging piece during powder spraying treatment due to the additional counter bore section, the plugging piece is taken away after the powder spraying is finished, powder slag does not easily influence the installation of the vent valve in the threaded hole section, and the installation convenience of the vent valve is improved.

The outer surface 101 of the cavity and the angled bore section 130 are provided with a powder coating (not shown), and the threaded bore section 110 and the counterbore section 120 are not provided with a powder coating.

Since the diameter of the counter bore section 120 is larger than that of the threaded bore section 110, even if powder deposits exist at the inner end (the end with the smaller diameter) of the inclined bore section 130, the powder deposits hardly affect the passage area at the opening of the threaded bore section 110, and installation obstruction of the vent valve in the threaded bore section 110 is not easily caused.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a cavity filter, which comprises a cavity, a cover plate, a resonance tube (not shown in the figure), a tuning screw rod (not shown in the figure) and other components, wherein the cover plate covers the cavity to form a resonant cavity, the resonance tube is arranged in the resonant cavity, and the tuning screw rod penetrates through the cover plate or the cavity to extend into the resonant cavity and is opposite to the resonance tube for adjusting radio frequency parameters.

The cover plate or the cavity is provided with a through vent valve mounting hole 100, the vent valve mounting hole 100 is used for mounting a vent valve (not shown in the figure), the vent valve mounting hole 100 comprises a threaded hole section 110 and a counter bore section 120, the counter bore section 120 is close to the outer surface 101 of the cavity, and the threaded hole section 110 is close to the inner surface 102 of the cavity.

forming a threaded bore section 110 in the blank;

arranging a plugging piece on the counter bore section 120, wherein the plugging piece can be a silica gel plug and is limited and assembled through an assembly table;

powder is sprayed on the outer surface 101 of the blank.

The method of manufacturing further includes forming a slanted hole section 130 in the blank, the slanted hole section 130 being located on a side of the counter bored section 120 remote from the threaded hole section 110.

In summary, those skilled in the art can easily understand that the cavity provided by the invention has a novel structure and is convenient to manufacture, because the counter bore section 120 is additionally arranged, the counter bore section 120 can be blocked by the blocking piece during powder spraying treatment, and the blocking piece is taken away after the powder spraying is finished, so that the powder slag does not easily influence the installation of the vent valve into the threaded hole section 110, and the installation convenience of the vent valve is improved.
