The invention relates to a novel balance device of a rolling mill, which adopts a liquid with proper viscosity and compression performance, converts energy by utilizing the static pressure effect of the liquid, converts kinetic energy into required potential energy, plays a role in compressing, damping and eliminating gaps and achieves the effect of balancing the position deviation of a supporting roll. The elastic damping body balancing device seals the elastic damping body in a closed container, the stroke space is preset, the pressure of a roller system is borne, and the appearance can be designed according to actual requirements. The elastic damping body is barrel-shaped and is filled with prepressing force P through the one-way valve. When the elastic damping device works, when the external force is smaller than the pre-pressure, the piston is still, and when the external force is larger than the pre-pressure, the piston moves downwards, the volume of the elastic damping body in the cylinder body is reduced, and the pre-pressure is large until the volume is equal to the external force.

The deviation of partial rolling force is balanced, the rigidity of the rolling mill is improved, and the deviation rectifying effect is realized on the slight inclination of the HGC cylinder under the condition of maintenance without stopping production, so that the vibration impact of the rolling force on the bearing part is buffered. The tilt C2 of the upper support roll chock can be balanced by the installation of an elastic damping pad. If the effect is not good, the device can be quickly disassembled, and the production is not influenced.
