At present, when the foundation bolt external thread processing stake is tested to the mounting nut, the nut is usually installed by hand, the installation workload is large, a plurality of nuts are required to be installed in sequence by an operator, and the operation efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pneumatic nut mounting tool for a foundation bolt, which aims to solve the problems that when a standard pile is machined by testing the external thread of the foundation bolt by mounting a nut at present, the nut is usually mounted manually, the mounting workload is large, an operator needs to mount a plurality of nuts in sequence, and the operating efficiency is low.

one side of the mounting assembly is elastically connected with a limiting piece fixed on the fixing piece, the mounting assembly comprises a mounting sleeve and a movable sleeve, the outer side of the mounting sleeve is in sliding fit with the fixing piece, the movable sleeve is arranged in the mounting sleeve and elastically connected with the mounting sleeve through a plurality of first elastic pieces, and a clamping seat for placing a nut is detachably arranged in the movable sleeve;

the fixing piece is provided with a pressing component which is used for being matched with the clamping seat to clamp the nut in a sliding mode.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, an installation tool for a pneumatic nut of a geobolt includes a rotating platform 1, one side of the rotating platform 1 is connected to an output end 3 of a rotary power member, the other side of the rotating platform 1 is provided with a plurality of parallel fixing members, the plurality of fixing members are arranged along a circumference, a plurality of installation assemblies 4 for placing nuts are sequentially arranged between the fixing members, one side of each installation assembly 4 is elastically connected to a limiting member fixed on the fixing member, each installation assembly 4 includes an installation sleeve 41 and a movable sleeve 42, the installation sleeve 41 is slidably fitted to the fixing members through an outer boss 44, the movable sleeve 42 is arranged inside the installation sleeve 41, the movable sleeve 42 is elastically connected to the installation sleeve 41 through a plurality of first elastic members, the first elastic members are preferably first springs 43, a clamping seat 9 for placing nuts is detachably installed inside the movable sleeve 42, the fixing piece is slidably provided with a pressing assembly used for matching with the clamping seat 9 to clamp the nut.

When the nut aligning device is used, nuts are sequentially placed in the clamping seat 9, the pressing assembly is matched with the clamping seat 9 to press the nuts, a plurality of nut ears are sequentially installed on the outermost nut and the aligning bolt in the rotating process of the rotating platform 1, after the installation is completed, the pressing assembly is separated from the nuts, and the installation tool is pulled out along the bolt.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member is a fixing rod 2, and a gap between the fixing rods 2 is used for placing a nut for the nut to pass through, the number of the screws 81 is two in the present invention, and in actual design, according to actual conditions, a proper number of fixing rods 2 can be selected under the condition that the nut can pass through intermittently;

meanwhile, the number of the mounting assemblies 4 is three, and the mounting assemblies 4 with the corresponding number can be assembled actually according to the number of the mounting nuts.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the limiting member is a limiting plate 6, the limiting plate 6 is elastically connected to the mounting sleeve 41 through a second elastic member, the second elastic member is a second spring 5 in the present invention, when in actual use, other elastic members with spring expansion and contraction capability are replaced, such as a tension spring, etc., and meanwhile, the first elastic member may also be replaced with a proper elastic member, which is not a hard requirement in the present invention;

meanwhile, the mounting sleeve 41 and the limiting piece are elastically connected, so that the limiting plate 6 is prevented from being pulled out when the mounting device is mounted and pulled out, and the limiting plate 6 and the movable sleeve 42 or the clamping seat 9 can be elastically connected under the condition that the limiting plate 6 does not prevent the nut in actual design.

As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the movable sleeve 42 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves for mounting and matching with the clamping seat 9, the clamping seat 9 in the present invention can be replaced according to the specification of the mounting nut in an actual situation, and certainly, in a design, the use flexibility of the mounting tool is improved.

As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, a soft support layer for supporting the nut is disposed at one end of the clamping seat 9, and the nut is provided and is convenient to be pulled out after the nut is installed, so as to avoid a problem that the nut is locked by the support layer and the installation tool cannot be pulled out.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing assembly includes a plurality of pressing rings 7, the plurality of pressing rings 7 are used for matching with a clamping seat 9 in the corresponding mounting assembly 4 to fix a nut, the pressing rings 7 are made of a compressible soft material, and the pressing rings 7 are pressed to the surface of the nut through a fixing seat 71 slidably mounted on the fixing rod 2.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly 8 includes a screw 81, wherein the screw 81 sequentially forms a thread pair transmission with the plurality of fixing seats 71, and the screw 81 is driven to rotate by a rotating motor 82 installed on the fixing member, so as to drive the fixing seats 71 to move and compress the compression ring 7.

Compared with the prior art, the first elastic piece is designed to enable the nuts to have a certain rotation allowance to be matched with the threads on the bolts when the nuts are installed, and meanwhile, the limiting pieces elastically connected with the installation sleeve 41 are arranged to enable the plurality of nuts to have a certain distance of adjusting travel to be meshed with the threads of the nuts when the nuts are installed.
