As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the curtain device 100 includes a pair of reels 1 and a curtain body 5, and the pair of reels 1 are detachably, rotatably and symmetrically mounted to the intercooler. The curtain stopping body 5 is arranged on the pair of winding shafts 1 in a curling mode, two edges of the curtain stopping body 5 are fixed to the pair of winding shafts 1 respectively, part of the curtain stopping body 5 is unfolded between the pair of winding shafts 1, and the rest of the curtain stopping body 5 is arranged on the two winding shafts 1 in a curling mode. The curtain blocking device 100 further comprises a handle 7, wherein an outer hexagonal head is arranged at the top end of the handle 7, an inner hexagonal hole is formed in the end part of each reel 1, and the outer hexagonal head of the handle 7 is matched with the inner hexagonal hole; when the reel 1 needs to be adjusted, the outer hexagonal head of the handle 7 is inserted into the inner hexagonal hole at the end part of the reel 1 for adjustment, the structure is simple, the adjustment is convenient, and the handle 7 is packed up without taking up extra space when the adjustment is not needed.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the present application further discloses an embodiment of a vehicle head structure, which comprises an intercooler 200, a water tank, an intake grille and the above-mentioned curtain device 100, wherein the curtain device 100 is located between the intercooler 200 and the intake grille, and the curtain device 100 is installed on the intercooler 200; the water tank is installed behind the intercooler, and the curtain blocking device 100 is used for blocking small-size foreign matters for the water tank or keeping the water tank warm.

According to the locomotive structure, the curtain blocking device 100 is arranged, the curtain blocking device 100 is located between the intercooler 200 and the air inlet grille, and the two modes of the insect prevention mode and the wind shielding mode of the curtain blocking device 100 can be switched, so that foreign matters can be further prevented, and small-volume foreign matters are prevented from entering and accumulating after passing through the air inlet grille to influence heat dissipation; meanwhile, when the external temperature is low, the mode can be switched to the wind shielding mode, and the wind shielding part 52 of the curtain shielding device 100 is used for preventing heat dissipation, so that the hot car efficiency is improved.

With regard to the vehicle head structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the curtain device 100 includes a pair of reels 1 and a curtain body 5, and the pair of reels 1 are detachably, rotatably and symmetrically mounted to the intercooler. The curtain stopping body 5 is arranged on the pair of winding shafts 1 in a curling mode, two edges of the curtain stopping body 5 are fixed to the pair of winding shafts 1 respectively, part of the curtain stopping body 5 is unfolded between the pair of winding shafts 1, and the rest of the curtain stopping body 5 is arranged on the two winding shafts 1 in a curling mode. The pair of scroll shafts 1 are arranged symmetrically up and down, and in a conventional state, one insect-proof net part 51 of the curtain blocking body 5 blocks the air inlet grille, the rest curtain blocking bodies 5 are wound on the scroll shaft 1 at the lower part, and the scroll shaft 1 at the upper part is empty. When the outside temperature is low, the upper reel 1 is rotated, the insect net part 51 is gradually folded, and the wind shielding part 52 is gradually unfolded.

Regarding the vehicle head structure, in another embodiment, the curtain blocking device 100 includes a pair of reels 1 and a curtain blocking body 5, and the pair of reels 1 are detachably, rotatably and symmetrically mounted to the intercooler. The curtain stopping body 5 is arranged on the pair of winding shafts 1 in a curling mode, two edges of the curtain stopping body 5 are fixed to the pair of winding shafts 1 respectively, part of the curtain stopping body 5 is unfolded between the pair of winding shafts 1, and the rest of the curtain stopping body 5 is arranged on the two winding shafts 1 in a curling mode. The pair of scroll 1 bilateral symmetry sets up, and under the conventional state, an protection against insects net portion 51 of check curtain body 5 shelters from the air-intake grille, and remaining check curtain body 5 rolls up in left scroll 1, and right side scroll 1 is empty. The screen body 5 is divided into a insect-proof net part 51 and two wind-blocking parts 52, and the insect-proof net part 51 is positioned between the two wind-blocking parts 52; in a normal state, the insect net part 51 of the curtain body 5 shields the air intake grille; when any of the reels 1 is rotated, the insect net part 51 is folded, and one of the wind shielding parts 52 is unfolded. The curtain body 5 is divided into at least one insect net part 51 and at least one wind shielding part 52, and both the insect net part 51 and the wind shielding part 52 can shield the air inlet grille. The curtain blocking device 100 is installed between an air inlet grille and an intercooler of a vehicle, and is used for blocking small-volume foreign matters from entering a water tank behind the intercooler after entering the air inlet grille, so that heat dissipation of the water tank is influenced. The vehicle head structure comprises an intercooler 200, a water tank, an air inlet grille and the curtain blocking device 100, wherein the curtain blocking device 100 is positioned between the intercooler 200 and the air inlet grille, and the curtain blocking device 100 is arranged on the intercooler 200; the water tank is arranged behind the intercooler; according to the locomotive structure, the curtain blocking device 100 is arranged, the curtain blocking device 100 is located between the intercooler 200 and the air inlet grille, and the two modes of the insect prevention mode and the wind shielding mode of the curtain blocking device 100 can be switched, so that foreign matters can be further prevented, and small-volume foreign matters are prevented from entering and accumulating after passing through the air inlet grille to influence heat dissipation; meanwhile, when the external temperature is low, the mode can be switched to the wind shielding mode, and the wind shielding part 52 of the curtain shielding device 100 is used for preventing heat dissipation, so that the hot car efficiency is improved.
