The speed changing assembly bottom plate 30 is provided with an electric slide rail 42, the electric slide rail 42 is parallel to the speed changing driving shaft 38, the electric slide rail 42 is electrically connected with the pressure sensor 7 through a connecting wire 9, an electric slide rail output end 43 is connected in the electric slide rail 42 in a sliding manner, two speed changing shifting pieces 44 are fixedly connected to one side of the electric slide rail output end 43 close to the third gear 39 in a vertical manner, the two speed changing shifting pieces 44 are symmetrically arranged, and the third gear 39 is rotatably connected between the two speed changing shifting pieces 44.

Through the technical scheme, the rotating motor 31 drives the conical speed changing cylinder 33 to rotate, meanwhile, the pressure acting on the pressure sensor 7 when the dismounting roller 27 rotates is transmitted to the electric sliding rail 42 through the connecting wire 9, the position of the third gear 39 meshed with the conical speed changing cylinder 33 is controlled through the electric sliding rail output end 43 on the electric sliding rail 42, the second gear 36 is meshed with the first gear 12 to drive the clamping assembly 14 and the dismounting roller 27 to rotate, therefore, the rotating speed of the equipment during winding is adjusted by utilizing the different meshing positions of the conical speed changing cylinder 33 and the third gear 39, and the waterproof coiled material can be wound tightly when being wound by controlling the rotating speed during winding.

Two driving grooves 28 are formed in one end of the detaching roller 27, a fastening ring of the detaching roller 27 is arranged at the other end of the detaching roller 27, and the two pressure sensors 7 are respectively inserted into the corresponding driving grooves 28. s2: next, the pressure applied to the detaching cylinder 27 when it rotates is transmitted to the electric rail 42 through the connecting wire 9 by the pressure sensor 7, and the position where the third gear 39 engages with the conical transmission case 33 is controlled by the electric rail output end 43 on the electric rail 42.
