or comprises 24 percent of butadiene rubber, 13 percent of butadiene styrene rubber, 7 percent of butyl rubber, 19 percent of polyisobutylene, 23 percent of operating oil, 20 percent of aluminum powder, 1.4 percent of N, N' -dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, 0.7 percent of zinc oxide and 0.7 percent of zinc stearate.

6. A method for preparing a spot welded foamed sealant strip material for passenger cars according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

20-25% of butadiene rubber, 10-14% of butadiene styrene rubber, 5-7% of butyl rubber, 15-20% of polyisobutylene, 20-23% of operating oil, 18-20% of aluminum powder, 1-1.5% of N, N' -dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, 0.5-0.75% of zinc oxide and 0.5-0.75% of zinc stearate are mixed and banburied for 2.5-3.5 hours at the temperature of 70-80 ℃, and the obtained semi-finished product is cured and extruded to obtain the spot welding foaming sealant strip material for passenger cars.

7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the curing temperature is 23-25 ℃, the curing time is 22-26 h, and the curing humidity is 45-55%.

The invention provides a preparation method of a spot welding foaming sealant strip material for a passenger car, which comprises the following steps:

20-25% of butadiene rubber, 10-14% of butadiene styrene rubber, 5-7% of butyl rubber, 15-20% of polyisobutylene, 20-23% of operating oil, 18-20% of aluminum powder, 1-1.5% of N, N' -dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, 0.5-0.75% of zinc oxide and 0.5-0.75% of zinc stearate are mixed and banburied for 2.5-3.5 hours at the temperature of 70-80 ℃, and the obtained semi-finished product is cured and extruded to obtain the spot welding foaming sealant strip material for passenger cars.
