strip rolling: pre-drawing the sliver and rolling the sliver into sliver lap;

combing: the sliver lap is made into combed sliver 20G/5 m by a combing machine;

final drawing: RSB-D35C Swiss Lida drawing frame is self-leveling, and the quantitative control is 20g/5 m of final drawing;

roving: drawing and twisting by using a FA401A roving machine to prepare roving with the quantitative of 5.5G/10M and the twist of 5.2;

B. preparing white roving;
