1. A lock for a sliding door for locking a door panel of the sliding door, comprising: the lock includes:

a base for connecting and fixing to the rail of the sliding door;

a blocking piece which is arranged on the base in a pivoting way relative to the base and is provided with an unlocking position and a locking position which extends out of the outer side of the base in a protruding way, and when the blocking piece is positioned at the locking position, a locking surface which is contacted with the sliding door is formed;

the driving unit is arranged on the base and connected to the blocking piece so as to provide the force for the blocking piece to move from the unlocking position to the locking position;

a restoring unit arranged in the base and connected to the blocking piece to provide the force for restoring the blocking piece from the locking position to the unlocking position; and

and the locking block is used for being fixed on the door panel and selectively abuts against the locking surface of the blocking piece when the blocking piece is positioned at the locking position.

2. The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that: the driving unit is an electromagnetic valve which is provided with a telescopic movable rod, and the movable rod is abutted against a first end of the blocking piece.

3. The lock according to claim 1, characterized in that: the driving unit includes a motor and a movable rod driven by the motor to move linearly to push against a first end of the blocking member.

4. The lock according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: the restoring unit is an elastic element, one end of which is abutted against the blocking piece so as to provide a force for enabling the second end of the blocking piece to retract into the base.

5. The lock according to claim 4, characterized in that: the base is further provided with a propping block, the elastic element is arranged between the propping block and the blocking piece, and two ends of the elastic element are propped against the propping block and the first end of the blocking piece respectively.

6. The lock according to claim 5, wherein: a positioning column for one end of the elastic element to be sleeved on is convexly arranged on one side surface of the abutting block facing the first end of the blocking piece.

7. The lock according to claim 6, wherein: two opposite limiting parts are convexly arranged on the base, the end parts of the two limiting parts are opposite at intervals, and the elastic element passes through the interval between the two limiting parts.

8. The lock according to claim 7, wherein: each limiting part is a stud which is screwed on one side of the base.

9. The lock according to claim 8, wherein: the blocking piece is pivoted on the base through a pivot.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a lock, and more particularly, to a lock for sliding doors.

Background

The existing sliding door, electric or manual, includes a track and at least one door plate that can move along the track, and in order to lock the existing sliding door and prevent others from entering arbitrarily, a lock is additionally installed on the existing door plate to lock the sliding door, as shown in german patent 102016217664 (hereinafter referred to as reference), the lock of the reference mainly includes a locking device and a driver, the locking device includes a latch and an automatic restoring force to move the latch to an unlocking position, and the latch is in an operable locking position by overcoming the automatic restoring force through the actuating direction of the driver, so that when the latch is in the locking position, the sliding door can be locked to prevent others from opening the sliding door arbitrarily.

However, the sliding door lock structure as in the prior reference has the following problems in structure and use:

1. the structure of the reference case is complex, the locking mechanism of the reference case is assembled on the pulley block, when the locking mechanism is positioned at the locking position and pulls the door plate, the roller is easy to be separated from the track due to the fact that the rotating stress is close to the pulley block, the door plate cannot move smoothly, in addition, an inclined surface is formed between the latch of the reference case and the locking arm, when the door plate is pulled by force, an upward component force is generated along the inclined surface, the pulley block is lifted upwards, and therefore the pulley is easy to be separated from the track.

2. The latch of the reference case mainly utilizes gravity to fall down to provide automatic restoring force to move to the unlocking position, but if the lock has other factors such as rusting or foreign matter clamping, the locking of the internal structure is easily caused, so that the latch can not restore to the unlocking position by utilizing the gravity, and thus when an emergency occurs, the sliding door can not be opened smoothly, and further the worry and the problem of the safety of the sliding door in use are caused.

3. When an emergency occurs, and the indoor user cannot open the sliding door from the indoor, the lock of the reference case cannot be unlocked from the outside of the sliding door by other people in an emergency, so the existing lock of the sliding door still has the defects in use and needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the present inventors have made extensive experiments and studies in view of the problems of the conventional sliding door lock structure and use, and as a result, developed an invention capable of improving the disadvantages of the conventional sliding door lock.

The present invention is directed to a lock for sliding doors, which can simplify the structure of the lock, and prevent the lock from being locked due to rust or foreign matter, so as to improve the safety of the lock.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lock for sliding door, comprising:

a base for connecting and fixing to a rail of the sliding door;

the blocking piece is arranged on the base in a pivoting way relative to the base and is provided with an unlocking position and a locking position which extends out of the outer side of the base in a protruding way, and when the blocking piece is positioned at the locking position, a locking surface which is contacted with the sliding door is formed;

the driving unit is arranged on the base and connected to the blocking piece so as to provide the force for the blocking piece to move from the unlocking position to the locking position;

a restoring unit arranged in the base and connected to the blocking piece to provide the force for restoring the blocking piece from the locking position to the unlocking position; and

and the locking block is used for being fixed on the door panel and selectively abuts against the locking surface of the blocking piece when the blocking piece is positioned at the locking position.

In the aforementioned lock, the driving unit is an electromagnetic valve having a retractable movable rod, and the movable rod abuts against a first end of the blocking member.

In the above-mentioned lock, the driving unit includes a motor and a movable rod driven by the motor and capable of moving linearly to push a first end of the blocking member.

In the lock, the restoring unit is an elastic element, and one end of the restoring unit abuts against the blocking piece to provide a force for retracting the second end of the blocking piece into the base.

In the aforementioned lock, the base further has a supporting block, the elastic element is disposed between the supporting block and the blocking member, and two ends of the elastic element are respectively supported on the supporting block and the first end of the blocking member.

In the lock, a positioning column for sleeving one end of the elastic element is convexly arranged on one side surface of the abutting block facing the first end of the blocking piece.

In the above-mentioned lock, two opposite position-limiting members are convexly disposed on the base, the end portions of the two position-limiting members are opposite to each other at an interval, and the elastic element passes through the interval between the two position-limiting members.

In the lock, each limiting part is a stud screwed on one side of the base.

In the lock, the blocking member is pivoted on the base by a pivot.

Through the technical means, the invention can properly simplify the structure complexity of the sliding door lock, simultaneously, the clamping piece is utilized on the locking surface which is contacted with the door plate at the locking position, if a person pulls the door plate with force, the generation of upward component force can be avoided, so as to avoid the pulley block from separating from the track, and the invention can fully and smoothly push the clamping piece to move from the locking position to the unlocking position through the restoring force provided by the restoring unit, so as to avoid the situation that the component cannot be unlocked due to the clamping of the component caused by factors such as rusting, and the like, so as to improve the use safety of the sliding door lock.

Detailed Description

The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset purpose are further described below by combining the accompanying drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.

The present invention relates to a lock for a sliding door, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, it can be seen from the figures that the sliding door used in the lock of the present invention mainly comprises a track 10 and at least one door panel 20, the track 10 can be fixed on the door frame, the track 10 can be provided with a power device such as a motor and a transmission device such as a belt or a roller, so that the sliding door is an electric sliding door, the sliding door can also be a manual sliding door, the at least one door panel 20 can be movably connected with the track 10 along the track 10, and the door panel 20 can automatically move relative to the track 10 by using the power device and the transmission device arranged in the track 10, so as to open or close the sliding door, wherein the track 10 can be arranged above the door panel 20.

The lock 30 of the present invention is fixedly disposed on the rail 10, the lock 30 has a base 32, a latch 34, a driving unit 36, a recovery unit 38 and a locking block 22, the base 32 is fixedly connected to the rail 10, the blocking member 34 is pivotally disposed on the base 32 relative to the base 32, and has an unlocking position and a locking position protruding outside the base 32, wherein, the blocking member 34 is pivotally installed on the base 32 by a pivot, the pivot can be integrally formed to protrude the two sides of the blocking member 34 or be an independent component to be installed on the blocking member 34, the driving unit 36 is disposed on the base 32 and connected to the locking member 34 to provide a force for moving the locking member 34 from the unlocking position to the locking position, the restoring unit 38 is disposed in the base 32 and connected to the latch 34 to provide a force for restoring the latch 34 from the locking position to the unlocking position.

The driving unit 36 may be an electromagnetic valve having a retractable movable rod 362, the movable rod 362 may abut against a first end of the blocking member 34, and the driving unit 36 may also include a motor and a movable rod 362 driven by the motor to move linearly to push against the first end of the blocking member 34, so that the blocking member 34 can pivot relative to the base 32 by the movable rod 362 pushing against the first end of the blocking member 34, and the second end of the blocking member 34 extends out of the base 32 to the locking position.

The restoring unit 38 is an elastic element, which can be a spring, one end of the restoring unit 38 abuts against the first end of the blocking member 34 to provide a force for the blocking member 34 to retract the second end into the base 32, referring to fig. 4, an abutting block 39 is further disposed on the base 32, the restoring unit 38 is disposed between the abutting block 39 and the blocking member 34, and both ends of the restoring unit 38 abut against the abutting block 39 and the first end of the blocking member 34, a positioning post 392 for one end of the restoring unit 38 to be sleeved on is disposed on a side surface of the abutting block 39 facing the first end of the blocking member 34, the restoring unit 38 can be stably positioned between the abutting block 39 and the blocking member 34 by the positioning post 392, two opposite limiting members 37 can be protruded on the base 32, the ends of the two limiting members 37 are opposite to each other, the restoring unit 38 passes through the interval between the two limiting members 37, the limiting members 37 are arranged to prevent the restoring unit 38 from deforming during the compression process, so as to provide a force for the locking member 34 to stably and well restore to the unlocking position, and each limiting member 37 can be a stud screwed on one side of the base 32, so that the distance between the two limiting members 37 can be adjusted by rotating each limiting member 37 to match the use of different restoring units 38, and the locking member 22 is fixed on the door panel 20.

Therefore, referring to fig. 3, when the driving unit 36 is not activated, the second end of the blocking member 34 is retracted into the base 32 by the pushing of the restoring force provided by the restoring unit 38, and is located at the unlocking position, so that the door panel 20 can move smoothly along the track 10 to open or close the sliding door, and when the sliding door is to be locked, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the driving unit 36 is activated to push the movable rod 362 against the first end of the blocking member 34, so that the blocking member 34 pivots relative to the base 32, so that the second end of the blocking member 34 extends out of the base 32, so that the second end of the blocking member 34 can abut against the door panel 20, such as the end edge of the door panel 20, or the locking block 22 fixed on the door panel 20, so that when the door panel 20 is to be moved, the blocking member 34 abuts against the door panel 20 or the locking block 22, and the driving unit 36 provides a limiting effect on the blocking member 34, the door plate 20 to be moved can be stopped from moving relative to the rail 10 by providing a resisting force to the door plate 20 to be moved, the sliding door is in a locked state and cannot be opened or closed arbitrarily, at this time, the second end of the blocking piece 34 forms a locking surface which can contact with the end edge of the door panel 20 or the locking block 22, the locking surface can be perpendicular to the moving direction of the sliding door by 90 degrees and can be in plane contact, curved surface contact or point contact with the sliding door, so when the lockset is positioned at the locking position, when someone pulls the door panel with force, the locking block 22 of the present invention is disposed on the door panel 20 and away from the pulley block, so the rotation stress of the door panel under force is also away from the pulley block, so as to prevent the pulley block from separating from the track 10 due to the stress, and simultaneously, the direction of the stress of the sliding door and the locking surface form 90 degrees, thereby avoiding the generation of upward component force and further ensuring that the pulley block can not be separated from the track 10.

When the sliding door is to be unlocked, the driving unit 36 moves the movable rod 362 reversely to make the movable rod 362 away from the position pushing against the first end of the blocking member 34, so that the restoring force generated by the restoring unit 38 can be utilized to push against the first end of the blocking member 34 reversely, and the second end of the blocking member 34 retracts into the base 32 to return to the unlocking position, so that the door panel 20 can move smoothly along the track 10 to open or close the sliding door.

The lock 30 of the invention can properly simplify the complexity of the whole structure of the lock 30 and reduce the whole production cost, and the second end of the blocking piece 34 is utilized to abut against the door plate 20 or the locking block 22 on the door plate 20, thus the abutting position of the lock and the locking block 22 can be far away from the roller on the door plate 20, thus when the lock of the invention is positioned at the locking position and the door plate 20 is pulled, the roller on the door plate 20 can be prevented from being separated from the track 10 due to stress, and the structural stability when the door is pulled for use can be improved.

Furthermore, the blocking member 34 of the present invention is moved from the locking position to the unlocking position by the restoring force provided by the restoring unit 38, so that the blocking member 34 is prevented from being locked due to rusting, foreign matter, etc., the blocking member 34 can be smoothly moved to the unlocking position, and the situation that the sliding door cannot be opened due to an emergency situation is prevented, thereby improving the safety of the entire sliding door.

Next, referring to fig. 6, when an emergency occurs, the user cannot open the sliding door from the inside, for example, when the indoor personnel are in a faint and cannot unlock the sliding door by himself, the second end of the blocking member 34 can be pushed by a thin object, such as a credit card, from the outside through the gap between the base 32 and the door plate 20, and the second end of the blocking member 34 is pushed into the base 32, so that the second end of the blocking member 34 leaves the locking position, so that the door plate 20 can move along the rail 10 to open the sliding door, thereby eliminating the emergency inside, and improving the safety of the sliding door.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
