1) stirring fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Borneolum together in 75% ethanol solution, sealing, standing and soaking at room temperature for 20-30 days, wherein the weight ratio of fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Borneolum to ethanol is 1: 5-10;

2) filtering to obtain clean filtrate, and obtaining the Chinese medicinal preparation.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of repelling mosquitoes, relieving swelling and itching, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a preparation method thereof.

Background

At present, mosquito-proof and itching-relieving products sold in the market mainly comprise products such as cooling oil, essential balm, toilet water, mosquito-repellent toilet water and the like. Essential balm, also known as WANJIN oil, is a paste prepared from Mentholum, Camphora, oleum Cinnamomi, oleum Eucalypti, etc. and paraffin. Essential balm is oily liquid composed of Mentholum, oleum Eucalypti, eugenol, Camphora, methyl salicylate, and oleum Sesami. The floral water takes ethanol, essence and distilled water as main components, and is supplemented with a small amount of chelating agent, antioxidant and sun-proof water-soluble pigment. The mosquito-repellent toilet water is a perfume product prepared by adding a proper amount of mosquito repellent (two types of common repellent are deet and deet respectively) on the basis of common toilet water and is used for repelling mosquitoes; the mosquito repellent liquid contains deet or deet as health pesticide and has slight toxicity.

With the use of a large amount of various mosquito repelling products, mosquitoes can bear various conventional mosquito repelling products after being bred for many generations, so that the conventional mosquito repelling products are difficult to achieve the expected mosquito repelling and preventing effects, the toxicity of the conventional mosquitoes is greatly increased, the skin is red and swollen after being bitten by a mouth, the mosquitoes can not be scattered for a long time, and the mosquitoes are extremely itchy and difficult to bear, so that the conventional mosquito repelling products can not meet the requirements of people.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem of poor mosquito repelling effect of the existing mosquito repelling product, and provides an external traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of repelling mosquitoes, eliminating swelling and relieving itching, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a preparation method.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a topical Chinese medicinal composition with mosquito repelling, repercussive, and antipruritic effects comprises fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Borneolum Syntheticum.

As a further preferred mode of the invention, the weight ratio of the glossy privet fruit to the borneol in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1-10: 1.

The invention also relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine preparation capable of repelling mosquitoes, reducing swelling and relieving itching, which comprises extracts of glossy privet fruit and borneol, wherein the extracts of glossy privet fruit and borneol are obtained by soaking glossy privet fruit and borneol together in an ethanol solution.

As a further preference of the present invention, when the extracts of fructus ligustri lucidi and borneol are extracted, the weight ratio of fructus ligustri lucidi and borneol is 1-10: 1.

As a further preference of the present invention, when the extracts of fructus ligustri lucidi and borneol are extracted, the weight ratio of fructus ligustri lucidi to borneol is 3-5: 1.

2) filtering to obtain clean filtrate, and obtaining the Chinese medicinal preparation.

The invention adopts two traditional Chinese medicinal materials of glossy privet fruit and borneol, wherein:

glossy privet fruit: the glossy privet fruit is the fruit of the glossy privet, and usually the trees are afraid of insect attack, but the glossy privet can breed wax insects; glossy privet has elegant smell, clear color, bitter taste, effects of detoxifying and relieving itching, sweet taste, skin moistening, cold nature, effects of clearing heat and relieving swelling, and good mosquito repelling effect.

Borneol: pungent and bitter taste, slightly cold nature, and has the effects of inducing resuscitation, permeating skin, and relieving itching.

Relevant researches show that the effective component in the glossy privet fruit is oleanolic acid, and the jerusalem artichoke has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, strengthening waist and knees, blackening beard and improving eyesight, and is commonly used for symptoms such as dizziness and tinnitus, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dim eyesight, tinnitus and deafness, early white beard and hair, tooth loosening and the like; and has certain application in reducing blood sugar, resisting liver injury, resisting inflammation, resisting cancer, resisting mutation, reducing blood lipid, resisting arteriosclerosis, etc. However, because of the light smell, the application of the traditional Chinese medicine in mosquito repelling and related research are still fresh at present, even though a small amount of literature discloses that the traditional Chinese medicine glossy privet fruit is adopted in the mosquito repelling composition, the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine glossy privet fruit in the composition is very small, and the components contained in the composition are numerous, so that the function of the glossy privet fruit in the composition is difficult to effectively define. The inventor discovers that mosquitoes are often less in a place where the privet is planted in the process of planting the privet, and based on the phenomenon, the inventor conducts related research on application of the privet and the glossy privet fruit in repelling the mosquitoes. The inventor finds that the glossy privet fruit has a good effect on repelling mosquitoes and has a good effect on relieving swelling and itching by combining a large number of screening and comparison tests, and tries various extraction methods and various combination modes for fully extracting effective components with the mosquito repelling effect in the glossy privet fruit, and finally finds that the extract prepared by adopting a simple alcohol extraction mode can realize good effects on repelling mosquitoes, relieving swelling and itching when the glossy privet fruit and borneol are combined.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition only adopts two traditional Chinese medicines, namely glossy privet fruit and borneol, and the two traditional Chinese medicines can supplement each other; the borneol has the characteristics of opening and penetration, can fully separate out the effective components in the glossy privet fruit into an ethanol solution, and can fully exert the performance of the traditional Chinese medicine, so that the obtained traditional Chinese medicine preparation has good mosquito repellent effect and swelling and itching relieving effects.

Meanwhile, the inventor finds in research that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can play a better role when the glossy privet fruit and the borneol are used in a certain proportion. Specifically, a comparison test shows that when the glossy privet fruit and the borneol are prepared into the traditional Chinese medicine preparation according to the proportion of 3-5:1, the obtained product has a better effect of preventing mosquito bites, can well eliminate red swelling formed after the mosquito bites and quickly relieve itching, and has better effects of diminishing swelling and relieving itching. Through a large number of experiments, the inventor further discovers that the traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by combining the glossy privet fruit and the borneol according to the proportion of 1:1 and 2:1 has a certain mosquito repellent effect, but is obviously inferior to the mode of matching the glossy privet fruit and the borneol according to the proportion of 3: 1; and the ratio of the glossy privet fruit in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is continuously improved, such as 4:1, 5:1 to 10:1, the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation has no obvious improvement on the mosquito repelling, swelling subsiding and itching relieving effects, and the cost for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is increased.

The invention is also characterized in that the glossy privet fruit and the borneol are combined according to a certain proportion, the effective components can be fully extracted only by soaking the glossy privet fruit and the borneol in ethanol, and the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation can achieve a better effect.

Compared with the existing mosquito repellent product, the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation only adopt two traditional Chinese medicines, have simpler formula, and can avoid the problems that the actual efficacy is difficult to control when complex compatibility is adopted, the preparation is complex, other toxic and side effects are possibly generated, and the like; and because no rare and expensive medicinal materials are adopted, the cost can be effectively controlled, and the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation is non-toxic and harmless, and has wide application prospect and market.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are intended to illustrate the present invention in detail. In the following examples, the proportions of the respective raw materials used are by weight.

Example 1

Weighing the following raw materials in proportion: 30g of glossy privet fruit and 10g of borneol.

The preparation process of the Chinese medicinal preparation comprises the following steps:

1) cleaning fructus Ligustri Lucidi with clear water, and oven drying at 30-40 deg.C; picking impurities from borneol for later use;

2) putting the glossy privet fruit and the borneol into a container, adding 75% of ethanol into the container, wherein the weight ratio of the total weight of the glossy privet fruit and the borneol to the ethanol is 1:10, stirring uniformly, and then sealing, standing and soaking for 30 days at normal temperature;

3) filtering the soaked solution to obtain clean filtrate, and obtaining the Chinese medicinal preparation.

Example 2

In the embodiment, the following raw materials, namely 10g of glossy privet fruit and 10g of borneol, are weighed according to the mixture ratio.

The preparation process of the Chinese medicinal preparation is the same as that of the above example 1.

Example 3

In the embodiment, 50g of glossy privet fruit and 10g of borneol are weighed according to the mixture ratio.

The preparation process of the Chinese medicinal preparation is the same as that of the above example 1.

Example 4

In the embodiment, the following raw materials, namely 100g of glossy privet fruit and 10g of borneol, are weighed according to the mixture ratio.

The preparation process of the Chinese medicinal preparation is the same as that of the above example 1.

The application method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises the following steps:

the mosquito repellent is used as a preventive mosquito repellent: the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation is smeared or sprayed on the exposed part of the skin, so that the liquid medicine is uniformly coated on the surface of the skin, and the effect of preventing mosquito bites can be achieved.

Used for relieving swelling and itching after being bitten by mosquitoes: the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation is smeared or sprayed on the affected part, so that the liquid medicine can be uniformly applied on the affected part, and the effects of detumescence and itching relieving can be achieved.

The comparative test of the mosquito repellent effect of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation disclosed by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

test subjects: 240 volunteers are selected, the age of the volunteers is between 20 and 50 years and are averagely divided into eight groups of A1, A2, A3, A4 and B, C, D, E, each group comprises 30 cases, wherein A1, A2, A3 and A4 respectively correspond to the test groups of the above examples 1 to 4, and B, C, D, E is a control group.

The test method comprises the following steps: test subjects of test groups a1, a2, A3, a4 applied the herbal formulations corresponding to examples 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively, to the bare skin of the left forearm, using the methods of use described above; the control group B, C, D, E respectively selected from commercial mosquito repellent toilet water, common toilet water, essential balm, and respectively applied to the exposed skin of the forearm of the left hand.

The river side in summer, field and dusk is selected as a test environment, each group of test objects are respectively exposed in the test environment for 10 minutes, and the mosquito repelling condition of each group is observed and counted.

And (3) test results: judging the test result according to the mosquito repelling standard, wherein the test result is detailed in a table 1; the corresponding mosquito repelling standards are as follows:

the effect is shown: most mosquitoes dare to be close to the skin coated with the medicine, and 90 percent of the skin has no pimple with red and swollen bites;

the method has the following advantages: individual mosquitoes can be close to the skin of the applied medicine, and less than 30% of the skin has pimples with red and swollen bites;

and (4) invalidation: the mosquitoes stay on the painted skin in a large amount, and more than 30% of the skin has pimples with red and swollen bites.

As can be seen from the comparison of the mosquito repelling effects in the table 1, the mosquito repelling significant efficiency of each control group is 60.0 percent at most, and the total effective rate is 33.3 to 90.0 percent; the test group adopts the traditional Chinese medicine preparation of the application, the significant efficiency is 76.7-86.7%, and the total effective rate is more than 90%. The application shows that the traditional Chinese medicine preparation has obvious effects on mosquito repelling and preventing; moreover, it can be seen from the comparison that the overall mosquito repelling effect of the embodiments 1, 3 and 4 is better than that of the embodiment 2, while the effects of the embodiments 1, 3 and 4 are equivalent, which indicates that when the ratio of the glossy privet fruit to the borneol is 3:1, a relatively good mosquito repelling effect can be achieved, and the specific gravity of the glossy privet fruit is continuously increased without obviously improving the mosquito repelling effect.

The comparative test of the detumescence and itching relieving effects of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is as follows:

test subjects: 240 volunteers are selected, the age of the volunteers is between 20 and 50 years and are averagely divided into eight groups of A1, A2, A3, A4 and B, C, D, E, each group comprises 30 cases, wherein A1, A2, A3 and A4 respectively correspond to the test groups of the above examples 1 to 4, and B, C, D, E is a control group.

The test method comprises the following steps: the test subjects of test groups a1, a2, A3 and a4 respectively applied the herbal preparations of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the red swelling area bitten by mosquito using the above-mentioned application method; the control group B, C, D, E is prepared from commercial mosquito repellent toilet water, common toilet water, essential balm, and essential balm by respectively coating on red swelling parts bitten by mosquito.

And observing and counting the detumescence and itching relieving conditions of each group.

Swelling reduction test results: judging the test result according to the corresponding detumescence standard, wherein the detumescence test result is detailed in a table 2; the corresponding detumescence criteria are as follows:

the effect is shown: after 10 minutes, the red swelling subsides by more than 50 percent;

the method has the following advantages: the red swelling subsides within 30 percent after 10 minutes;

and (4) invalidation: the red swelling subsides within 10% after 10 minutes.

Test results on itching relieving conditions: judging the test result according to the corresponding itching-relieving standard, wherein the itching-relieving test result is detailed in a table 3; the corresponding antipruritic criteria are as follows:

the effect is shown: the antipruritic effect is obvious within 1-3 minutes;

the method has the following advantages: a certain itching relieving effect is achieved within 5 minutes;

and (4) invalidation: the itching relieving effect is not obvious after 10 minutes.

As can be seen from the comparison of the detumescence and itching relieving effects in tables 2 and 3, the detumescence and itching relieving effects of the test groups are obviously superior to those of the control group, and the detumescence and itching relieving effects of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation in the embodiment of the application are obvious. Moreover, as can be seen from the comparison, the effects of the embodiments 1, 3 and 4 are equivalent, and it is also demonstrated that when the ratio of the glossy privet fruit to the borneol is 3:1, better detumescence and itching relieving effects can be achieved, and the effect of mosquito repelling by continuously increasing the specific gravity of the glossy privet fruit is not obviously improved.

Compared with the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation has the advantages that the traditional Chinese medicine preparation has remarkable effects in the aspects of mosquito repelling, swelling subsiding and itching relieving, the formula is simpler, the preparation is convenient, the preparation cost can be effectively reduced, and the prepared traditional Chinese medicine preparation is non-toxic and harmless and has wide application prospect and market.
