At present, in some fields, particularly the field of electric automobiles, the requirements on the width and the thickness of metal lithium and alloy strips thereof are high, and particularly, the thickness of the metal lithium and the alloy strips thereof used in an all-solid-state lithium battery is generally required to be less than 50 μm.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a preparation method of ultra-wide and ultra-thin metal lithium and alloy strips thereof, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

and B: placing the protective film on an unreeling device of a rolling mill, drawing the protective film through a roller, and finally winding the protective film on a reeling device;

and C: placing the blank on another unwinding device of the rolling mill, and preparing ultra-wide and ultra-thin metal lithium and alloy strips thereof with the thickness of 0.01-0.05mm and the width of 110-;

step D: placing the reel on the other winding device of the rolling mill, and arranging a winding film unwinding device below the reel;

step E: firstly, winding the winding film on a reel, then winding a strip material on the winding film, starting continuous finish rolling to form a layer of winding film and a layer of strip material, and winding the layer of winding film and the layer of strip material on the reel; preferably, because the strips are thin and soft, the rolling film is adopted to protect rolling, so that the phenomenon that subsequent use is influenced by adhesion among the strips is avoided, the problems of collapse, inward rolling and the like caused by excessive accumulation of the strips are also prevented by utilizing the stability of the rolling film, and a complete strip is obtained when a client uses the rolling film;
