In order to further describe the present invention, the following embodiments of a ballast board processing apparatus will be further explained with reference to the drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the pressing plate processing mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a bearing plate guiding and conveying support 23, a plate punching motor 24, a processing lifting cylinder 25, a pressing plate rotating disc 26, a reciprocating lifting guide plate 27, a positioning reciprocating swing rod 28 and a plate lifting and lowering plate 29, wherein the bearing plate guiding and conveying support 23 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the plate processing support 1 on the adjacent side of the upper end of the stacking limit baffle 22, a plurality of plate guiding and conveying rollers 30 are sequentially and uniformly connected on the bearing plate guiding and conveying support 23 along the horizontal direction, a processing cylinder support 31 According to the invention, the two plate lifting cylinders 9 below the plate lifting support 8 are driven by the same air source in parallel, so that the plate lifting bearing plate 18 can support a plurality of prop plates 21 to vertically and stably lift under the pushing of the plate lifting cylinders 9. The front side of the push plate angle block 35 of the invention along the rotation direction is in transitional connection with the press plate rotating disc 26 by adopting an arc-shaped guide surface 59, so that the push plate rotating guide wheel 39 can smoothly and stably roll onto the push plate angle block 35 from the outer arc surface of the press plate rotating disc 26. The end part of the pressing plate positioning hook 40 at the lower end of the positioning reciprocating swing rod 28 is rotatably connected with a resistance-reducing rotating roller 60, so that the positioning reciprocating swing rod 28 can efficiently and smoothly roll along the surface of the positioning stepped plate 41 under the action of the swing rod limiting tension spring 42. According to the invention, the pressing plate soft rubber layer 61 is attached to the lower side surface of the plate pressure increasing and decreasing plate 29, so that the efficiency and quality of pressing and fixing the plate pressure increasing and decreasing plate 29 and the prop plate 21 can be effectively improved, and the prop plate 21 is prevented from being deflected in the processing process. The plate processing motor 50 of the processing driving mechanism 4 is a servo motor, so that the prop plates 21 can be sequentially and orderly conveyed and processed block by block.

By adopting the technical scheme, when the road utensil plate processing device is used, the plate pushing mechanism 2 and the pressing plate processing mechanism 3 are sequentially arranged on one side of the plate processing support 1 along the horizontal direction, the processing driving mechanism 4 is arranged on the plate processing support 1 on the upper sides of the plate pushing mechanism 2 and the pressing plate processing mechanism 3, the plate pushing mechanism 2 is utilized to enable the road utensil plate 21 to be continuously and stably horizontally pushed and transferred block by block, the pressing plate processing mechanism 3 enables the road utensil plate 21 to be tightly pressed and fixed and then to be punched, the processing driving mechanism 4 enables the plate pushing mechanism 2 and the pressing plate processing mechanism 3 to be synchronously driven, so that the plate pushing mechanism 2 and the pressing plate processing mechanism 3 can be stably and orderly matched to act, the continuous and smooth block by block transferring processing of the road utensil plate 21 is realized, the pushing plate rotating connecting plate 10 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the pushing plate rotating disc 5 along the radial direction, a reciprocating translation guide plate 11 is arranged on the reciprocating translation guide rail 6 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, a rotating push plate connecting rod 12 is arranged between a push plate rotating connecting plate 10 and the reciprocating translation guide plate
