In order to overcome the above defects of the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a spindle device of an internal grinding machine, in which vibration generated by the operation of a motor and vibration generated when a grinding wheel acts on a work object during the operation of the internal grinding machine are effectively absorbed and relieved by a spring and a cushion pad after passing through the cushion box by arranging the cushion box, so as to prevent damage to the spindle and further damage to the internal grinding machine due to the long-term action of the vibration on the spindle, and by arranging a spindle tube and a bolt, the spindle is detachably mounted on the cushion box through the action of the spindle tube and the bolt, so that the spindle tube can be timely detached to replace the spindle after the spindle fails or is worn, thereby preventing the internal grinding machine from failing to work due to the incapability of replacing the spindle, and reducing the stress of the spindle by increasing the stress area of the spindle tube, the loss of the main shaft is reduced to solve the problems proposed in the background art.
