5) The material taking clamping jaw mechanism clamps the PTC heating core from the PTC feeding station and drives the PTC heating core to be attached to the insulating paper, so that the PTC heating core is coated by the insulating paper.

6) The laminating clamping jaw mechanism clamps the insulating paper and the PTC heating core body, so that the insulating paper and the PTC heating core body are tightly laminated, and then the PTC heating core body laminated with the insulating paper is clamped to the transfer station from the coating station.

7) The PTC heating core body which is attached to the insulating paper is clamped to the detection station from the transfer station by the transfer clamping jaw mechanism.

8) The detection device 5 detects the coating condition of the insulating paper and judges whether the coating is qualified.

9) The discharging clamping jaw mechanism clamps the PTC heating core body coated with the insulating paper to a qualified product discharging position or an unqualified product discharging position according to a detection result: and if the coating is qualified, clamping the PTC heating core body to a qualified product discharging position, carrying out next OK product assembly, otherwise, clamping the PTC heating core body to an unqualified product discharging position, and carrying out NG product rejection or corresponding treatment. At this point, a cutting and cladding process is completed.
