The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

Example 1

The embodiment provides an automatic packaging belt cutting device which comprises a conveying frame 1, a moving mechanism 4 and a cutting mechanism 6 as shown in figure 1.

The conveying frame 1 is divided into a top layer 13, a middle layer 12 and a bottom layer 11 from top to bottom, the bottom layer 11 is provided with conveying rollers 111 for conveying the packing boxes 2, and the packing boxes 2 are provided with at least 2 packing belts 21. A guide rail I121 is arranged on the middle layer 12 along the direction of transporting the packing box 2. The top layer 13 is provided with a camera 3 for monitoring, the camera 3 is connected with a controller, the camera 3 collects images and analyzes the transportation speed of the packing box 2 on the conveying roller 111 and the position of the packing belt 21, and the transportation speed of the packing box 2 and the position data of the packing belt 21 are transmitted to the controller.

The moving mechanism 4 is slidably provided on the guide rail i 121 and can move along the guide rail i 121. The cutting mechanism 6 is installed below the moving mechanism 4 through a telescopic motor 5 and moves along with the moving mechanism 4. A cutting method of automatic packaging tape cutting equipment adopts the automatic packaging tape cutting equipment in embodiment 4, and the specific cutting process is as follows:

the method comprises the following steps: the camera 3 collects images and analyzes the transportation speed of the packing box 2 on the conveying roller 111 and the position of the packing belt 21;
