Background

Circuit boards are important parts of electrical products, and the loading, transportation and storage of circuit boards have been a problem in industrial production. The circuit board has small volume, flat shape, precise structure and easy damage. The storage and transportation of the circuit boards generally adopts a single-row circuit board arrangement mode to transport the circuit boards one by one. There are three main types of conveyors currently used by the applicant: the anti-static synchronous belt conveying device, the anti-static belt conveying device and the chain conveying device are arranged on the track, and the conveying belt, the belt or the chain is supported by the supporting surface on the track to enable the conveying belt, the belt or the chain to move smoothly. Because the rotating wheel specifications of the three conveying devices are different, the heights of the supporting surfaces on the corresponding tracks are matched, so that different conveying devices are required to be customized correspondingly to different tracks, the universality is poor, and the factory management is inconvenient.

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a universal multipurpose track which can be suitable for mounting synchronous belts, belts and chains and has strong universality.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

when the universal multipurpose track is required to be provided with the synchronous belt conveying device, the corresponding synchronous wheels are arranged on the mounting part, the synchronous belts are laid on the first supporting surface of the supporting bar and wound to the circulating guide groove through the synchronous wheels to be connected with the output wheel of the motor, so that a circulating synchronous conveying belt is formed;

when the belt conveying device needs to be installed on a track, the installation position of the supporting bar is adjusted to enable the second supporting surface to face upwards, the corresponding belt pulley is installed on the installation part, the belt is laid on the second supporting surface and is wound to the circulating guide groove through the belt pulley to be connected with an output wheel of the motor, and circulating belt conveying is formed;

when the chain conveying device needs to be installed on the track, the supporting bars are pulled away, the corresponding chain wheels are installed on the installation portions, the chains are laid on the chain supporting grooves and wound to the circulating guide grooves through the chain wheels to be connected with the output wheels of the motor, and circulating chain wheel conveying is formed.

Compared with the prior art, the track disclosed by the invention can be suitable for mounting a synchronous belt, a belt and a chain by adjustment, and has strong universality.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom of the track body 1 is provided with a motor mounting groove 15 arranged along the length thereof, and the motor is fixed to the motor mounting groove 15 by a screw at a predetermined position. The track body 1 is provided with a turning groove 16 for mounting the guide wheel 3 at the position below the circulating guide groove 14, the turning groove 16 is arranged along the length direction of the track body 1, the circulating guide groove 14 is partially lacked so as to be communicated with the turning groove 16, and the communicated position is a wedge-shaped inclined surface, so that the conveying scraping loss is reduced.

In use, when a timing belt 62 conveyor needs to be installed on the track to convey a circuit board, the track is assembled: the first supporting surface 21 of the supporting strip 2 is installed upwards, the corresponding synchronous wheel 61 is installed on the installation part 11, partial sections of the synchronous belt 62 are laid on the first supporting surface 21 of the supporting strip 2, pass through the synchronous wheel 61 and then wind to the circulating guide groove 14, then downwards pass through the guide wheel 3 of the diversion groove 16 and then wind the output wheel of the synchronous motor 63 to form a single circulating synchronous conveyor belt, two groups of tracks shown in figure 4 are arranged in parallel and oppositely, and the synchronous belt 62 on the first supporting surface 21 of the two groups of tracks supports the lateral part of the circuit board for conveying.

When the belt 72 transmission device needs to be installed on the track, as shown in fig. 5, the installation orientation of the support bar 2 is adjusted, so that the second support surface 22 faces upwards, the corresponding belt pulley 71 is installed on the installation part 11, partial sections of the belt 72 are laid on the second support surface 22, are wound to the circulating guide groove 14 through the belt pulley 71, then downwards pass through the guide wheel 3 of the diversion groove 16, and are wound around the output wheel of the belt motor 73 to form a circulating belt 72 transmission, two groups of tracks shown in fig. 5 are arranged in parallel and opposite to each other, and the belt 72 on the second support surfaces 22 of the two groups of tracks supports the lateral transmission of the circuit board.

When the transmission device of the chain 82 needs to be installed on the track, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the supporting bar 2 is pulled away, the corresponding chain wheel 81 is installed on the installation part 11, partial sections of the chain 82 are laid on the chain supporting groove 13, then the chain wheel 81 winds to the circulating guide groove 14, then the chain wheel passes through the guide wheel 3 of the diversion groove 16 downwards, and then the chain wheel motor 83 bypasses an output wheel, so that the circulating chain wheel 81 is formed for transmission. Two sets of tracks as shown in fig. 6 are placed side by side in opposite directions, and the chains 82 of the two sets of tracks support the side transportation of the circuit board. As can be seen from the above, the track of the present invention is applicable to the installation of the timing belt 62, the belt 72, and the chain 82 by adjustment, and is highly versatile as compared with the prior art.

In this embodiment, the top of the track body 1 is provided with an L-shaped limiting plate 4, a transverse plate of the limiting plate 4 is attached to a groove fixed on the top of the guide rail body, and a vertical plate of the limiting plate 4 extends downwards, wherein the vertical plate has two specifications, one specification is as shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, the vertical plate extends to the upper side of the supporting bar 2, and a gap is left between the first supporting surface 21 or the second supporting surface 22 and the limiting plate 4, so as to prevent the belt 72 or the synchronous belt 62 from floating to a great extent in the longitudinal direction; another format of the riser is shown in fig. 6, which is relatively short and is used when installing the chain 82 conveyor, extending only above the chain support grooves 13 for preventing the chain 82 from jumping excessively in the longitudinal direction.

In this embodiment, the track body 1 is further fixed with the protection cover 5, the protection cover 5 encloses the side of the track body 1, the protection cover 5 is provided with the strip hole 51 of longitudinal arrangement, the installation part 52 is arranged in the slot 12, the protection cover 5 passes through the spiral connection installation part 52 through the strip hole 51 and is fixed in the track body 1, the strip hole 51 can make the distance between the top of the protection cover 5 and the chain support groove 13 adjustable, play certain supporting role for the chain 82, and avoid the chain 82 to droop when carrying heavy objects. The protective cover 5 can prevent an operator from stretching into the chain 82, and the safety of workers is guaranteed.
