the electromagnetic plate 1607 to power off and lose magnetic force, the user cuts the film and then detaches the partition 1609, and then draws the metal tube 1608 out of the winding tube 1603, so that the metal tube 1608 carries the wound waste material to separate from the winding tube 1603, the user can prepare a plurality of metal tubes 1608 in practical application, when the metal tube 1608 for winding the waste material is detached, the new metal tube 1608 can be sleeved on the winding tube 1603, then the electromagnetic plate 1607 is controlled to generate magnetic force to be thereby improving the edge cutting efficiency of the ETFE cast film, when the cutting knife 11 needs to be polished or replaced in service time, the user pulls the overlong pull rod 1006, and the pull rod 1006 drives the limit plate 1005 to move backwards, at this time, the return spring 1004 is stressed to begin to contract, the limiting plate 1005 begins to move away from the top of the sliding groove 1001 and the sliding strip 1002 along with the continuous pulling of a user, so that the sliding strip 1002 can move inside the sliding groove 1001, then the user lifts the cutting knife 11 upwards to enable the sliding strip 1002 to move upwards inside the sliding groove 1001 until the cutting knife 11 is completely separated between the sliding strip 1002 and the sliding groove 1001, then the user lifts the new cutting knife 11 or the polished cutting knife 11 to the top of the moving plate 9, so that the sliding strip 1002 is aligned with the sliding groove 1001 and moves the cutting knife 11 downwards, the sliding strip 1002 slides into the sliding groove 1001 again to form primary positioning, then the user releases the pull rod 1006, at this time, the return spring 1004 starts to rebound without being stressed by hand, the limiting plate 1005 is pushed to the front side, so that the limiting plate 1005 is located at the top between the sliding strip 1002 and the sliding groove 1001, thereby make cutting knife 11 unable removal, the setting of installation device 10 can be convenient for the change of cutting knife 11 to reduce the time of changing cutting knife 11, increase the efficiency reduction personnel amount of labour of cutting edge, solved in the past the poor, the poor and cutter of edge cutting device garbage collection effect of ETFE curtain coating film and not have the problem of direction function of side cut efficiency.
