Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cold rolling equipment, in particular to a roll changing device. The invention also relates to water quenching tank equipment comprising the roll changing device.

Background

The wringing roller is arranged in a water quenching tank behind the annealing furnace and is used for wringing out water marks on the surface of the strip steel. The working condition temperature of the station is high, and the surface water amount of the strip steel is small. The surface of the wringing roller and the surface of the strip steel are easy to generate dry friction, and particularly the edge of the strip steel is easy to cause excessive abrasion of the roller surface. When the wringing roller is worn to a certain extent, it needs to be replaced by an operator.

In the prior art, the roll changing process needs to be replaced by manual high-altitude hoisting. The roll changing operation time is too long, the average change time is 3 hours, and meanwhile, the safety cannot be guaranteed. Because the continuous annealing unit has high requirements on production stability and continuity, the replacement mode seriously restricts the production efficiency and the product quality of the unit.

Therefore, how to provide a roll changing device capable of rapidly changing the wringing roll is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a roll changing device which receives a wringing roll through a roll changing vehicle, so that manual hoisting is not needed in the roll changing process, and the time consumption of roll changing operation is shortened. The invention also aims to provide water quenching tank equipment comprising the roll changing device.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a roll changing device which comprises a roll changing trolley positioned on one side of a wringing roll assembly, wherein the roll changing trolley is provided with a roll bearing platform for bearing a wringing roll, and the bottom of the roll changing trolley is provided with a roller.

Preferably, the roll changing trolley further comprises a roll changing track positioned on one side of the wringing roller assembly, and the roll changing trolley is arranged on the roll changing track.

The roll changing device 4 provided by the invention has the structure shown in fig. 3 and 4, and comprises a roll changing trolley, wherein the bottom of the roll changing trolley is provided with rolling wheels 44. The roll changing carriage can be moved to one side of the wringing roller assembly 3 under the push of an operator or the drive of a drive mechanism. The roll changing vehicle is provided with a roll bearing platform 43, and the roll bearing platform 43 can adopt a lifting structure or a fixed height structure. After the roll changing carriage moves to one side of the wringing roller assembly 3, the roll bearing platform 43 is aligned with the wringing platform 34 in the wringing roller assembly 3. The roll platform 43 and the wringing platform 34 are now in alignment, and the wringing roll 31 is transferred to the roll platform 43 by pushing it axially. In addition, in order to prevent the wringing roller 31 from rolling on the roller bearing platform 43, the roller bearing platform 43 is also provided with a roller bearing groove. Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present application, the roll changing device 4 employs a roll supporting platform 43 with a lifting structure. Specifically, the roll changing trolley is further provided with a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is arranged below the roll bearing platform 43. The lifting mechanism can refer to a cylinder or a scissor fork mechanism in the prior art and the like. After the roll changing carriage is moved into position, the lifting mechanism lifts the roll bearing platform 43 to a height corresponding to the wringing platform 34. The invention also provides water quenching tank equipment which comprises any one of the roll changing devices 4. The water quenching tank device also comprises a wringing roller assembly 3, the wringing roller assembly 3 comprises a plurality of layers of wringing platforms 34, and a wringing roller 31 is arranged above each layer of wringing platform 34. One side of the wringing roller component 3 is provided with a motor support, and the wringing motor 1 is arranged in the motor support and is connected with the wringing roller 31 through a coupling 2.

Bearing seats 32 are arranged on two sides of the drying platform 34, and the bearing seats 32 are detachably connected with the drying platform 34 through a bolt connection or an insertion connection mode and the like. The bearing block 32 is provided with a bearing hole in the center, and two ends of the wringing roller 31 are connected with the bearing hole through bearings.

Optionally, for the convenience of the operator, the lower part of the bearing seat 32 is provided with a translation pulley 33, and the rotating shaft of the translation pulley 33 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the wringing roller 31. The operator pushes the wringing roller 31 axially, the translation pulley 33 replaces sliding friction through rotating friction, the friction force between the wringing roller 31 and the wringing platform 34 is reduced, and the wringing roller 31 is replaced quickly. In addition, the roller bearing platform 43 can also be arranged on the translation track corresponding to the translation pulley 33, and the translation pulley 33 rolls along the translation track, so that the risk of rolling off the wringing roller 31 is further reduced. Of course, the user can also use the side wall of the roller bearing groove as a translation track according to the requirement.

In this embodiment, the two ends of the wringing roller 31 are connected with the bearing seat 32, and the lower part of the bearing seat 32 is provided with a translation pulley 33. When the wringing roller 31 is replaced, an operator detaches the connecting piece between the bearing seat 32 and the wringing platform 34 and then pushes the wringing roller 31 along the axial direction, so that the replacement of the wringing roller 31 can be completed quickly, and the roller replacement efficiency is further improved.
