The invention solves the technical problems that the existing evaporator needs to be assembled when the side plate is installed, so that the production process is complex, the working time is long, the number of parts is large, and the parts are easy to lose.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, two first notches 52 are disposed on the first side 51, two second notches 62 are disposed on the second side 61, and the first notches 52 and the second notches 62 are in one-to-one correspondence. The fin sheet of this embodiment has two equal bend angles after bending.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the evaporator assembly of the present invention further includes a right mounting plate 71, the right mounting plate 71 and the side plate 17 are disposed in parallel, a mounting groove 711 is disposed on the right mounting plate 71, and an edge of the side plate 17 away from the scroll casing is clamped in the mounting groove 711. Since the edge of the side plate 17 away from the scroll casing is held in the mounting groove 711, the side plate 17 is restricted by the mounting groove 711, and the side plate 17 cannot move in the vertical and horizontal directions with respect to the right mounting plate 71.

Further, two or more coupling screws 712 are provided between the mounting groove 711 and the side plate 17. The mounting groove 711 and the side plate 17 are connected by at least two screws, so that the mounting groove 711 and the side plate 17 are limited from moving relative to each other in the front-rear direction, and the side plate 17 and the right mounting plate 71 are firmly connected.

Further, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the pipe bending device further includes a left mounting plate 72, the left mounting plate 72 is used for being mounted on U-tubes, a side surface of the left mounting plate 72 away from the right mounting plate 71 is provided with a plurality of U-tube protective covers 721, the U-tube protective covers 721 are hollow bosses protruding out of the surface of the left mounting plate 72 and adapted to the shapes and sizes of the U-tubes, and the U-tube protective covers 721 are used for accommodating the U-tubes protruding out of the left mounting plate 72. Because be provided with the U pipe protection casing on the left side mounting panel 72, can avoid the exposed impaired of U pipe, prevent simultaneously that the U pipe from rocking for left side mounting panel 72.

Further, one or more U-tube shields 721 are provided with a blocking rib 723, and the blocking rib 723 is used for preventing the U-tubes from falling out of the left mounting plate 72.

Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 13, a right connecting plate 713 is disposed at an end of the right mounting plate 71 close to the top cover plate 08, that is, a right connecting plate 713 is disposed at an end of the right mounting plate 71 facing the positive direction of the coordinate axis Z axis, a left connecting plate 724 is disposed at an end of the left mounting plate 72 close to the top cover plate 08, that is, a left connecting plate 724 is disposed at an end of the left mounting plate 72 facing the positive direction of the coordinate axis Z axis, the right connecting plate 713 and the left connecting plate 724 are both parallel to the top cover plate 08, and the right connecting plate 713 and the left connecting plate 724 are both used for being connected to the top cover plate 08 through screws. Due to the arrangement of the left connecting plate and the right connecting plate, the evaporator assembly is more convenient to install.

Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the evaporator assembly of the present invention further includes an electric heating device 09, the left and right ends of the electric heating device 09 are respectively provided with a limit pin 91, 92, the side plate 17, the left mounting plate 72, and the right mounting plate 71 are respectively provided with a limit pin hole, the limit pin 91 at the left end is inserted into the limit pin hole on the left mounting plate 72, and the limit pin 92 at the right end is sequentially inserted into the limit pin holes on the side plate 17 and the right mounting plate 71.

Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
