Background

The cylindrical lithium battery is divided into different systems of lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobaltate, lithium manganate and cobalt manganese mixture and ternary materials, the shell is divided into a steel shell and a polymer, and batteries with different material systems have different advantages. At present, the cylinder mainly takes a steel shell cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery as a main part, and the battery has the characteristics of high capacity, high output voltage, good charge-discharge cycle performance, stable output voltage, capability of heavy current discharge, stable electrochemical performance, safe use, wide working temperature range and environmental friendliness.

The general lithium battery comprises electrolyte, a positive plate and a negative plate, wherein the positive plate and the negative plate generally extend out of a tab, so that subsequent processing and use are realized. However, the thickness of the material of the existing lithium battery can be reduced while the stability of the product is ensured, so that the quality of the lithium battery is effectively reduced. When the thickness of the pole piece is reduced, the thickness of the pole lug is also reduced, so that the pole lug is generally softer, and the pole lug is easy to bend (sometimes, the pole lug inclines left and right); when the bending is serious, the folding condition may occur, so the manual arrangement is generally adopted, and the conditions of incomplete formation, charging fault or discharging fault in the subsequent production and serious short circuit or fire accident can be avoided. However, the manual processing is inefficient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a lug reshaping mechanism and a processing method thereof, aiming at realizing the position correction of a lug through automatic equipment so as to realize the automatic production of a product and improve the production efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tab shaping mechanism, including:

a frame;

the positioning device is fixedly arranged on the rack and provided with a positioning groove for placing a product;

the correcting device comprises a first correcting device and a second correcting device which are arranged oppositely, the first correcting device and the second correcting device are respectively arranged on a first moving frame and a second moving frame, and the machine frame is respectively provided with a first driving device and a second driving device which drive the first moving frame and the second moving frame to move towards a position close to each other and a position far away from each other;

the first correcting device comprises a first fixed plate fixedly arranged on the first moving frame, a first clamping part and a second clamping part which are pivotally arranged on the first fixed plate, and the first fixed plate is provided with a third driving device and a fourth driving device which drive the first clamping part and the second clamping part to be close to each other;

the second correcting device comprises a second fixed plate fixedly arranged on the second moving frame, a third clamping part and a fourth clamping part which are pivotally arranged on the second fixed plate, and the second fixed plate is provided with a fifth driving device and a sixth driving device which drive the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part to approach each other;

the first clamping part, the second clamping part, the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part are arranged on two sides of the positioning groove relatively.

Preferably, the first clamping part, the second clamping part, the third clamping part and the fourth clamping part have the same structure and comprise a main body part, a clamping arm arranged below the main body part and a pivoting part arranged between the main body part and the clamping arm; when the two clamping arms are close to each other, the end parts of the clamping arms can be abutted against each other to clamp the lug and apply acting force.

s1: the first clamping part and the second clamping part are respectively provided with a barb, and if the tab has a folded part, the tab can be straightened under the abutment of the barbs and flattened under the abutment of the two clamping arms;

s4: the first air cylinder 81 and the second air cylinder 82 are started, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate move towards opposite directions, and the tab 101 is flattened under the limiting action of the first clamping part 32, the second clamping part 33, the third clamping part 42 and the fourth clamping part 43;

s5: the third and fourth cylinders 83 and 84 and the fifth and sixth cylinders 85 and 86 are activated to position the first and second clamping portions 32 and 33 and the third and fourth clamping portions 42 and 43 away from each other.

In the embodiment of the present invention, it is,

s1: the first clamping part 32 and the second clamping part 33 are respectively provided with a barb 74, if the tab 101 has a folded part, the tab 101 can be straightened under the abutment of the barb 74 and flattened under the abutment of the two clamping arms 72;

s2: meanwhile, opposite ends of the holding arms 72 are provided with guide grooves 76 so that the tab 101 slides along the guide grooves 76 and the tab 101 is centered.
