11. A process for making a breathable film comprising the steps of:

-producing a composition comprising

A filler, which is a mixture of water and a filler,

a lower density LLDPE component,

a higher density LLDPE component,

-blow-extruding the composition to produce a film,

-stretching the film in the machine direction,

-guiding the film through at least one tempered roller to reduce the tendency to retract.

12. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that the film is stretched to more than 280%, preferably to more than 300%, in particular to more than 320% and/or to less than 400%, preferably to less than 375%, in particular to less than 350%.

13. Method according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the film is stretched at a temperature above 70 ℃, preferably above 80 ℃, in particular above 90 ℃ and/or below 120 ℃, preferably below 110 ℃, in particular below 100 ℃.

14. Method according to any one of claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the blow ratio in the blow extrusion is more than 1:1.5, preferably more than 1:2.0, in particular more than 1:2.5 and/or less than 1:4.5, preferably less than 1:4.0, in particular less than 1: 3.5.

15. Use of the breathable film according to any of claims 1 to 10 as backsheet in a diaper.
