A curtain wall cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a curtain wall cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application includes a moving vehicle body 100, a lifting assembly 200, and a cleaning assembly 300.

Wherein, the lifting assembly 200 includes a first upright stanchion 210, a second upright stanchion 220, a third upright stanchion 230, a sliding sleeve 240, a first motor 250, a rotating rod 260 and a supporting plate 270, the first upright stanchion 210 is located at two sides above the mobile vehicle body 100, the first upright stanchion 210 is connected with the upper side of the mobile vehicle body 100, the lower side of the second upright stanchion 220 is connected with the upper side of the first upright stanchion 210, the lower side of the third upright stanchion 230 is connected with the upper side of the second upright stanchion 220, the sliding sleeve 240 is respectively connected with the outer parts of the first upright stanchion 210, the second upright stanchion 220 and the third upright stanchion 230 in a sliding manner, the first motor 250 is fixedly connected between the two sliding sleeves 240, two ends of the rotating rod 260 are respectively rotatably connected with the sliding sleeve 240, an output end of the first motor 250 is rotatably connected with the rotating rod 260, two ends of the rotating rod 260 are respectively connected with the first upright stanchion 210, the second upright stanchion 220 and the third upright stanchion 230 in a driving manner, two sides of the supporting plate 270 are respectively fixedly connected with one side of the sliding sleeve 240, the cleaning assembly 300 includes a second motor 310, a second motor 220, a rotating rod 220, The cleaning roller 320, the spiral roller 330, the water pump 340 and the water spray head 350, the second motor 310 is fixedly connected with one side of the supporting plate 270, the cleaning roller 320 and the spiral roller 330 are sequentially distributed at intervals, the cleaning roller 320 and the spiral roller 330 are both rotatably connected with the other side of the supporting plate 270, the water spray head 350 is positioned above the cleaning roller 320 and the spiral roller 330 and fixedly connected with the supporting plate 270, the water pump 340 is positioned above one side of the moving vehicle body 100, the water outlet end of the water pump 340 is communicated with the water spray head 350, the output end of the second motor 310 is in transmission connection with one cleaning roller 320, and the adjacent cleaning roller 320 is in transmission connection with the spiral roller 330.

The operation of a curtain wall cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings;

firstly, the cleaning device is moved to one side of the curtain wall by the universal wheels 120, and the cushion block 132 is pushed to the ground by the first telescopic piece 131 to form a support for the bottom plate 110;

then, cleaning water is injected into the water tank 111, and is conveyed to the water spraying head 350 by the water pump 340 to spray the cleaning water on the curtain wall;

then, the output end of the first motor 250 drives the third gear 251 to rotate, the third gear 251 drives the fourth gear 261 to rotate, the fourth gear 261 drives the rotating rod 260 to rotate, the rotating rod 260 drives the fifth gear 262 to rotate, the meshing connection between the fifth gear 262 and the rack 280 is realized, the lifting of the sliding sleeve 240 is realized, and the lifting of the support plate 270 is driven;

the lifting of the supporting plate 270 drives the lifting of the second motor 310, the cleaning roller 320, the spiral roller 330 and the sprinkler head 350, the output end of the second motor 310 drives the third belt wheel 311 to rotate, the third belt wheel 311 drives the fourth belt wheel 360 to rotate, and the fourth belt wheel 360 drives the cleaning roller 320 and the spiral roller 330 to rotate respectively to clean the curtain wall;

then, the lifting of the supporting plate 270 drives the lifting of the third motor 410, the rotating wheels 420, the cleaning cloth 430 and the drying piece 440, the output end of the third motor 410 drives the rotating wheels 420 to rotate, the two rotating wheels 420 drive the cleaning cloth 430 to rotate, so as to wipe the curtain wall, after the cleaning cloth 430 is dehydrated by the wringing roller 271, the curtain wall is continuously wiped, the external air is conveyed to the inside of the hot air box 442 by the fan 441, the heated air is conveyed to the air outlet 443, and the curtain wall and the cleaning cloth 430 are dried by the air outlet 443;

finally, the lifting of the supporting plate 270 drives the lifting of the polishing wheel 510, the liquid spraying head 520 and the liquid supply pump 530, the third motor 410 drives the polishing wheel 510 to rotate, the liquid supply pump 530 conveys the maintenance liquid in the maintenance liquid box 540 to the inside of the liquid spraying head 520, the liquid spraying head 520 sprays the maintenance liquid on the surface of the curtain wall, and the curtain wall is polished and maintained under the rotation of the polishing wheel 510.

Therefore, under the use of the first upright rod 210, the second upright rod 220 and the third upright rod 230, the use of the sliding sleeve 240, the first motor 250, the rotating rod 260 and the supporting plate 270 is matched, the lifting of the second motor 310, the cleaning roller 320 and the spiral roller 330 is realized, the lifting of the third motor 410, the rotating wheel 420, the cleaning cloth 430 and the drying piece 440 is also realized, the lifting of the polishing wheel 510 and the liquid spraying head 520 is also driven, in the whole use process, the lifting type curtain wall cleaning is realized, people do not need to clean the curtain wall by means of a support, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.

according to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 6-8, the curtain wall wiping device further includes a drying assembly 400, the drying assembly 400 includes a third motor 410, rotating wheels 420, cleaning cloths 430 and a drying member 440, the rotating wheels 420 are rotatably connected to two sides of the supporting plate 270, the third motor 410 is fixedly connected to the supporting plate 270, an output end of the third motor 410 is in transmission connection with one rotating wheel 420, the cleaning cloths 430 are sleeved outside the two rotating wheels 420, the cleaning cloths 430 are in transmission connection with the rotating wheels 420, and the cleaning cloths 430 wipe the curtain wall in a rotating manner under the acting force of the two rotating wheels 420.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the supporting plate 270 is provided with the wringing rollers 271, the cleaning cloth 430 passes through between the two wringing rollers 271, and under the action of the two wringing rollers 271, squeezing and dewatering of the cleaning cloth 430 are achieved, which is beneficial to drying of the curtain wall.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the drying member 440 includes a blower 441, a hot air box 442 and an air outlet 443, the blower 441 and the hot air box 442 are located above one side of the movable vehicle body 100, the air outlet 443 is respectively located at two sides of the cleaning cloth 430 and at a middle portion of one side of the cleaning cloth 430 close to the supporting plate 270, the air outlet 443 is fixedly connected to the supporting plate 270, the blower 441 is communicated with the hot air box 442, and the hot air box 442 is communicated with the air outlet 443.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, 7 and 8, the maintenance assembly 500 is further included, the maintenance assembly 500 includes a polishing wheel 510, a liquid spraying head 520, a liquid supply pump 530 and a maintenance liquid tank 540, one side of the polishing wheel 510 is rotatably connected to the support plate 270, the liquid spraying head 520 is located on two sides of the polishing wheel 510 and is fixedly connected to the support plate 270, an output end of the third motor 410 is in transmission connection with the polishing wheel 510, the maintenance liquid tank 540 and the liquid supply pump 530 are located on one side above the movable vehicle body 100, an inlet end of the liquid supply pump 530 is communicated with the maintenance liquid tank 540, and an outlet end of the liquid supply pump 530 is communicated with the liquid spraying head 520.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the output end of the third motor 410 is respectively provided with a first pulley 411 and a first gear 412, one rotating wheel 420 is provided with a transmission rod 421, the transmission rod 421 is provided with a second gear 422 matched with the first gear 412, the polishing wheel 510 is provided with a second pulley 512 matched with the first pulley 411, the two second pulleys 512 are connected through a belt, the first gear 412 and the second gear 422 are meshed and connected, and the first pulley 411 and the second pulley 512 are connected through a belt.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the moving vehicle body 100 includes a bottom plate 110, a universal wheel 120 and a supporting portion 130, the first upright 210, the water pump 340, the fan 441, the hot air tank 442, the maintenance liquid tank 540, the liquid supply pump 530, the maintenance liquid tank 540 and the liquid supply pump 530 are all located above the bottom plate 110, the first upright 210 is connected with the bottom plate 110, the universal wheel 120 and the supporting portion 130 are both fixedly connected below the bottom plate 110, and the universal wheel 120 improves the moving convenience of the cleaning device.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the supporting portion 130 includes a first telescopic member 131 and a cushion block 132, an end of the first telescopic member 131 is fixedly connected to a lower portion of the bottom plate 110, the cushion block 132 is fixedly connected to an output end of the first telescopic member 131, and the cushion block 132 is pushed downward by the first telescopic member 131, so that the bottom plate 110 is pushed upward, and the bottom plate 110 is supported and limited.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a water tank 111 is disposed above the bottom plate 110, a sewage collecting box 211 is disposed on one side of the first vertical rod 210 close to the supporting plate 270, a third gear 251 is disposed at an output end of the first motor 250, a fourth gear 261 is disposed at a middle portion of the rotating rod 260, fifth gears 262 are disposed at two ends of the rotating rod 260, racks 280 are disposed on the first vertical rod 210, the second vertical rod 220 and the third vertical rod 230, the third gear 251 is engaged with the fourth gear 261, the fifth gear 262 is engaged with the racks 280, and the sewage collecting box 211 is disposed to collect cleaned sewage and prevent the sewage from spilling onto the ground.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the output end of the second motor 310 is provided with a third pulley 311, the cleaning roller 320 and the spiral roller 330 are provided with fourth pulleys 360, the third pulley 311 and one fourth pulley 360 are connected through a belt transmission, and two adjacent fourth pulleys 360 are connected through a belt transmission.

When cleaning the curtain, the vertical frame that needs the uniform height supports cleaning equipment, but is subject to the height of vertical frame, when being not convenient for fold the vertical frame and accomodate, is not convenient for transport cleaning device for curtain cleaning device's removal convenience reduces.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the folding assembly 600 further comprises a support frame 610, a second telescopic member 620, a first connecting rod 630, a second connecting rod 640, a third telescopic member 650 and a hinge member 660, wherein the support frame 610 is located above the bottom plate 110 and connected to the bottom plate 110, one hinge member 660 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first vertical rod 210 and the second vertical rod 220, the other hinge member 660 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the second vertical rod 220 and the lower side of the third vertical rod 230, one end of the first connecting rod 630 is rotatably connected to the upper side of the second vertical rod 220, the other end of the first connecting rod 630 is rotatably connected to one end of the second connecting rod 640, the other end of the second connecting rod 640 is rotatably connected to the upper side of the support frame 610, the end of the second telescopic member 620 is rotatably connected to the support frame 610, the output end of the second telescopic member 620 is rotatably connected to the connection position where the first connecting rod 630 and the second connecting rod 640 are connected, the end of the third telescopic member 650 is rotatably connected to the first connecting rod 630, and the output end of the third telescopic member 650 is rotatably connected to one side of the third vertical rod 230.

The first hinge block 661 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first vertical rod 210 and the upper side of the second vertical rod 220, the second hinge block 662 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the second vertical rod 220 and the lower side of the third vertical rod 230, respectively, so as to rotatably connect the upper side of the first vertical rod 210 and the lower side of the second vertical rod 220, the upper side of the second vertical rod 220 and the lower side of the third vertical rod 230 are rotatably connected, the connection between the first connecting rod 630 and the second connecting rod 640 is pushed and pulled under the action of the output end of the second telescopic member 620 pushing the connecting sleeve 621, after cleaning, the retraction of the second telescopic member 620 pulls back the connection between the first connecting rod 630 and the second connecting rod 640, the first connecting rod 630 drives the second vertical rod 220 to be rotatably folded, and the third vertical rod 230 is rotatably folded under the retraction of the third telescopic member 650, so as to fold the second vertical rod 220 and the third vertical rod 230, the problem that the heights of the first upright stanchion 210, the second upright stanchion 220 and the third upright stanchion 230 influence the transportation is solved, so that the moving convenience of the cleaning device is improved.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the hinge member 660 includes a first hinge block 661 and a second hinge block 662, the first hinge block 661 is fixedly connected above the first vertical rod 210 and above the second vertical rod 220, the second hinge block 662 is fixedly connected below the second vertical rod 220 and below the third vertical rod 230, the first hinge block 661 is rotatably connected with the second hinge block 662, the first hinge block 661 and the second hinge block 662 are arranged to realize the rotatable connection between the first vertical rod 210 and the second vertical rod 220, and the rotatable connection between the second vertical rod 220 and the third vertical rod 230.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the output end of the second expansion part 620 is provided with a connection sleeve 621, and the connection sleeve 621 is rotatably connected with the first connection rod 630 and the second connection rod 640 respectively, so as to facilitate the pushing of the second expansion part 620 and the first connection rod 630 and the second connection rod 640.

Before curtain cleaning device operation, will make cleaning device's clean end and curtain be close to or laminate to in the realization is to the cleanness of curtain, but when cleaning device is close to or laminates in the curtain, the problem of not controlling well often can appear being close to or the distance of laminating, consequently needs staff's cost longer time to adjust, has wasted the time, thereby has reduced the clear efficiency to the curtain.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the attaching assembly 700 further includes a sliding member 710 and a limiting member 720, the sliding member 710 includes a fourth motor 711, a threaded rod 712, a connecting block 713, and a sliding channel 714, the limiting member 720 includes a limiting rod 721, a locking member 722, a solenoid valve 723, a suction cup 724, and a micro switch 725, the fourth motor 711 is fixedly connected to the supporting frame 610, one side of the connecting block 713 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the bottom plate 110, one end of the threaded rod 712 is fixedly connected to an output end of the fourth motor 711, the threaded rod 712 is threadedly connected to the connecting block 713, the sliding channel 714 is installed between the supporting frame 610 and the bottom plate 110, the limiting rod 721 is rotatably connected to two sides above the third vertical rod 230, the locking member 722 is located inside the limiting rod 721, one side of the locking member 722 abuts against the inside the third vertical rod 230, the suction cup 724 is fixedly connected to one end of the limiting rod 721 far away from the third vertical rod 230, the electromagnetic valve 723 is fixedly connected above the limiting rod 721, the electromagnetic valve 723 is communicated with the suction cup 724, the microswitch 725 is positioned inside the suction cup 724, and the microswitch 725 is electrically connected with the fourth motor 711.

Further, the microswitch 725 is a switch using a very small force, and is a switch in which an external mechanical force acts on an action reed through a transmission element to quickly connect or disconnect a fixed contact and a movable contact at the tail end of the action reed, the microswitch 725 has a small contact interval and a quick-action mechanism, the contact mechanism performs a switching action with a specified stroke and force is covered by a shell, a driver is arranged outside the microswitch 725, the appearance is small, the microswitch 725 is touched on a curtain wall, namely the curtain wall is in a joint position, and the microswitch 725 controls the fourth motor 711 to stop rotating, so that the joint setting can be completed.

The rotation of the output end of the fourth motor 711 drives the rotation of the threaded rod 712, the threaded rod 712 is in threaded connection with the connecting block 713, and therefore, the continuous rotation of the threaded rod 712 drives the displacement of the supporting frame 610, thereby driving the displacement of the first upright rod 210, the second upright rod 220 and the third upright rod 230, further driving the displacement of the second motor 310, the cleaning roller 320, the spiral roller 330, the third motor 410, the cleaning cloth 430, the drying member 440, the polishing wheel 510 and the liquid-jet head 520, simultaneously pulling the locking rod 7221, rotating the limiting rod 721, inserting the locking rod 7221 into the locking groove 231, so as to lock the limiting rod 721, and under the continuous rotation of the threaded rod 712, the continuous displacement of the supporting frame 610 allows the suction cup 724 to be adsorbed with the curtain wall, when the curtain wall touches the microswitch 725, the output end of the fourth motor 711 stops rotating, and after the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic valve 723 is opened to allow air to enter the suction cup 724, both can realize the dismantlement of sucking disc 724, at the in-process of whole use, realized utilizing sucking disc 724 and micro-gap switch 725 cooperation to use and realized quick spacing, practiced thrift the time, improved the clean efficiency of curtain.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, the sliding track 714 includes a supporting plate 7141 and a limiting plate 7142, the supporting plate 7141 is fixedly connected to two sides above the bottom plate 110, the limiting plate 7142 is fixedly connected to one side above the supporting plate 7141, grooves 611 are formed on two sides of the supporting frame 610, and the limiting plate 7142 is slidably connected inside the grooves 611.

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the locking member 722 includes a locking rod 7221 and a spring 7222, the third upright 230 is provided with a locking groove 231 matched with the locking rod 7221, the locking rod 7221 is slidably connected inside the limiting rod 721, the spring 7222 is located inside the limiting rod 721, one end of the spring 7222 abuts against one side of the locking rod 7221, one end of the locking rod 7221 is inserted into the locking groove 231, the limiting rod 721 is rotatably connected with the third upright 230, in cooperation with the use of the locking rod 7221 and the spring 7222, rotation of the limiting rod 721 and the suction cup 724 is achieved, the limiting rod 721 and the suction cup 724 are rotated when used, and are received into the third upright 230 when not used, so as to facilitate protection of the limiting rod 721 and the suction cup 724, and when the suction cup 724 is attached to a curtain wall, so as to facilitate fixation of the first upright 210, the second upright 220 and the third upright 230, the first upright rod 210, the second upright rod 220 and the third upright rod 230 are prevented from shaking, under the use of the electromagnetic valve 723, the communication between the outside air and the suction cup 724 is facilitated, and when the suction cup 724 needs to be detached from a curtain wall, the air enters the suction cup 724 through the electromagnetic valve 723, so that the air suction can be realized.

Other constructions and operations of a curtain wall cleaning apparatus according to embodiments of the present application are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
