背景技术
冠状病毒是RNA病毒，属于巢病毒目、冠状病毒科(Coronavirdae)，正冠状病毒亚科。冠状病毒是一个大家族，广泛存在于动物体内，明显的特点是必须依赖宿主细胞才能繁衍。已知的人类冠状病毒共有七型，其中三种引起对人类杀伤力巨大的呼吸道传染病包括新冠病毒、SARS病毒、MERS病毒。还有四种冠状病毒在人群中较为常见，可引起普通的呼吸道传染病，包括人冠状病毒229E、人冠状病毒DC43、人冠状病毒NL63和人冠状病毒HKU1，其中新冠病毒引发新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COV1D-19),简称新冠肺炎，是世界卫生组织命名的2019年发生的新型冠状病毒感染导致的肺炎，是一种由新冠病毒感染的急性呼吸道传染病。世界卫生组织经过评估，已认定为全球大流行疾病，目前已在200多个国家爆发流行，感染与发病人数将达数百万乃至数千万，致死人数将逾数十万。
冠状病毒传染病与新冠肺炎治疗迄今还没有特效药，新冠肺炎的疫苗尚在研究中。新冠肺炎与SARS、MERS传染病的预防目前还限于戴口罩，勤洗手和居家隔离。已有的能够杀灭病毒的消毒剂，包括醇类消毒剂、含氯消毒剂、过氧乙酸消毒剂、含碘消毒剂、含溴消毒剂、酚类消毒剂，对杀灭环境中的新冠病毒有效，但由于对人体毒性很大，均不能用于人体内呼吸道与细胞杀灭新冠病毒。
