As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a cleaning mechanism 3 is fixedly connected to a side edge position of the outer surface of the rear end of the trapezoidal block 25 and the driving block 24;

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, an air blowing mechanism 4 is fixedly connected to an outer surface of the connecting cover 217;

In the working process, although the scraping plate 31 is arranged to scrape off impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter plate 32, because the impurity dust is adhered to the inner side and the outer side of the scraping plate 31, if the impurities are not cleaned in time, the situation that the impurities accumulated on the inner side and the outer side of the scraping plate 31 are too much and are clamped with the filter plate 32 is easily caused, and the normal use of the cleaning mechanism 3 is influenced, by arranging the swelling mechanism, when the impurities adhered on the surface of the scraping plate 31 need to be cleaned, the air pump 44 is started, and high-pressure air is sprayed out under the control of the electromagnetic pulse nozzle 43, so that the impurities adhered on the surface of the scraping plate 31 are blown off, through arranging the air blowing mechanism 4, the impurities adhered on the surface of the scraping plate 31 are conveniently cleaned, the situation that the impurities accumulated on the inner side and the outer side of the scraping plate 31 are too much and are clamped with the filter plate 32 due to the impurities adhered to the inner side and the outer side of the scraping plate 31 is not cleaned in time is avoided, the normal use of the cleaning mechanism 3 is ensured.

As shown in fig. 6 and 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, a dust collecting groove 34 is formed at a lower end of the connecting cover 217, a fixing block 35 is fixedly connected to an outer surface of the lower end of the connecting cover 217 near an outer side of the dust collecting groove 34, and a dust collecting box 36 is fixedly connected to an inner surface of the fixing block 35 by a screw.

The working principle is as follows: when the invention works, firstly, the treated concentrated ammonia water is added into the desulfurizing tower 1 through the liquid inlet pipe 11, then the treated flue gas is introduced into the desulfurizing tower 1 through the first gas inlet pipe 21 and the second gas inlet pipe 218 to react with the concentrated ammonia water so as to complete the desulfurization and denitrification treatment, through the arrangement of the adjusting mechanism 2, when the flow rate of the flue gas introduced into the desulfurizing tower 1 needs to be adjusted, the motor 216 is started, the motor 216 operates to drive the turntable 215 to rotate, because the rotating rod 214 is fixedly connected with the edge position of the turntable 215, the rotating rod 214 can drive the connecting rod 212 to swing up and down when rotating along with the turntable 215, and further drive the two ends of the driving rod 20 to reciprocate back and forth, when the sliding plate 23 at the upper end slides leftwards, the sliding plate 23 at the lower end can synchronously slide rightwards, so as to drive the two groups of driving blocks 24 to slide relatively, thereby driving the four trapezoidal blocks 25 to synchronously slide, and opening the center position of the regular hexagonal groove 27, the flue gas from this entering desulfurizing tower 1, drive carousel 215 and continue to rotate as motor 216, make actuating lever 20 drive the slide 23 of upper end and slide right, and slide 23 of lower extreme slides left, thereby make two drive blocks 24 and four trapezoidal blocks 25 synchronous slip to initial position, make regular hexagon groove 27 central point put closed, in addition filter the impurity of foreign family in the coking flue gas through setting up filter 32, utilize scraper 31 and filter 32 to laminate each other, and use mutually supporting with adjustment mechanism 2, when needs clear up filter 32, starter motor 216, when motor 216 drive block 24 and trapezoidal block 25 slide, drive scraper 31 and take place to remove, scraper 31 scrapes filter 32 and will pile up the impurity of filter 32 surface and scrape away.
