Technical Field

The invention relates to a solar photovoltaic bracket, in particular to a method and a device for maintaining and replacing a photovoltaic bracket component.

Background

When solar photovoltaic, especially a large-area solar photovoltaic array or photovoltaic system is installed on the ground or on the water surface, the movement of the sun needs to be tracked in real time, and the direction of the photovoltaic module (for example, the movement from east to west) is adjusted, so that the sunlight directly irradiates to the light receiving plane of the photovoltaic panel, and the photovoltaic power generation amount is improved. Fig. 1 and 2 show a prior art tracking photovoltaic rack, in which a plurality of photovoltaic spindles 21 are arranged, for example, in the east-west direction, and each photovoltaic spindle 21 is provided with a group of photovoltaic modules 22, for example, in the north-south direction. The photovoltaic shaft 21 is mounted on a base (not shown) by means of a column 20, wherein the top end of the column 20 is provided with a shaft bearing 28, and the shaft 21 is rotatably sleeved in the bearing 28. In addition, in some tracking type photovoltaic supports, a tracking swing arm 23 is further disposed on the photovoltaic main shaft 21, one end of the tracking swing arm 23 is fixed to the photovoltaic main shaft 21, for example, by a hoop 26, and the other end is movably connected to a tracking push rod 24. When a tracking driver drives the tracking push rod 24 to reciprocate along the east-west direction, the tracking push rod 24 can drive the tracking swing arm 23 to swing along the east-west direction, so as to drive the photovoltaic main shaft 21 to rotate along the east-west direction, and thus drive the photovoltaic module 22 to track the sun along the east-west direction.

However, the photovoltaic support member, especially the spindle bearing 28 or the swing arm 23 mounted on the photovoltaic spindle 21 for supporting the spindle to rotate, needs to be maintained intensively and replaced if necessary due to long-term operation and exposure to sunlight and rain, which may cause damage over time. For photovoltaic supports with a short height, there is no significant operational difficulty in maintaining or replacing such support components. However, when the photovoltaic support is installed on uneven mountainous regions or under the scenes that crops and the like are left below the photovoltaic support, a part of the support can be erected higher. In this case, it is necessary to use a large-sized mechanical device such as a crane to lift the photovoltaic main shaft from the column or to remove the support member after the photovoltaic support is detached, which is not only complicated in operation but also long in construction period and high in cost. Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a compact and efficient method and apparatus for photovoltaic rack component maintenance and replacement.

Detailed Description

The photovoltaic support component maintenance and replacement method and apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and are intended to assist in understanding the basic concepts of the invention.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a photovoltaic support member maintenance and replacement method and apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the photovoltaic support includes a column 30 disposed on a base (not shown), and a photovoltaic mast 31 mounted on the column, which can carry a photovoltaic assembly 32. The top end of the upright column 30 is provided with a support part such as a main shaft bearing 38, the photovoltaic main shaft 31 is sleeved in the main shaft bearing 38 and can rotate under the driving of a driving device including a tracking push rod and a swing arm so as to enable the photovoltaic module 32 loaded on the photovoltaic main shaft to track the operation of the sun in real time. The bearing 38 is, for example, a polymer bearing, and preferably includes, for example, upper and lower portions, and the upper and lower portions of the bearing 38 can be closed or opened when the main shaft 31 is mounted on the column 30 or lifted from the column 30.

The photovoltaic rack part maintenance and exchange apparatus according to the present invention includes a push rod 34, a spindle support 35 installed at the top end of a telescopic bar 341 of the push rod 34, and a push rod base 36 for installing the push rod 34 in parallel to the side of the column 30.

Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing that the push rod shown in fig. 3 is mounted on the column, and fig. 5 is a schematic view showing that the push rod shown in fig. 3 lifts the photovoltaic spindle on the support. Referring collectively to fig. 3-5, the bottom of the pushrod 34 is disposed above a pushrod base 36. The push rod base 36 is, for example, an L-shaped member, one side of which can be tightly attached to the side of the upright 30, and both ends of which are provided with through holes, for example, fixed to the side of the upright 30 by a U-shaped pipe clamp 361; the other side is perpendicular to the side of the upright 30 and serves as a platform 362 for supporting the push rod 34. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the push rod 34 may also be positioned by way of its shaft being tied to the side of the post 30, for example. The top end of the telescopic rod 341 of the push rod 34 is provided with a spindle support 35, for example, having a U-shaped configuration with its opening facing upward, into which the bottom of the spindle 31 is inserted. The illustrated push rod 34 is, for example, a hand-operated push rod with a self-locking feature, and the bottom input 342 is operable by a crank (not shown). Preferably, the push rod 34 can also be an electric push rod and driven by a motor.

According to the photovoltaic support component maintenance and replacement method of the present invention, for example, when the main shaft bearing 38 mounted on the top end of the column 30 needs to be maintained or replaced, the operation can be performed according to the following steps:

A. the push rod 34 is installed on the side of the upright 30 in parallel, for example, a push rod base 36 is installed on the side of the upright 30, and the push rod base 36 is fixed on the upright 30 by a U-shaped pipe clamp 361. Then, the bottom of the push rod 34 is set above the push rod base 36, and the push rod 34 is positioned with its telescopic rod facing the bottom of the main shaft 31.

B. The spindle support 35 is installed at the top end of the extension rod 341 of the push rod 34, and it is, for example, in a U-shaped structure, so that the bottom of the spindle 31 is inserted therein. Then, the upper and lower portions of the bearing 38 are separated;

C. the push rod is activated to lift the photovoltaic main shaft 31 up from the top end of the upright 30. If the push rod is a hand push rod, the input end of the push rod is rotated by a rocking handle, so that the telescopic rod 341 of the push rod 34 extends upwards to push the main shaft 31 upwards, and if the push rod is an electric push rod, the push rod is driven by a motor. Preferably, the push rods are installed on the stand columns for erecting the same main shaft, and all the push rods are controlled to be in linkage operation;

D. removing the main shaft bearing 38 from the top end of the column 30 and performing maintenance or replacement;

E. reinstalling the main shaft bearing 38, which is maintained or replaced, on the top end of the upright 30;

F. the push rod is activated a second time to re-mount the photovoltaic main shaft to the main shaft bearing and then close the upper and lower portions of bearing 38.

According to the photovoltaic rack part maintenance and replacement method of the present invention, when other rack parts, for example, when the swing arm mounted on the main shaft 31 needs maintenance or replacement, the operation can also be performed with reference to the above steps.

The above description is only a few embodiments of the photovoltaic support component maintenance and replacement method and apparatus of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications according to the above concept of the present invention, but they all fall within the scope of the present invention.
