The bridge deck pavement is a protective layer which is paved on a bridge deck according to the thickness specified by relevant standards by using materials such as high polymer, concrete, asphalt and the like, the protective layer paved by the technology can well ensure the use safety of the bridge, can prevent wheels from directly wearing the bridge deck while playing a role of preventing rainwater from entering the bridge deck and the main beam, diffuses the load of the wheels, and also provides a smooth and anti-skid running surface for vehicles.

After the large-span steel structure bridge is operated for a period of time, cracks, fissures and the like with different degrees appear on a bridge deck pavement layer, and the performance of a bridge deck pavement material is one of main reasons for causing the bridge deck diseases, so that the performance of the bridge deck pavement material is improved, and the construction process is very important for controlling the bridge deck pavement diseases of the large-span steel structure bridge, prolonging the durability of the bridge and prolonging the service life of the bridge. The choice of waterproof bonding layer material should also be paid attention to bridge deck pavement because steel decking easily rusts, and the waterproof performance requirement on the layer of mating formation is high. In addition, the paving material also has the characteristics of strong adhesion with a bottom layer material, easy maintenance and the like.

(3) mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio, stirring for 2-6min to obtain an adhesive, pouring the uniformly mixed adhesive into a mortar stirrer, uniformly mixing the adhesive with crushed stone according to the rubble ratio of 1:6-7, tamping to obtain mortar, paving the mortar on a steel bridge deck, and curing the adhesive to obtain the cold-coated epoxy mortar steel bridge deck paving material.

by compounding the adhesive, the invention obviously improves the weather resistance, the caking property and the mechanical property of the paving material; in addition, the prepared paving material also has good flexibility, namely the steel bridge deck paving material prepared by the invention has strong bonding force with a steel plate, has the characteristics of good waterproof and anti-seepage performance, good flexibility, good weather resistance and the like, can effectively prevent the external environment from corroding the bridge steel structure, is beneficial to prolonging the service life of bridge deck pavement, reduces the maintenance, maintenance and management costs, and has good economic and social benefits. In addition, the paving material of the invention has convenient construction, does not need special equipment, has wide application range and can be used for various base materials such as concrete, steel bridges and the like.

Comparative example 2:

the comparative example is different from example 1 in that the component A does not contain 128 epoxy resin and styrenated phenol, the component B does not contain aminoethylpiperazine and nonylphenol, and the rest of raw materials, the proportion and the preparation method are the same as those of example 1.

And (3) performance testing:

the paving materials prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-2 are respectively and uniformly paved on a cleaned base surface, the paving thickness is controlled to be 7mm, and after maintenance is carried out for 4-8h, the mechanical property test and the water absorption test are carried out.

And (3) testing mechanical properties: the tensile shear strength of the steel is measured according to GB/T7124-;

water absorption test: 50X 50mm mortar blocks are soaked in water for 48 hours, the weight of the mortar blocks before and after soaking is tested, and the water absorption is calculated.

As shown in the table 1, the epoxy mortar steel bridge deck pavement material provided by the invention has good mechanical properties and significantly lower water absorption rate, and is very suitable for being used in a humid environment for a long time.
