1. A high-strength throttle valve, characterized by comprising:

the ventilation pipe (4) is movably provided with a rotating shaft (3) inside, the outer part of the rotating shaft (3) is connected with a disc-shaped brass disc (2), and the inner wall of the ventilation pipe (4) is provided with an arc-shaped flange (7); and

the strengthening mechanism comprises two groups of limiting clamps (6) connected to the rotating shaft (3) and a plurality of groups of guide rods (8) connected between the two groups of limiting clamps (6), the guide rods (8) are inserted outside the brass discs (2), and springs are arranged between the outer walls of the brass discs (2) and the outside of the brass discs (2).

2. A high-strength throttle valve according to claim 1, characterized in that: the throttle valve also comprises a driving motor (1) which is arranged outside the vent pipe (4) and is used for driving the rotating shaft (3) to rotate.

3. A high-strength throttle valve according to claim 2, characterized in that: the rear end of the driving motor (1) is connected with a cover plate (5).

4. A high-strength throttle valve according to claim 1, characterized in that: two groups of flanges (7) are arranged and are respectively positioned on the inner walls of the two sides of the vent pipe (4).

Background

The throttle valve is a controllable valve for controlling air to enter the engine, the air can be mixed with natural gas into combustible mixed gas after entering the air inlet pipe, so that the combustible mixed gas is combusted to form work, the air is connected with the air after pressurization and intercooling and is connected with the air inlet pipe of the engine, and the throat of the automobile engine is called;

the load of the natural gas engine is realized by controlling the air inflow through a throttle valve, most of the current natural gas engines are single-point injection premixing routes, namely, the mixed gas of air and fuel gas is in an air inlet main pipe, most of the national six natural gas engine combustion technical routes are equivalent combustion plus EGR, the combustion temperature of the technical route is higher, an air valve and a seat ring are easy to wear, the high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas of the engine after being worn flows into the air inlet pipe to ignite the mixed gas in the air inlet main pipe, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is generated to impact the throttle valve at the upstream of the air inlet pipe, if the strength of the throttle valve is not enough, the butterfly piece of the throttle valve is easy to be bent by explosion, the air quantity of the engine is not controlled, the vehicle power is out of control, the driving safety is influenced, in order to avoid the problems, the tempering resistance of the national six gas engine throttle valve must be upgraded, and the throttle valve is not deformed by explosion to ensure that the vehicle power is controllable when the engine is tempered due to break down, to this end, we propose a high strength throttle.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a high-strength throttle valve which can effectively solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a high-strength throttle valve, comprising:

the inner part of the breather pipe is movably provided with a rotating shaft, the outer part of the rotating shaft is connected with a disc-shaped brass disc, and the inner wall of the breather pipe is provided with an arc-shaped flange; and

the strengthening mechanism comprises two groups of limiting clamps connected to the rotating shaft and a plurality of groups of guide rods connected between the two groups of limiting clamps, the guide rods are inserted outside the brass discs, and springs are arranged between the outer walls of the brass discs and the outside of the brass discs.

Preferably, the throttle valve further comprises a driving motor installed outside the breather pipe and driving the rotation shaft to rotate.

Preferably, the rear end of the driving motor is connected with a cover plate.

Preferably, the flanges are provided with two groups and are respectively positioned on the inner walls of the two sides of the vent pipe.

Preferably, the thickness of the brass discs is 2-4 mm.

Preferably, the brass discs are located above the flanges, and the distance between the two sets of flanges is smaller than the diameter of the brass discs.

Preferably, a through hole is formed in the outer portion of the brass disc, and the brass disc is inserted into the guide rod on the inner wall of the limiting clamp through the through hole formed in the outer portion of the brass disc.

Preferably, the limiting clamp and the brass disc are parallel to each other, and when the brass disc is parallel to the flange, the distance between the brass disc and the flange is less than one third of the length of the guide rod, wherein the thickness of the brass disc is one third of the length of the guide rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

firstly, the structure of the throttle disc is simple and reasonable, the requirement of increasing the strength of the throttle disc can be met by replacing the material of the throttle disc, and the probability of reducing the deformation of the disc is further avoided by improving the thickness of the disc;

secondly, through setting up the spring between guide bar and brass dish to set up the flange at the inner wall of breather pipe, can support the both sides of brass dish during tempering, thereby reduce the atress size of dish, prevent that the dish atress warp, improve the security of device use from.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In which like parts are designated by like reference numerals. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "bottom" and "top," "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.

Example one

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a high-strength throttle valve includes:

the ventilation pipe 4 is internally movably provided with a rotating shaft 3, the outer part of the rotating shaft 3 is connected with a disc-shaped brass disc 2, and the inner wall of the ventilation pipe 4 is provided with an arc-shaped flange 7; and

and a driving motor 1 installed outside the air pipe 4 and driving the rotation shaft 3 to rotate.

Referring to fig. 1, a cover plate 5 is coupled to a rear end of the driving motor 1.

Referring to fig. 2, two sets of ribs 7 are disposed on the inner walls of the two sides of the vent pipe 4.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the thickness of the brass discs 2 is 2-4 mm.

When the brass disc is used, the driving motor 1 is controlled to drive the rotating shaft 3 to rotate, the rotating shaft 3 drives the brass disc 2 installed outside the brass disc to rotate, the brass disc 2 is parallel to the air flow direction, at the moment, air flows through the air pipe 4 and enters the engine, when the air pipe 4 needs to be closed, the driving motor 1 is controlled to drive the brass disc 2 to rotate by 90 degrees, the air pipe 4 is blocked, the air cannot flow along the air pipe 4, and the brass disc 2 has better anti-yield capacity compared with the traditional aluminum alloy disc, the disc with the same thickness is obtained through calculation, the disc strength of a brass material is 1.6 times that of the aluminum alloy, the engine tempering resistance can be better, meanwhile, the disc reaches the optimal structure by increasing the thickness of the disc, and the disc deformation can be further prevented.

Example two

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a high-strength throttle valve includes:

the ventilation pipe 4 is internally movably provided with a rotating shaft 3, the outer part of the rotating shaft 3 is connected with a disc-shaped brass disc 2, and the inner wall of the ventilation pipe 4 is provided with an arc-shaped flange 7; and

the strengthening mechanism comprises two groups of limiting clamps 6 connected to the rotating shaft 3 and a plurality of groups of guide rods 8 connected between the two groups of limiting clamps 6, the guide rods 8 are inserted outside the brass discs 2, and springs are arranged between the outer walls of the brass discs 2 and the outer sides of the brass discs 2.

Referring to fig. 2, the brass disc 2 is located above the ribs 7, and the distance between the two groups of ribs 7 is smaller than the diameter of the brass disc 2.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a through hole is formed in the outer portion of the brass disc 2, and the brass disc 2 is inserted into the guide rod 8 on the inner wall of the limiting clamp 6 through the through hole formed in the outer portion of the brass disc 2.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the position-limiting clamp 6 and the brass disc 2 are parallel to each other and the brass disc 2 is parallel to the rib 7, the distance between the brass disc 2 and the rib 7 is less than one third of the length of the guide rod 8, wherein the thickness of the brass disc 2 is one third of the length of the guide rod 8.

When tempering occurs, air impacts towards the brass disc 2, and the brass disc 2 plays a role in blocking the air, so when the air blows towards the brass disc 2, the brass disc 2 moves towards the direction of the air impact, at the moment, the brass disc 2 presses the spring outside the guide rod 8, the spring on one side of the brass disc 2 is compressed, the spring on the other side is stretched and is contacted with the flanges 7 on the inner walls of the two sides of the vent pipe 4, and the flanges 7 are connected with the inner wall of the vent pipe 4, so that the brass disc 2 cannot move backwards after being contacted with the flanges 7, at the moment, the flanges 7 support the outer side of the brass disc 2, and the limiting clamp 6 supports the middle position of the brass disc 2, so that the brass disc 2 can be prevented from being deformed due to uneven stress.

When the wind speed is reduced, the impact force of the air on the brass disc 2 is reduced, and the brass disc 2 is connected with the limiting clamp 6 through the spring, so that when the brass disc 2 is not stressed, the brass disc 2 moves towards the center direction of the limiting clamp 6 under the action of the spring, the brass disc 2 is separated from the flange 7, and the brass disc 2 can rotate under the action of the driving motor 1.
