referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a technical solution based on the first embodiment and the second embodiment: the discharging device 14 comprises a top ring 141, the bottom of the top ring 141 is fixedly connected with an oblique tooth 142, the part of the bottom of the top ring 141, which is positioned outside the oblique tooth 142, is slidably connected with a blocking frame 143, the bottom of the blocking frame 143 is slidably connected with a bottom ring 144, a locking block 145 is fixedly connected inside the blocking frame 143, the top of the locking block 145 is provided with a locking chute 146, the bottom of the inner wall of the locking chute 146 is slidably connected with a puller block 147 through a spring, the part of the side surface of the driving shaft 6, which corresponds to the discharging device 14, is fixedly connected with a fixed seat 148, the side surface of the fixed seat 148 is fixedly connected with an electronic telescopic rod 149, the side surface of the blocking frame 143 is provided with a chute which is matched with the electronic telescopic rod 149, when discharging is needed, the electronic telescopic rod 149 is controlled to extend, the electronic telescopic rod 149 is inserted into the chute on the side surface of the blocking frame 143 after extending, then the electronic telescopic rod 149 is driven to rotate through the driving shaft 6, the electronic telescopic rod 149 drives the blocking frame 143 to rotate, keep off frame 143 and rotate and contract and can open discharging device 14, discharging device 14 opens more conveniently, and be provided with toper layer board 15, after discharging device 14 opens, residue on the toper layer board 15 can roll through toper layer board 15 and fall to inside discharging device 14, and discharge through discharging device 14 to inside discharging pipe 4, the ejection of compact is more convenient, be provided with latch 145 and puller block 147, the spout position and the latch 145 of keeping off the frame 143 side set up at different tip, when needing to close discharging device 14, accessible electronic telescopic rod 149 drives and keeps off frame 143 and rotates, pull the tail portion of keeping off frame 143 through latch 145, make and keep off frame 143 and stretch out, it is more convenient to close.
