Therefore, there is a need to develop an oil supplementing device suitable for an oil immersed transformer, which can realize unattended automatic oil level control of the oil immersed transformer, and is better if an alarm can be automatically prompted when an oil shortage or other abnormality is found.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an intelligent oil-immersed transformer oil supplementing device, which realizes automatic oil supplementing operation of a transformer and gives out a warning when the transformer is in an abnormal condition.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

The oil level of the transformer oil in the transformer is adjusted through the oil controller, but when the oil in the transformer is more or less, the oil level can not be found by an operator in time, and in order to ensure that the operator can find abnormality in real time, the oil level lower limit frame and other structures are processed, as shown in fig. 5, a cavity of the oil level lower limit frame is arranged in a conical structure, and the conical top of the conical structure faces to the bottom of the oil storage tank; the top of the floating rod is of a conical structure, the conical top of the floating rod also faces the bottom of the oil storage tank, and the top of the floating rod is matched with the cavity of the oil level lower limit frame; two electrodes are arranged at the conical top of a cavity of the oil level lower limit frame, a lead is embedded in the conical top of the floating rod top, the two electrodes are arranged for alarming when the oil level of the transformer oil in the transformer is lower than a critical value, and particularly, when the floating rod top is contacted with the oil level lower limit frame, the two electrodes are communicated with an alarm through the lead to send out an oil supplement alarm; two electrodes are arranged on the bottom surface of the oil storage tank cover, a lead is embedded at the conical bottom of the top of the floating rod, the two electrodes are arranged to give an alarm when transformer oil in the transformer is abnormal, and specifically, when the top of the floating rod is in contact with the oil storage tank cover, the two electrodes are communicated with the alarm through the lead to give an oil supplementing alarm. In the above mentioned, the contact position of the float rod and the oil control tank cover is provided with a sealing structure, as shown in fig. 6, the center of the oil control tank cover is provided with an oil supplementing hole, and the sealing structure in the oil supplementing hole is an oil plug 42, in order to ensure the sealing performance, the present application provides a preferred structure here, as can be seen in fig. 7, the oil supplementing hole comprises a safety plug hole, an upper plug hole and a bottom plug hole which are sequentially communicated, the safety plug hole is positioned on the surface of the oil control tank cover, and the aperture of the safety plug hole, the upper plug hole and the bottom plug hole is sequentially enlarged; the oil plug comprises a safety plug 423, an upper plug 422 and a bottom plug 421 (fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram after related sleeving is provided) which are sequentially sleeved on the floating rod, the diameters of the safety plug, the upper plug and the bottom plug are gradually increased, when the oil plug is embedded into the oil supplementing hole, the upper plug is matched with the upper plug hole, the bottom plug is matched with the bottom plug hole, and a gap is formed between the safety plug and the safety plug hole. As the oil level of the transformer oil in the transformer is changed all the time, the air pressure in the oil control tank is driven to be unstable, so that an outer exhaust hole 34 is formed in the circumferential wall of the oil control tank cover, an inner exhaust hole 33 is formed in the bottom surface of the oil control tank cover, and the outer exhaust hole is communicated with the inner exhaust hole, so that the air pressure in the oil control tank is balanced.

An oil storage tank cover 5 covers the tank opening of the oil storage tank, and a through oil filling hole 52 (marked in figure 5) is formed in the oil storage tank cover, so that oil can be timely supplemented to the oil storage tank; in order to assist in observing the conditions in the oil storage tank, an observation window is arranged on the oil storage tank body and used for observing the oil level in the oil storage tank.

Based on the oil supplementing device, the application also provides a related oil supplementing method, and the method specifically comprises the following conditions that when transformer oil is stored in the oil storage tank, the transformer oil in the transformer is sufficient, the oil level of the transformer oil in the oil control tank is far away from a supercritical line, the volume of a floater immersed in the transformer oil is large, the buoyancy force borne by the floater is larger than the gravity of the oil controller and the pressure of the transformer oil in the oil storage tank on an oil plug, the floating rod moves towards the direction of the oil storage tank, the oil plug is plugged into the oil supplementing hole, the upper plug seals the upper plug hole, the bottom plug seals the bottom plug hole, the transformer oil in the oil storage tank does not continuously flow into the oil control tank, and the oil level of the transformer oil in the oil control tank is kept unchanged.

When transformer oil is stored in the oil storage tank, the transformer oil in the transformer is gradually reduced, the oil level of the transformer oil in the oil control tank is close to a critical line, the volume of a floater immersed in the transformer oil is gradually reduced, the buoyancy force borne by the floater is smaller than the gravity of an oil controller and the pressure of the transformer oil in the oil storage tank on an oil plug, a floating rod moves towards the bottom of the oil supplementing tank, the oil plug is far away from an oil supplementing hole, and the transformer oil in the oil storage tank flows into the oil control tank and then is supplemented into the transformer through an oil delivery pipe;

the oil level of the transformer oil in the oil control tank rises, the position of a floating rod of the oil controller moves upwards, the oil plug is plugged into the oil supplementing hole, the oil controller does not move upwards any more, if a small amount of transformer oil flows into the oil control tank, the volume of the floater of the oil controller immersed in the transformer oil is increased, the oil plug continues to plug the oil supplementing hole, and the transformer oil in the transformer returns to a sufficient state.
