The temperature on the side wall of the sizing flap 3 and in the sizing channel is increased by the electric heating wire 33, so that the casing entering the sizing flap is more easily deformed after being heated and is attached to the sizing flap 3 by adsorption to form a predetermined shape.

At the same time, cooling equipment is arranged in the inner cavity of the part of the sizing flap 3 close to the outlet of the sizing channel to quickly cool the sausage casing passing through the cooling equipment to finish the final sizing.

During the sizing operation of the sausage casing, the servo motor is controlled to rotate firstly, so that the fixing frame and the rotating frame 2 are driven to rotate relatively, the multiple groups of sizing valves 3 are driven to move to change the inner diameter of the sizing channel, after the inner diameter of the sizing channel is fixed, the external negative pressure equipment is started to enable the adsorption through hole 32 to carry out adsorption operation, and meanwhile, the electric heating wire 33 is also started to provide the specified temperature.
