The working principle and the using flow of the embodiment are as follows: when in use, a workpiece to be polished is fixed on the workbench 17, then the polishing solution is dripped onto the workpiece by the dropper 10, the adjusting motor 302 drives the screw 303 to rotate, so that the moving block 304 drives the fixed plate 14, the first motor 15 and the polishing wheel 16 to move to proper positions, then the first motor 15 drives the polishing wheel 16 to rotate to polish the workpiece, meanwhile, the second motor 19 drives the main shaft 18, the workbench 17 and the workpiece to rotate for auxiliary rough polishing, after rough polishing, the water in the filter water tank 8 is conveyed to the water conveying pipe 9 by the water pump 20, and is sprayed out from a spray pipe 13 through a water distribution pipe 12 to clean the workpiece, cleaning water flows back into a filter water tank 8 through a flow guide hopper 7, then the workpiece is finely polished by a polishing wheel 16, after polishing is finished, compressed air is conveyed to the air conveying pipe 402 by the air compressor 401 and is sprayed out of the air spraying pipe 405 through the air distribution pipe 403 to blow the workpiece.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, the difference between the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 1 is that the adjusting motor 302 and the lead screw 303 are replaced by the air cylinder 305 and the push rod 306, when in use, a workpiece to be polished is fixed on the worktable 17, then polishing liquid is dropped onto the workpiece by the drip tube 10, the lead screw 303 is driven by the adjusting motor 302 to rotate, the moving block 304 drives the fixed plate 14, the first motor 15, and the polishing wheel 16 to move to proper positions, then the polishing wheel 16 is driven by the first motor 15 to rotate to polish the workpiece, meanwhile, the second motor 19 drives the main shaft 18, the worktable 17, and the workpiece to rotate to perform auxiliary rough polishing, after rough polishing, water in the filter water tank 8 is conveyed to the water conveying pipe 9 by the water pump 20 and is sprayed out from the water spraying pipe 13 through the water distribution pipe 12 to clean the workpiece, cleaning water flows back to the filter water tank 8 through the flow guide bucket 7, and then the workpiece is polished by the polishing wheel 16, after polishing, compressed air is delivered to the air delivery pipe 402 by the air compressor 401, and is ejected from the air ejection pipe 405 through the air distribution pipe 40 to blow the workpiece.
