Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile part processing equipment, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency grinding device.

Background

As is known, the most centralized and most difficult part of labor force in the manufacturing industry is the finish machining of precision parts, especially the problems of deburring and polishing in the finish machining are always an obstacle which is difficult to overcome in the production of the precision parts, the machining difficulty is high and the cost is very high in the traditional part finish machining production, especially a grinding rod cannot penetrate through the intersection of deep holes, the smooth transition of the intersection of the deep holes cannot be completely realized, the reject ratio reaches 40%, and the grinding rod is easy to break. In addition, the cleanliness of the deep hole is poor, and burrs fall off under the impact of high-pressure oil in the working process, so that the service performance and the reliability are seriously influenced. And the abrasive flow processing is that the flowing abrasive passes through or crosses the processed surface of the zero-crossing piece under the extrusion action to grind the surface and the corners of the channel. By abrasive fluid polishing, better machining precision and surface finish can be obtained. For example, parts and accessories for automobiles are often processed by abrasive flow to achieve the purposes of optimizing product performance and prolonging product service life. However, in the existing abrasive fluid polishing and grinding equipment, only one workpiece can be stably clamped in one processing step, and particularly, the burr of the crossed deep hole with a large length-diameter ratio is cleaned, so that the batch production is difficult to realize at the early stage of meeting the quality requirement.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an efficient polishing apparatus to overcome the defects in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a high-efficiency grinding device comprises a sleeve, a seat plate and a cover plate, wherein the seat plate is detachably arranged at the lower end of the sleeve;

the cover plate is provided with at least one upper pressure hole, the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of lower pressure holes for mounting workpieces, and each lower pressure hole is detachably provided with a plug;

the upper end of the outer wall of the sleeve is provided with an outer ring groove, and the bottom of the outer ring groove forms a positioning platform; an inner ring groove is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the sleeve, and a matching platform is formed at the top of the inner ring groove;

the cover body is provided with an outer brim matched with the outer ring groove, the lower end of the outer brim props against the positioning table, and an upper sealing element is arranged between the outer brim and the positioning table; the bottom plate is provided with a baffle ring matched with the inner annular groove, the upper end of the baffle ring props against the matching table, a lower sealing element is arranged between the baffle ring and the matching table or between the sleeve and the bottom plate, the upper end of the baffle ring is combined with the matching table in a high position, correspondingly, the upper end of the inner wall of the sleeve is combined with the cover plate, and in addition, the upper sealing element and the lower sealing element are designed, so that the grinding material is not easy to flow out of the sleeve.

Further, the lower pressure hole comprises a workpiece mounting section at the upper side and a joint mounting section at the lower side, and a transition section is reserved between the joint mounting section and the workpiece mounting section.

Further, the workpiece mounting section of each lower pressure hole comprises a plurality of M20 thread structures and a plurality of M24 thread structures.

Further, the upper sealing member includes a sealing pad mounted on an upper surface of the positioning table.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the invention has reasonable structural design, can install a plurality of workpieces, even a plurality of workpieces with different specifications, on the seat plate at one time, has simple operation and greatly improved production efficiency, and simultaneously has good stability in the grinding operation process and ensures the grinding quality.

The upper end of the outer wall of the sleeve is provided with an outer ring groove 6, and the bottom of the outer ring groove forms a positioning platform 7; an inner ring groove 8 is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the sleeve, and a matching platform 9 is formed at the top of the inner ring groove; an outer brim 10 matched with the outer ring groove is arranged on the cover body, the lower end of the outer brim props against the positioning table, and an upper sealing element 11 is arranged between the outer brim and the positioning table; and a baffle ring 12 matched with the inner annular groove is arranged on the bottom plate, the upper end of the baffle ring is abutted against the matching table, and a lower sealing element 13 is arranged between the baffle ring and the matching table or between the sleeve and the bottom plate.

The upper sealing element comprises a sealing gasket arranged on the upper surface of the positioning table. The lower sealing member includes a gasket mounted on the upper surface of the seat plate, and in an alternative embodiment, the lower sealing member may also be a gasket mounted on the lower end of the sleeve. Through the setting of last sealing member, lower sealing member, effectively guaranteed the leakproofness of sleeve with bedplate and apron.

In addition, the high position of the upper end of the baffle ring is combined with the matching table, correspondingly, the high position of the upper end of the inner wall of the sleeve is combined with the cover plate, and in addition, due to the design of the upper sealing element and the lower sealing element, the abrasive material is not easy to flow out of the sleeve. The height of the baffle ring is 1-3cm, so that the matching stability of the sleeve and the seat plate is improved, and meanwhile, the abrasive is prevented from overflowing.

Usually, the seat plate and the cover plate can be screwed on the sleeve. Of course, in order to more reliably ensure the structural strength and stability, in an alternative embodiment, the cover plate connecting seats 14 may be symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the cover plate, and the seat plate connecting seats 15 may be symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the seat plate, and the cover plate connecting seats and the corresponding seat plate connecting seats may be fixed by using long bolts, so that the cover plate, the sleeve, and the seat plate are fixed as a whole. In a further improved scheme, an upper connecting seat 16 is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve corresponding to the cover plate connecting seat, and a lower connecting seat 17 is arranged corresponding to the seat plate connecting seat, the cover plate connecting seat and the corresponding upper connecting seat are fixed through bolts, and the seat plate connecting seat and the corresponding lower connecting seat are fixed through bolts. In an alternative embodiment, to facilitate the grinding process, the lower pressure port includes an upper workpiece mounting section 18 and a lower adapter mounting section 19, with a transition section 20 remaining between the adapter mounting section and the workpiece mounting section. During grinding, a clamping part is screwed in a connecting hole of a workpiece mounting section of the seat plate, an upper grinding cylinder and a lower grinding cylinder of the closing device press grinding materials into the connecting hole from a lower pressure hole end according to certain pressure, the grinding materials penetrate through an oil hole of the whole workpiece gradually and are extruded to the upper end of the connecting hole, then the grinding materials are pressed from the upper pressure hole, the grinding materials are pressed to the lower end of the connecting hole from the upper end of the connecting hole, polishing operation is completed after multiple strokes, then the upper grinding cylinder and the lower grinding cylinder of the device are loosened, the part is detached, and cleaning and inspection are carried out.

Through practical application, the deburring method completely meets the product design requirements for the oil sprayer product of the deep hole with the large length-diameter ratio, the roughness of the surface of the oil hole is improved by 3 grades on the original basis, particularly, the cross part of the deep hole achieves smooth transition, the surface quality of the inner hole of a workpiece is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the production efficiency is improved by more than 50%, the product qualification rate can almost reach 100%, and the reliability of a diesel engine fuel injection system can be effectively guaranteed.

In order to improve the stability of the installation of the upper joint of the upper pressure hole, the position of the cover plate corresponding to the upper pressure hole adopts a thickened structure. In order to improve the stability of the installation of the workpiece and the joint on the lower pressure hole, the seat plate adopts a thickened structure corresponding to the position of the lower pressure hole.

The grinding device is reasonable in structural design, the upper pressure hole is formed in the middle of the cover plate and used for grinding media to enter/exit, the cover plate, the sleeve and the seat plate jointly form an inner cavity space used for storing grinding media and grinding a part hole system under certain pressure through up-down extrusion, a plurality of workpieces, even a plurality of workpieces of different specifications, can be mounted on the seat plate at one time, the operation is simple, the production efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the stability of the grinding operation process is good, and the grinding quality is guaranteed.
