Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, an automatic locking and positioning mechanism for polishing equipment comprises a bearing platform 1, wherein two locking flanges 2 are arranged at the top end of the bearing platform 1, the two locking flanges 2 are perpendicular to each other, two pressing rubber blocks 201 are arranged on the side walls of the two locking flanges 2, a reserved wire slot 202 is arranged in the middle of one locking flange 2, two pressing components 3 are arranged at the top end of the bearing platform 1, an extrusion cylinder 4 is arranged below the pressing components 3, a triangular block 401 is arranged at the output end of the extrusion cylinder 4, two lifting plates 5 are arranged above the bearing platform 1, a lifting guide rail 6 is arranged at the bottom end of each lifting plate 5, a lifting slide block 7 is sleeved on each lifting guide rail 6, the lifting slide block 7 is in sliding connection with the lifting guide rail 6, a polishing component 8 is arranged at the bottom end of each lifting slide block 7, the top of hoist and mount plate 5 is provided with the delivery subassembly, and the top of delivery subassembly is provided with lifting unit 9, the bottom of plummer 1 sets up in drilling subassembly 10, and plummer 1 is used for filling the work piece of pending, and the work piece of pending is locked four lateral walls by laminating pressfitting rubber block 201 and pressfitting component 3 respectively.

The pressing component 3 comprises a side vertical plate 301, a plurality of inserting rods 302 are inserted into the inner side of the side vertical plate 301, the inserting rods 302 are slidably connected with the side vertical plate 301, a collision ball 305 is arranged at the bottom end of the side vertical plate 301, the slope at the top end of a triangular block 401 is jointed with the bottom surface of the collision ball 305, a reset flanging 304 is arranged on the inserting rods 302, a reset spring 303 is sleeved on the inserting rods 302, two ends of the reset spring 303 are respectively fixedly connected with the reset flanging 304 and the side wall of the side vertical plate 301, a rubber ball 306 is arranged at the other end of the inserting rods 302, a pressing sheet 307 is arranged at one side of the rubber ball 306, a ball shell 308 sleeved on the rubber ball 306 is arranged on the side wall of the pressing sheet 307, the extrusion cylinder 4 drives the triangular block 401 to lift upwards, the triangular block 401 simultaneously extrudes the four collision balls 305 to move towards one side of the side vertical plate 301, and then an object to be processed is placed at the top end of the bearing platform 1, when the triangular block 401 is reset, the reset springs 303 respectively drive the inserting rods 302 to move reversely until the pressing pieces 307 respectively fit with the side walls of the objects to be processed, so that the automatic locking effect is realized.

The carrying assembly comprises two plane shaft seats 501, the plane shaft seats 501 are respectively fixed on the top surface of the hoisting plate block 5, the top end of the plane shaft seat 501 is provided with a carrying wheel disc 502, the carrying wheel disc 502 is rotatably connected with the plane shaft seats 501, the two carrying wheel discs 502 are connected through a carrying belt 504, the carrying belt 504 is connected with the polishing assembly 8 through a connecting sheet 505, one of the carrying wheel discs 502 is installed at the output end of a carrying motor 503, the carrying motor 503 is fixed on the bottom surface of the hoisting plate block 5, the carrying motor 503 drives the carrying belt 504 to operate through the carrying wheel disc 502, the polishing assembly 8 operates along with the connecting sheet 505, the polishing assembly 8 at the moment can slide along the hoisting guide rail 6 in a reciprocating manner, and the effect of dragging the polishing assembly 8 to slide in a reciprocating manner is realized.

The top of hoist and mount plate 5 still is provided with bearing bridge 903, and lifting unit 9 includes two bearing platforms 901, and the top fixed mounting of bearing platform 901 has electric putter 902, and electric putter 902's output passes the top surface of bearing platform 901 and bearing bridge 903 and connects, and electric putter 902 drives hoist and mount guide rail 6 and polishing assembly 8 and falls to reach the machining-position station, has realized automatic rising's effect.

The polishing assembly 8 comprises a movable table 801, three steel pipes 802 are arranged at the bottom end of the movable table 801, a polishing bearing 808 is arranged at the bottom end of each steel pipe 802, an inner ring of the polishing bearing 808 is fixedly connected with the steel pipes 802, a linkage wheel disc 809 is fixedly arranged on an outer ring of the polishing bearing 808, a polishing stone 811 is arranged at the bottom end of the linkage wheel disc 809, openings communicated with the steel pipes 802 are respectively arranged between the linkage wheel disc 809 and the polishing stone 811, a power assembly is arranged on one side of the movable table 801, when the polishing assembly 8 reaches a station on the top end of a workpiece, polishing operation is carried out by rotation of the three polishing stones 811, and the automatic polishing effect is achieved.

The power assembly comprises a movable block 803, a sliding groove matched with the movable block 803 is formed in the movable table 801, a movable round rod 804 is arranged at the bottom end of the movable block 803, a driving wheel disc 812 is arranged at the bottom end of the movable round rod 804, the driving wheel disc 812 is rotatably connected with the movable round rod 804, a polishing motor 807 is fixedly mounted at the top end of the movable block 803, the output end of the polishing motor 807 penetrates through the movable round rod 804 to be connected with the driving wheel disc 812, the driving wheel disc 812 and three linkage wheel discs 809 are wound and connected through a linkage belt 810, a tension adjusting mechanism is arranged on one side of the movable block 803, and the polishing motor 807 indirectly applies rotating power to the three linkage wheel discs 809 through the driving wheel disc 812.

The tension adjusting mechanism comprises a limiting flange 805, the limiting flange 805 is connected with the side wall of the movable block 803 through a tension spring 806, the tension spring 806 lies in a sliding groove on the movable table 801, and the tension spring 806 enables the driving wheel 812 to keep the linkage belt 810 to keep enough tension and prevents the linkage belt 810 from loosening.

The top end of the movable table 801 is further provided with a dust removal assembly 11, the dust removal assembly 11 comprises a dust removal box 1101, a fan 1104 is installed on the inner side of the dust removal box 1101, a glass fiber filter screen 1102 is arranged on one side of the dust removal box 1101, a dust suction pipe 1103 is arranged on the other side of the dust removal box 1101, ports of the steel pipe 802 are respectively communicated with the dust suction pipe 1103, a communicating pipe between the steel pipe 802 and the dust suction pipe 1103 is arranged on the inner side of the movable table 801, the fan 1104 sucks air into the inner side of the dust removal box 1101 through the dust suction pipe 1103, the dust suction pipe 1103 sucks air in a central cavity of a grinding stone 811 into the steel pipe 802 at the same time, air mixed with dust in the inner side of the steel pipe 802 enters the dust removal box 1101 through the dust suction pipe 1103, and then passes through the glass fiber filter screen 1102 with the air for filtering.

The drilling assembly 10 comprises two carrying guide rails 1001, the two carrying guide rails 1001 are respectively fixedly connected with the bearing platform 1, a carrying slide block 1002 is sleeved on the carrying guide rails 1001, a carrying platform 1003 is fixedly installed at the top end of the carrying slide block 1002, a cross rod 1006 is fixedly installed at the top end of the carrying platform 1003, a tapping drill 1007 is installed on the cross rod 1006, a sliding piece 1008 matched with the cross rod 1006 is arranged on the tapping drill 1007, the sliding piece 1008 is in sliding connection with the cross rod 1006, a nut valve 1009 is arranged on the sliding piece 1008, a linkage assembly is further arranged at the top end of the carrying platform 1003, the output end of the tapping drill 1007 passes through the reserved slot 202, then the output end of the tapping drill 1007 cuts into the side wall of the object to be processed to perform tapping operation, then the bearing table 901 moves downwards for a short distance until the output end of the hole drilling machine 1007 is separated from the side wall of the object to be processed, and the object to be processed is removed and replaced with a new one.

The linkage assembly is connected with a guide rod 1005, two ends of the connection guide rod 1005 are respectively provided with an articulated block 1004, one of the articulated blocks 1004 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the carrying platform 1003, the other articulated block 1004 is fixedly connected with the top surface of the hoisting guide rail 6, when the hoisting plate block 5 rises, the connection guide rod 1005 also slides in the direction of driving the carrying platform 1003 to the carrying platform 1, and the linkage effect is realized.

A positioning method of an automatic locking and positioning mechanism for polishing equipment comprises the following steps:

s1, an extrusion cylinder 4 drives a triangular block 401 to ascend, the triangular block 401 simultaneously extrudes four abutting balls 305 to move towards one side of a side vertical plate 301, then an object to be processed is placed at the top end of a bearing table 1, and when the triangular block 401 resets, a reset spring 303 respectively drives an inserting rod 302 to move reversely until a pressing sheet 307 is respectively attached to the side wall of the object to be processed;

s2, an electric push rod 902 drives a hoisting plate 5 and a hoisting guide rail 6 to fall down, a polishing assembly 8 slides downwards until three polishing stones 811 are attached to the top surface of an object to be processed, then a polishing motor 807 drives three linkage wheel discs 809 and the polishing stones 811 to rotate through a driving wheel disc 812, the polishing stones 811 rotate to polish the top surface of the object to be processed, a tension spring 806 pushes the driving wheel disc 812 to stretch to one side of a movable table 801 to keep the tension of a linkage belt 810, when the polishing stones 811 perform polishing operation, a carrying motor 503 drives a carrying belt 504 to operate through a carrying wheel disc 502, the movable table 801 keeps synchronous operation through a connecting sheet 505 and the carrying belt 504, and then the three polishing stones 811 slide linearly along the hoisting plate 5 while rotating;

s3, the fan 1104 sucks air into the inner side of the dust removal box 1101 through the dust suction pipe 1103, the dust suction pipe 1103 sucks air in the central cavity of the grinding stone 811 into the steel pipe 802, the air mixed with dust in the inner side of the steel pipe 802 enters the dust removal box 1101 through the dust suction pipe 1103, and then the air with the air passes through the glass fiber filter screen 1102 for filtering treatment;

s4, when the hoisting plate 5 rises, the connecting guide rod 1005 also slides in a direction from the carrying platform 1003 to the carrying platform 1, the output end of the hole drilling machine 1007 penetrates through the reserved wire groove 202, then the output end of the hole drilling machine 1007 is cut into the side wall of the object to be processed to carry out hole drilling operation, then the carrying platform 901 moves downwards for a short distance until the output end of the hole drilling machine 1007 is separated from the side wall of the object to be processed, and the object to be processed is moved down and replaced with a new object.

Finally, the bearing table 1 is used for loading a workpiece to be processed, the workpiece to be processed is respectively locked by the laminating and laminating rubber block 201 and the laminating assembly 3 to form four side walls, the extrusion cylinder 4 drives the triangular block 401 to ascend, the triangular block 401 simultaneously extrudes the four abutting balls 305 to move towards one side of the side vertical plate 301, then an object to be processed is placed at the top end of the bearing table 1, when the triangular block 401 resets, the reset spring 303 respectively drives the inserting rod 302 to move reversely until the laminating pieces 307 are respectively laminated with the side walls of the object to be processed, and the automatic locking effect is achieved;

the carrying motor 503 drives the carrying belt 504 to run through the carrying wheel disc 502, the polishing assembly 8 runs along with the connecting sheet 505, the polishing assembly 8 can slide along the hoisting guide rail 6 in a reciprocating manner at the moment, the effect of dragging the polishing assembly 8 to slide in a reciprocating manner is realized, the electric push rod 902 drives the hoisting guide rail 6 and the polishing assembly 8 to fall down to reach a processing station, and the effect of automatic lifting is realized;

when the grinding component 8 reaches a station at the top end of a workpiece, the three grinding stones 811 rotate to carry out grinding operation, so that the automatic grinding effect is realized, the grinding motor 807 indirectly applies rotating power to the three linkage wheel discs 809 through the driving wheel disc 812, and the tension spring 806 enables the driving wheel disc 812 to keep the linkage belt 810 to keep enough tension, so that the linkage belt 810 is prevented from being loosened;

the fan 1104 sucks air into the inner side of the dust box 1101 through the dust suction pipe 1103, the dust suction pipe 1103 sucks air in the central cavity of the grinding stone 811 into the steel pipe 802, the air mixed with dust in the inner side of the steel pipe 802 enters the dust box 1101 through the dust suction pipe 1103, and then the air with the dust passes through the glass fiber filter screen 1102 for filtering treatment;

the output end of the tapping drill 1007 can penetrate through the reserved line slot 202, then the output end of the tapping drill 1007 is cut into the side wall of the object to be processed to implement tapping operation, then the bearing table 901 moves downwards for a short distance until the output end of the tapping drill 1007 breaks away from the side wall of the object to be processed, the object to be processed is removed and replaced with a new object, the hoisting plate 5 rises, meanwhile, the connecting guide rod 1005 also slides in the direction that the bearing table 1 is close to the driving moving table 1003, and the linkage effect is achieved.
