when the hydraulic block 18 is retracted: the second gear 23 drives the driving wheel 46 to rotate, the driving wheel 46 drives the driven wheel 47 to rotate through the belt 45, the damping effect which is not subjected to the one-way damping rotating shaft 48 at the moment drives the limiting block 54 to move in the arc-shaped groove 53 so as to drive the toothed block 52 to slide out of the second sliding groove 50, the driven wheel 47 rotates to drive the driving disk 49 to integrally rotate, the toothed block 52 extends out to be meshed with the fourth rack 43 at the moment, the fourth rack 43 is driven to move downwards, the third rack 42 moves downwards to be meshed with the third toothed ring 40, the third toothed ring 40 is driven to rotate, the third toothed ring 40 drives the third gear 38 to rotate, the third gear 38 can drive the rotating rod 34 and the winding disk 35 to pull back the pull rope 36, the limiting effect of the clamping block 30 is firstly relieved, and then the first cover plate 14 and the second cover plate 15 are slowly pulled open.
