The present invention will be further described with reference to the structures or terms used herein. The description is given for the sake of example only, to illustrate how the invention may be implemented, and does not constitute any limitation on the invention.

As shown in fig. 1-7, a vehicle wheel rim cleaning device comprises a frame 1, a driving mechanism 2, a cleaning mechanism 3, a flushing mechanism 4 and a traveling mechanism 5, wherein the driving mechanism 2, the cleaning mechanism 3, the flushing mechanism 4 and the traveling mechanism 5 are all installed on the frame 1.

Rack

Frame 1 is the closed box structure, and cable, power equipment are located frame 1, and water damage cable and power equipment influence its normal operating when preventing to wash the steel ring, can guarantee the operational safety simultaneously.

Driving mechanism

The driving mechanism 2 comprises an air compressor, an air conveying pipe, an oil-water separator 21, a valve and a pneumatic motor 22, the air compressor, the air conveying pipe, the oil-water separator 21, the valve and the pneumatic motor 22 are sequentially connected, the air compressor is externally connected, the oil-water separator 21 is arranged on the side portion of the rack 1, the pneumatic motor 22 is arranged on the top of the rack 1, a pneumatic motor shaft 22 extends out of the side portion of the rack 1, the shaft 221 end is connected with the cleaning mechanism 3, and the oil-water separator 21 and the cleaning mechanism 3 are located on two opposite sides of the rack 1. Air is compressed by an external air compressor, enters an oil-water separator 21 through a gas pipe, and enters a pneumatic motor after being dried, lubricated and pressure-regulated by the oil-water separator, wherein the drying is to separate impurities such as condensed water in the compressed air, the lubrication is to add lubricating oil into the compressed air to reduce friction generated in the rotating process of the pneumatic motor, so that the service life of the pneumatic motor is prolonged, the pressure regulation is to regulate the pressure of the compressed air, and the air inlet adopts a valve to control the rotating speed so as to achieve the purpose of stepless regulation of the rotating speed of the brush. The safety can be ensured under the vehicle cleaning environment by utilizing the uncharged characteristic of the pneumatic motor. The pneumatic motor is started, the shaft rotates, and the cleaning mechanism rotates along with the shaft.

As a specific example, the air pipe is wound on an air pipe winding roll 23, and the air pipe winding roll 23 is arranged at the side part of the frame 1. When the steel ring is cleaned, the gas pipe is drawn out of the gas pipe winding roll 23, and after the cleaning is finished, the gas pipe is collected into the gas pipe winding roll 23. The gas pipe has certain length, can satisfy long distance and use.

Cleaning mechanism

The cleaning mechanism 3 is used for brushing dirt such as oil stains, sludge, dust and the like adhered to the surface of the steel ring.

The cleaning mechanism 3 comprises a hairbrush, and the profile of the brush surface of the hairbrush is matched with the profile of the surface of the steel ring. When the steel ring cleaning brush is used for cleaning, the brush surface of the brush is attached to the surface of a steel ring, certain extrusion is performed between the two surfaces, and the brush can strongly sweep away dirt on the surface of the steel ring under the action of the extrusion force, so that thorough cleaning is guaranteed. The brush bristles 37 are made of PET material and have certain hardness, and the bottom plate 38 is made of soft leather, see figure 4.

Specifically, the brushes include a core brush 311 that cleans the center region of the rim and a ring brush 312 that cleans the circumferential region of the rim. A steel ring central region including a hub and a web surface; the steel ring is in the circumferential area and comprises spokes and a retainer ring surface.

The cleaning mechanism 3 further comprises a support 32 and a circular plate 33, the shaft end of the air motor is vertically fixed with the support 32 through a sleeve 222, the core part brush 311 is fixed on one end face of the circular plate 33, the other end face of the circular plate 33 is fixed at the center of the support 32 through a core part bracket 34, and the ring part brush 312 is circumferentially arranged by taking the center of the circular plate 33 as the circle center. Specifically, the seat 32 is circular and is made of steel.

As a specific example, the core brush 311 is located at the center of the circular plate 33, the core brush 311 has an elongated shape having the same length as the diameter of the center area of the steel rim, and the core brush 311 is arranged along the diameter of the circular plate 33, see FIG. 5. Alternatively, the core brush length is the same as the radius of the steel rim central area, and the core brush 311 is arranged along the radius of the circular plate 33, see fig. 6. When the core part brush 311 is arranged along the radius of the circular plate 33, the support 32 is provided with a bracket at the center, the bracket extends to the end part to be flush with the circular plate 33, one side of the core part brush 311 is fixed with the circular plate 33, and the other side is fixed with the end part of the bracket.

As a specific example, the circular plate 33 is provided with a lightening hole 331 at the center, and the lightening hole 331 is in a regular shape, such as square, round, prismatic, etc. A regular lightening hole 331 is formed in the center of the circular plate 33 to lighten the bearing weight of the shaft end and ensure the stability of the whole device.

As a specific example, the circular plate 33 is parallel to the support 32, and the circular plate 33 is spaced from the support 32. A certain distance is preset between the circular plate 33 and the support 32 to prevent the washing sewage from splashing on the frame 1.

The mounting section profile trend of ring portion support 35 is coincided with the regional profile trend of the hoop on steel ring surface, installs the branch brush according to the mounting section profile trend in proper order, makes final ring portion brush face laminate with the regional surface of steel ring hoop. The ring part support 35 adopts a steel plate with the thickness of 3mm, and when the ring part support 35 is clean, the brush is supported by the ring part support 35 under certain extrusion, and the brush is convenient to replace.

Taking the cleaning of a steel ring of a passenger car as an example, the corresponding mounting section comprises 4 subsections which are respectively a first subsection 3521, a second subsection 3522, a third subsection 3523 and a fourth subsection 3524, wherein the first subsection 3521 is inclined downwards, an included angle between the first subsection 3521 and a vertical line is 65 degrees, and the length of the first subsection is 100 mm; the second section is horizontal and 100mm long; the third section inclines upwards, the included angle between the third section and the second section is 165 degrees, and the length of the third section is 20 mm; the fourth section is inclined downwards at an angle of 120 deg. to the third section, see fig. 7.

As a specific embodiment, a plurality of ring portion brushes are arranged at equal intervals, and each ring portion brush is fixed to the holder 32 through the ring portion bracket 35. The number of the ring part brushes is not limited, and can be 1, 2 or more. Specifically, the ring part brush equidistance sets up 3, and increase cleaning area improves clean speed.

The flushing mechanism is used for flushing dirt on the surface of the steel ring and adhered to the hairbrush.

The washing mechanism 4 comprises a water pipe, a valve and a spray head 41, the water pipe, the valve and the spray head 41 are sequentially connected, the spray head 41 is installed at the top of the rack 1 through a support, and the spray head 41 is aligned to the surface of the steel ring. The conduit pipe is externally connected with a water source, the water source passes through the conduit pipe and the valve and is finally sprayed out through the spray head 41, the valve 41 adjusts the water pressure, and the water pressure is set according to the requirement.

The spray head 41 can be arranged at the center of the top of the frame 1 or at one side of the top, and the specific position is not required and can be aligned with the surface of the steel ring. The cleaning mechanism 3 cleans the surface of the steel ring, and the nozzle washes the surface of the steel ring at the same time, so that the purpose of quickly cleaning the surface of the steel ring is achieved.

The water pipe is wound on a water pipe winding roll which is arranged at the side part of the frame 1. When the steel ring is cleaned, the water delivery pipe is drawn out from the water pipe winding roll, and after the cleaning is finished, the water delivery pipe is folded into the water pipe winding roll. The water delivery pipe has a certain length, and can meet the requirement of long-distance use.

The water pipe winding roll and the air pipe winding roll 23 are respectively positioned at two sides of the frame 1 to ensure the balance of the equipment.

Traveling mechanism

And the travelling mechanism 5 is convenient for pushing the equipment to travel.

The running mechanism 5 comprises wheels 51 and a push rod 52, wherein the wheels 51 are arranged at the bottom of the frame 1, and the push rod 52 is arranged at the top of the frame 1. The equipment is convenient to push to walk. Specifically, the wheels are universal wheels, and the universal wheels are provided with braking brakes. The walking direction of the equipment can be adjusted, and the brake device can fix the equipment in the cleaning process.

Vehicles to which the present invention is applicable include, but are not limited to, buses, cars, trucks, trailers, and the like.
