1. The self-leveling mortar is characterized by comprising water, cement, slag, an activator, phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum and a water reducing agent, wherein the water reducing agent is a sulfonated melamine water reducing agent.

2. The self-leveling mortar of claim 1, wherein the activator comprises potassium sulfate and aluminum sulfate.

4. A self-levelling screed according to any one of claims 1 to 3 which additionally comprises sand and stone dust.

5. The self-leveling mortar of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising rubber particles.

6. The self-leveling mortar of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a coupling agent, a water retention agent, an adhesive, and a defoamer.

7. The self-leveling mortar of claim 6, wherein the coupling agent comprises a silane coupling agent.

8. A self-levelling screed according to claim 6 or claim 7 in which the antifoam agent comprises a mineral oil antifoam agent.

9. The self-leveling mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising, by mass, 30 to 45 parts of water, 3 to 9 parts of cement, 6 to 12 parts of slag, 0.8 to 2.1 parts of an activator, 100 parts of phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 0 to 30 parts of sand, 0 to 10 parts of stone powder, 3 to 7 parts of rubber particles, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a coupling agent, 0.2 to 0.6 part of a water retaining agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of an adhesive, and 0.3 to 0.7 part of a defoaming agent.

Background

The phosphogypsum is a byproduct of calcium sulfate as a main chemical component generated in the production process of phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizer, and the emission amount of the phosphogypsum is up to 280 Mt/year (the research current situation of phosphogypsum of Zhao Anting, Zhu Ling, Gao Xiang, Zhao Chao. in the ancient chemical society, 2010; Li Mei, Peng Hui, Zhang Jian Xin, Du Yong. the application current situation of the phosphogypsum in the field of building materials is reviewed, the fourth national gypsum production and application technology exchange university Commission argument, 2009: 95-106).

At the present stage, the utilization of phosphogypsum for producing building materials is an important research direction for recycling and reusing phosphogypsum (the current research situation of phosphogypsum, Zhao Anting, Zhu Ling, Gao Xiang, Zhao dynasty, and 2010).

The phase composition of the phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum is stable. When the phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum is used for self-leveling mortar, a water reducing agent and an activator are needed. However, the compatibility of the existing water reducing agent and the activator is poor, so that the water reducing rate of the water reducing agent is greatly reduced, and the workability and strength index of the self-leveling mortar are difficult to meet the standard requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a type II anhydrous gypsum.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the self-leveling mortar comprises water, cement, slag, an activator, phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum and a water reducing agent, wherein the water reducing agent is a sulfonated melamine water reducing agent.

Further, the activator comprises 0.3-0.9 part of potassium sulfate and 0.4-1.2 parts of aluminum sulfate.

Further, the self-leveling mortar comprises, by mass, 30-45 parts of water, 3-9 parts of cement, 6-12 parts of slag, 0.8-2.1 parts of an activator, 100 parts of phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum, 0.1-0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 0-30 parts of sand, 0-10 parts of stone powder, 3-7 parts of rubber particles, 0.1-0.5 part of a coupling agent, 0.2-0.6 part of a water retaining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of an adhesive and 0.3-0.7 part of a defoaming agent.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention solves the technical problem that the compatibility of the existing water reducing agent and the activator is poor when the phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum is used for self-leveling mortar.

Example 1

The phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum is prepared by the following steps:

baking the phosphogypsum raw material at 45 ℃ until the water content is less than or equal to 5%, then calcining at 800 +/-50 ℃ for 2h at medium temperature, cooling to room temperature through air flow outside a hearth after sintering, and grinding into powder with the specific surface area of 400 +/-20 m2Powder/kg, aged for 3 days.

Example 2

The self-leveling mortar comprises the following raw materials:

30-45kg of tap water, 3kg of P.O 42.5-grade ordinary portland cement, 12 parts of slag (S95 grade, the specific surface area is more than or equal to 400m2/kg), 1.5 parts of an activator, 100kg of phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum prepared in example 1, 0.3kg of sulfonated melamine water reducer, 15kg of machine-made sand (the fineness modulus is 1.6-2.2), 5kg of stone powder (the fineness is 300-320 meshes), 5kg of rubber particles (the particle size is 200-300 mu m), KH-5500.2kg of silane coupling agent, 0.5kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (the particle size is less than 150 mu m), 0.2kg of polyvinyl alcohol latex powder and 0.5kg of water-soluble mineral oil defoamer.

Wherein, the activator comprises the following components: 0.6kg of industrial pure potassium sulfate and 0.9kg of industrial pure aluminum sulfate.

The preparation process of the self-leveling mortar comprises the following steps: mixing the above materials.

Example 3

The self-leveling mortar comprises the following raw materials:

30kg of tap water, 3kg of P.O 42.5-grade ordinary portland cement and slag (S95 grade, specific surface area is more than or equal to 400 m)29 kg/kg), 1.3kg of an activator, 100kg of the phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum obtained in example 1, 0.1 to 0.5kg of a sulfonated melamine water reducing agent, 4kg of rubber particles (particle diameter of 200 to 300 μm), KH-5500.3kg of a silane coupling agent, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (particle diameter of 200 to 300 μm)<150 mu m)0.2kg, polyvinyl alcohol latex powder 0.3kg and water-soluble mineral oil defoamer 0.4 kg;

wherein, the activator comprises the following components: 0.7kg of industrial pure potassium sulfate and 0.6kg of industrial pure aluminum sulfate.

The preparation process of the self-leveling mortar comprises the following steps: mixing the above materials.

Example 4

The self-leveling mortar comprises the following raw materials:

41kg of tap water, 8kg of P.O 42.5-grade ordinary portland cement and slag (S95 grade, specific surface area is more than or equal to 400 m)210 kg/kg), 1.4kg of an activator, 100kg of the phosphorus II type anhydrous gypsum prepared in example 1, 0.4kg of a sulfonated melamine water reducing agent, 10kg of machine-made sand (fineness modulus of 1.6-2.2), 6kg of stone powder (fineness of 300-320 meshes), 4kg of rubber particles (particle diameter of 200-300 μm), KH-5500.3kg of a silane coupling agent, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (particle diameter of 200-300 μm)<150 μm)0.5kg of polyvinyl alcohol latex powder 0.1kg and 0.6kg of water-soluble mineral oil defoaming agent;

wherein, the activator comprises the following components: 0.5kg of industrial pure potassium sulfate and 0.9kg of industrial pure aluminum sulfate.

The preparation process of the self-leveling mortar comprises the following steps: mixing the above materials.

Comparative example 1

This comparative example differs from example 2 in that: the adopted water reducing agent is a PC-1641F type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent produced by German Pasteur.

Performance detection

The self-leveling mortar prepared in examples 2-4 and comparative example 1 was tested for a fluidity (required to be greater than 140) at 30min, and the testing method was performed by using a fluidity test model with reference to JC/T1023-2021 gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, and the results are shown in Table 1.
