Furthermore, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the inside of the outer box 22 is provided with a cavity, the inner walls of the two sides of the outer box 22 are both connected with air suction boxes 24 through bolts, the two air suction boxes 24 are symmetrically distributed, air outlets are arranged on the two air suction boxes 24, the air outlets are connected with an external dust collector through pipelines, and three equidistant air suction ports 25 are arranged on the two air suction boxes 24; two air suction boxes 24 are respectively provided with a symmetrical rectangular groove, the inner walls of the rectangular grooves are respectively connected with a function seat 26 through bolts, a round groove is formed in each function seat 26, the inner wall of each round groove is connected with a motor 27 through bolts, the output end of each motor 27 is connected with a rotating shaft 28 through a coupling, the other end of each rotating shaft 28 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of one side of each function seat 26, the outer wall of each rotating shaft 28 is connected with a plurality of pressing blocks 29 at equal intervals through bolts, the pressing blocks 29 are all in an oval shape, and the oval pressing blocks 29 are convenient for intermittent extrusion on two sides of a towel; two outer walls of function seat 26 all have supplementary seat 30 through bolted connection, the top of supplementary seat 30 is provided with push pedal 31, the rectangular channel has been seted up to one side outer wall of push pedal 31, it is connected with the supplementary cylinder 32 of a plurality of equidistance to rotate through the bearing between the both sides inner wall of rectangular channel, and the upside outer wall of supplementary seat 30 has seted up the round hole of a plurality of equidistance, the equal sliding connection of inner wall of round hole has telescopic link 33, the other end of telescopic link 33 passes through bolted connection with the bottom outer wall of push pedal 31, and reset spring 34 has all been cup jointed to the outside of telescopic link 33, reset spring 34's both ends pass through bolted connection with the upside outer wall of supplementary seat 30 and the downside outer wall of push pedal 31 respectively, utilize push pedal 31 and reset spring 34 to be convenient for utilizing the supplementary towel of elastic deformation of spring to reset, thereby drive the towel and shake, conveniently induced draft and remove dust and comb the effect of short hair.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the inner wall of the outer box 22 is connected with a slitting cylinder 35 through a bolt, the inner wall of the slitting cylinder 35 is connected with an inner seat 36 through a bolt, a sliding groove is formed in the inner seat 36, a slitting seat 37 is connected to the inner wall of the sliding groove in a sliding manner, a circular groove is formed in the slitting seat 37, a second hydraulic rod 38 is connected to the inner wall of the circular groove through a bolt, the other end of the second hydraulic rod 38 is connected with a slitting knife seat 39 through a bolt, two symmetrical knife grooves are formed in the slitting knife seat 39, annular cutting knives 40 are connected to the inner walls of the two knife grooves through bolts, and the second hydraulic rod 38 is convenient for contracting the slitting seat 37, so that the slitting knife seat 39 can be replaced conveniently, and the convenience of replacement is further improved by using the slidably connected slitting seat 37; divide and cut a section of thick bamboo 35's bottom outer wall and have spacing box 41 through bolted connection, three equidistance recess has been seted up to spacing box 41's inner wall, box 42 in the inner wall of recess has through bolted connection, and rotate between box 42's the both sides inner wall in and be connected with a plurality of equidistance spacing cylinder 43, spacing box 41 can assist towel and the laminating of the outer wall of cutting a section of thick bamboo 35, thereby improve annular cutting knife 40's cutting effect, spacing cylinder 43 has guaranteed the smoothness nature that the towel was carried in spacing.

The working principle is as follows: the towel is conveyed into the outer box 22, the air suction box 24 performs air suction and dust removal operation on the towel through the air suction opening 25, in the process, the motor 27 drives the rotating shaft 28 to rotate, the pressing blocks 29 on two sides of the towel perform intermittent extrusion on the towel, meanwhile, the push plate 31 is subjected to reverse acting force after elastic deformation of the reset spring 34 to assist the towel to reset, the towel is in a high-frequency vibration state in a reciprocating mode, the air suction operation is facilitated, short hairs on the surface of the towel are conveniently scattered in the vibration and air suction processes, after passing through the air suction box 24, the towel is conveyed to the position of the cutting cylinder 35, the towel is conveyed on the outer wall of the cutting cylinder 35 in a fitting mode, the towel is cut by the annular cutting knife 40, in the process, the limiting box 41 on the lower side assists the towel to be adhered to the outer wall of the cutting cylinder 35, the towel is conveyed to the operating platform 1 after being primarily cut, the first hydraulic rod 5 pushes the lifting seat 2 to move downwards, in the process that the lifting seat 2 moves downwards, the smoothing rollers 13 on the smoothing rods 12 with different lengths can be contacted with the surface of a towel one by one, the smoothing springs 15 can be extruded along with the increase of downward pressure, so that the towel is flattened by applying pulling force to the two sides of the towel, then the towel on the operation table 1 is cut, separated and formed by the forming cutter 7, in the descending process of the lifting seat 2, an external air pump conveys air to the air inlet 9 through a pipeline, the exhaust pipe 10 exhausts the air, the towel on the operation table 1 is blown, short hair on the surface of the towel is dispersed, the forming cutter 7 cuts the towel from the dispersed position of the towel, in the normal conveying process of the towel, the back blocking spring 19 is compressed under the stress, the pressing plate 18 is lifted for conveying the towel, in the forming and cutting process of the towel, the towel is pushed by the shorter smoothing rod 12, and when the towel moves reversely, the rebound resisting spring 19 is stressed to extend, and the pressing plate 18 is descended to increase the contact effect with the towel, so that the reverse movement of the towel is prevented.
