Detailed Description

The application provides a parking fee classification calculation method, a parking fee classification calculation system and a related device, which are used for improving the flexible parking experience of a fixed user and realizing reasonable charging of flexible parking.

It should be noted that the parking fee classification calculation method provided by the present application may be applied to a terminal, and may also be applied to a server, for example, the terminal may be a fixed terminal such as a smart phone or a computer, a tablet computer, a smart television, a smart watch, a portable computer terminal, or a desktop computer. For convenience of explanation, the terminal is taken as an execution subject for illustration in the present application.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an embodiment of a parking fee classification calculation method according to the present application, the method including:

101. when detecting that a first vehicle enters a parking lot, determining owner information of the first vehicle according to license plate information of the first vehicle, wherein the parking lot comprises a plurality of parking areas;

the parking fee classification calculation method is applied to a large parking lot, wherein the parking fee classification calculation method comprises a plurality of parking areas, and each parking area is independently charged. For the parking lot comprising a plurality of parking areas, when a part of fixed users own or rent a plurality of fixed parking spaces and own a plurality of vehicles at the same time, the fixed parking spaces of the users may be distributed in different parking areas, and if the users do not flexibly park the fixed vehicles according to the license plates bound by the fixed parking spaces, the calculation of parking fees may be caused to be problematic.

Therefore, when it is detected that the first vehicle enters the parking lot, the terminal needs to determine the owner information of the vehicle, that is, the information of the fixed user of the parking lot, through the license plate information of the first vehicle. It should be noted that the first vehicle in the present application refers to a vehicle that is currently ready to enter, and the license plate number of the vehicle is bound with owner information (yard fixed user information). It should be noted that a plurality of fixed vehicles can be registered simultaneously under a fixed user name, and a plurality of fixed parking spaces are registered simultaneously, and each fixed parking space needs to be bound with one fixed vehicle.

It should be noted that, if the terminal cannot determine the owner information of the vehicle according to the license plate information of the first vehicle, it may be indicated that the owner is a fixed user other than the parking lot, that is, the vehicle is a temporary vehicle, and at this time, the parking fee calculation is performed on the first vehicle according to the temporary vehicle.

102. Acquiring the number of the vehicles on the spot of the owner;

after the terminal determines owner information (the fixed user information in the parking lot) of the first vehicle, the number of the vehicles in the parking lot of the fixed user is obtained according to the owner information, and the number of the vehicles in the parking lot is the number of the fixed vehicles which are registered under the name of the fixed user and are parked in the parking lot at present. It should be noted that, each time the terminal detects that a fixed vehicle of a fixed user enters or leaves, the terminal updates the number of vehicles present of the fixed user immediately.

103. Judging whether the number of the effective vehicles of the vehicle owner is larger than the number of the effective parking spaces or not according to the vehicle owner information, if so, executing a step 104;

and the terminal judges whether the number of the registered effective vehicles under the fixed user name is greater than the number of the registered effective parking spaces or not according to the vehicle owner information. For example, the terminal determines that M fixed vehicles and N fixed parking spaces are registered under the owner name according to the owner information, and the terminal needs to judge the quantity relationship between M and N. If the terminal determines that M > N, region nesting may occur, and step 104 needs to be executed to further determine.

104. Judging whether the number of the vehicles in the field is larger than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces, if so, executing a step 105;

after the terminal determines that the number of the effective vehicles under the fixed user name is greater than the number of the effective parking spaces, that is, when the terminal determines that M fixed vehicles and N fixed parking spaces are registered under the vehicle owner name, and M is greater than N, the terminal needs to further judge whether the number of the vehicles on site of the fixed user is greater than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces.

If the terminal determines that the number of the vehicles in the field of the fixed user is greater than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces, it indicates that the first vehicle prepared to enter the field does not satisfy the free condition, and step 105 needs to be executed to calculate the parking fee of the first vehicle.

105. And charging according to the parking area and the parking time length of the first vehicle.

When the number of the vehicles in the fixed users is larger than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces, the extra fixed vehicles need to be charged according to the temporary vehicles, and specifically, the terminal calculates the parking fee according to the parking area where the first vehicle is located and the parking time.

For example, if a fixed user registers 4 fixed vehicles (license plate a, license plate B, license plate C, and license plate D), 2 fixed parking spaces are respectively in parking area a and parking area B. When the license plate A of the fixed user stays in the area A, the license plate B stays in the area B, and the number of the vehicles in the field is equal to the number of the effective parking spaces. When the license plate C (first vehicle) enters the parking lot, the license plate A and the license plate B park on the fixed parking space without charging, and the license plate C (first vehicle) charges according to the parking time of the parking area.

In this embodiment, when the fixed user has M vehicles and N parking spaces, and M > N, before charging the first vehicle entering the parking space, it is first determined whether the number of the vehicles in the parking space of the fixed user is greater than or equal to the number of the valid parking spaces, and if so, the first vehicle is charged according to the temporary vehicle.

The method is a supplement to the current parking lot charging method, and is used for correspondingly judging the parking lot fixed users with a plurality of vehicles and a plurality of parking spaces simultaneously to realize flexible and reasonable charging, so that the flexible parking experience of the fixed users is improved.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another embodiment of the parking fee classification calculation method provided in the present application, and the method includes:

201. when detecting that a first vehicle enters a parking lot, determining owner information of the first vehicle according to license plate information of the first vehicle, wherein the parking lot comprises a plurality of parking areas;

202. acquiring the number of the vehicles on the spot of the owner;

steps 201 to 202 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101 to 102 in the previous embodiment, and are not described again here.

203. Judging whether the number of the effective vehicles of the vehicle owner is larger than the number of the effective parking spaces or not according to the vehicle owner information, if so, executing a step 204, and if not, directly executing a step 208;

and the terminal judges whether the number of the registered effective vehicles under the fixed user name is greater than the number of the registered effective parking spaces or not according to the vehicle owner information. For example, the terminal determines that M fixed vehicles and N fixed parking spaces are registered under the owner name according to the owner information, and the terminal needs to judge the quantity relationship between M and N.

If the terminal determines that M > N, a situation that the parking fee calculation is incorrect due to flexible parking by the fixed user may occur, and then step 204 needs to be executed for further judgment.

If the terminal determines that M is less than or equal to N, it indicates that the number of the fixed vehicles registered under the fixed user name is less than or equal to the number of the fixed vehicles, so that the situation that the user stops flexibly and the parking fee calculation is wrong does not occur, and step 208 is directly executed here.

204. Judging whether the number of the vehicles in the field is larger than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces, if so, executing a step 205, and if not, directly executing a step 209;

after the terminal determines that the number of the effective vehicles under the fixed user name is greater than the number of the effective parking spaces, that is, when the terminal determines that M fixed vehicles and N fixed parking spaces are registered under the vehicle owner name, and M is greater than N, the terminal needs to further judge whether the number of the vehicles on site of the fixed user is greater than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces.

If the terminal determines that the number of the vehicles present in the fixed user is greater than or equal to the number of the effective parking spaces, it indicates that the first vehicle to be currently prepared to enter does not satisfy the free condition, and the terminal needs to charge the first vehicle as a temporary vehicle, and at this time, step 205 needs to be executed to calculate the parking fee for the first vehicle.

If the terminal determines that the number of the present vehicles of the fixed user is smaller than the number of the available parking slots, it indicates that the first vehicle still satisfies the free condition, and then step 209 is directly executed.

205. Charging according to the parking area and the parking time length of the first vehicle;

when the terminal determines that the first vehicle does not meet the free condition, because each parking area in the parking lot is charged independently, the first vehicle needs to be charged according to the parking area where the first vehicle is located and the parking time.

Specifically, the terminal determines a parking area of a first vehicle; searching a fee settlement rule corresponding to the parking area according to the parking area; and finally, charging according to the fee settlement rule and the parking time of the first vehicle.

206. Judging whether a parking area where a second vehicle is located is matched with the effective parking space information, wherein the second vehicle is a vehicle in the current place, if not, executing a step 207, and if so, executing a step 208;

in this embodiment, after the terminal charges the first vehicle, it may further determine whether a parking area where a second vehicle is located is matched with a fixed parking space registered by a fixed user, where the second vehicle is a fixed vehicle that has been parked and entered currently.

If the terminal determines that the parking area where the second vehicle is located does not match the fixed parking space registered by the fixed user, step 207 is executed to perform parking fee calculation for the second vehicle.

If the terminal determines that the parking area where the second vehicle is located matches the fixed parking space registered by the fixed user, it determines that the second vehicle satisfies the free condition, and then step 208 is executed.

207. Charging according to the parking area and the parking duration of the second vehicle;

and if the terminal determines that the parking area where the second vehicle is located is not matched with the fixed parking space registered by the fixed user, the parking fee calculation is also carried out on the second vehicle.

208. Charging-free is performed for the second vehicle;

and if the terminal determines that the parking area where the second vehicle is located is matched with the fixed parking space registered by the fixed user, determining that the second vehicle meets the free condition.

It should be noted that, after the first vehicle enters the field in steps 206 to 208, in order to avoid the fixed user parking the vehicle in a mess, the second vehicle that has entered the field at present is subjected to the supplementary judgment. For example, a fixed user has 4 cars (license plate a, license plate B, license plate C, license plate D), 2 parking spaces (respectively in area a and area B), user license plate a stays in area a, license plate B stays in area C, when license plate C (first vehicle) gets into the parking lot, because fixed user's number of vehicles in the field equals fixed parking space number, license plate C (first vehicle) charges according to the temporary car this moment, through further judgement, license plate B does not match with the area at fixed parking space place, it explains that fixed user does not park license plate B according to the fixed parking space, also charge according to the temporary car to license plate B this moment.

209. A toll free is applied to the first vehicle.

If the terminal determines that the number of the vehicles in the fixed user is smaller than the number of the effective parking spaces, the first vehicle still meets the free condition, and at the moment, the first vehicle is free of charge.

It should be noted that, when the fixed vehicle of the fixed user is not parked in the fixed parking space and a plurality of parking areas are respectively parked, the parking time of each parking area is individually charged, and the fees of each parking area are accumulated.
