As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the invention discloses a winding and inserting integrated machine, which comprises a frame 1, a workbench 2, a rotating mechanism 3, a winding mechanism 4, a thread hooking and cutting mechanism 5, a thread pressing mechanism 6, a paper beating mechanism 7, a thread inserting mechanism 8 and a stator lifting fixing mechanism 9 which are all arranged in the frame 1, driving units of the mechanisms are all connected with a master controller and realize the automatic operation of the mechanisms through program codes preset in advance, the workbench 2 is fixed on a bottom plate 12 of the frame 1 through a first fixed rod, the rotating mechanism 3 is arranged on the workbench 2, a rotating turntable 31 in the rotating mechanism 3 is driven by a turntable driving motor and a turntable reducer which are arranged on the bottom surface of the workbench 2, thread inserting tools 32 which are arranged in three stations of the rotating turntable 31 correspond to the winding mechanism 4 and the stator lifting fixing mechanism 9 which are arranged on a top plate 11, the winding mechanism 4 is divided into two sets of a first winding mechanism 41 and a second winding mechanism 42, a set of a wire hooking and cutting mechanism 5 and a set of a wire pressing mechanism 6 are respectively arranged on the top plate 11 corresponding to the first winding mechanism 41 and the second winding mechanism 42, so that the functions of automatically hooking, winding, pressing and cutting the enameled wire are realized, the enameled wire is conveyed to the next station under the rotation of the rotary turntable 31, a paper beating mechanism 7 is arranged on the bottom plate 12 corresponding to the second winding mechanism 42, the paper beating mechanism 7 can automatically convey the slot wedge paper into the wire embedding tool 32 on the rotary turntable 31, then the rotary turntable 31 rotates the wire embedding tool 32 embedded with the slot wedge paper at the station to the position above the wire embedding mechanism 8 arranged on the bottom plate 12 corresponding to the stator lifting fixing mechanism 9, the stator is arranged on the stator lifting fixing mechanism 9, and under the control of the controller, the stator lifting fixing mechanism 9 and the wire embedding mechanism 8 are simultaneously controlled to automatically push the enameled wire and the slot wedge paper in the wire embedding tool 32 into the stator core, therefore, the integrated, automatic and intelligent installation of the winding, the wire embedding and the slot wedge paper pressing of the stator is realized.

An x-axis moving driving motor 511 arranged on the upper surface of the top plate 11 drives an x-axis moving screw rod 512 arranged on the lower surface of the top plate 11 to rotate through an x-axis moving synchronous belt wheel 513, so as to control a first connecting plate 514 connected to a screw nut of the x-axis moving screw rod 512 to move back and forth along the x-axis, two first fixing blocks 522 are connected to the lower end surface of the first connecting plate 514, a y-axis moving guide 523 is connected between the two first fixing blocks 522, a y-axis moving cylinder 521 is movably arranged on the y-axis moving guide 523, so that the bottom surface of the y-axis moving cylinder 521 is driven by the y-axis moving cylinder 521 to be connected with a second connecting plate 524 to move back and forth along the y-axis, the bottom surface of the second connecting plate 524 is connected with a first mounting seat, a z-axis moving slide 531 on the first mounting seat can be used for a z-axis moving slide 534 on the first mounting plate 533 in the z-axis moving part to move along the z-axis moving slide 531, the first mounting plate 533 is driven by the z-axis moving cylinder 532 disposed between the second connecting plate 524 and the first mounting plate 533, so as to achieve automatic movement of the wire hooking and cutting component mounted in the first mounting plate 533 along three directions, i.e. the x-axis, the y-axis, and the z-axis, the wire hooking and cutting component includes a wire clamping component 541, a wire snapping component 542, and a wire cutting component 543, so as to achieve the functions of wire hooking, wire clamping, wire snapping, and wire cutting, the wire clamping component 541 includes a wire clamping slideway 5411, a cutter mounting seat 5416 is disposed on an upper end surface of the wire clamping slideway 5411, a wire clamping sliding cavity 5413 is disposed on a lower end surface of the wire clamping slideway 5411, a wire clamping push rod 5415 is slidably connected in the wire clamping sliding cavity 5413, a wire cutting cutter 5431 is disposed in the cutter mounting seat 5416, a hook 5412 is connected to a head of the wire clamping slideway 5411, so as to automatically hook an enameled wire wound on the wire winding component under the x-axis movement of the x-axis moving component, and the wire clamping push rod 5415 can automatically drive a lower wire clamping cylinder 5414 on the first mounting plate 533 to clamp half of the wire clamping component, the enameled wire is fixed but not cut, the outer walls of two sides of the cutter mounting seat 5416 are connected with spring plates 5421, the spring plates 5421 are connected with spring rods 5422 arranged below the wire clamping slide ways 5411, the spring plates 5421 are driven by spring wire cylinders 5423 arranged on the first mounting plate 533 to push forwards and reset automatically, so as to drive the spring rods 5422 to bounce upwards around the hook heads 5412, thereby popping the enameled wire hooked on the hook heads 5412, avoiding the enameled wire from being clamped on the hook heads 5412, the wire cutting cutter 5431 is driven by a wire cutting cylinder 5432 arranged on the first mounting plate 533, thereby realizing that the wire cutting cutter 5431 cuts the enameled wire under the pushing of the wire cutting cylinder 5432, the length of the cut enameled wire head is controlled by a controller to be influenced by the moving distance of the x-axis moving component along the x-axis, and the controller controls the y-axis moving component and the z-axis moving component to make a synchronous reaction according to the size, height of the winding mold and the position of the mechanism 4, realize automatic, intelligent controlling, effectively improve the joint linkage of wire winding, collude the trimming.

Line ball board 61 goes up and down in roof 11 below along lift guide arm 62 under the drive of the lift telescopic link 631 of lift cylinder 63, it has first opening 64 to open on the line ball board 61, first opening 64 can the scarf joint on rule frock 32, be fixed with line ball cylinder 65 on the preceding terminal surface of first opening 64, line ball cylinder 65's line ball telescopic link keeps off before first opening 64, thereby fly to fork the enameled wire around the frock back at the wire winding, line ball board 61 moves to the top of the enameled wire of winding on the frock under the automatic drive of lift cylinder 63, then the line ball telescopic link of controller control line ball cylinder 65 stretches out, and under lift cylinder 63's effect, fall line ball board 61 and make rule frock 32 inlay first opening 64, and press the enameled wire into in rule frock 32 under the drive of line ball telescopic link, thereby realize automatic line pressing.
