The working principle is as follows: when the straw cutting machine is used, firstly, the first bevel gear 402 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the threaded screw rod 1005, the first bevel gear 402 is matched with the second bevel gear 401 to drive the first rotating shaft 6 to rotate, so that the plurality of cutting knives 7 rotate, the plurality of cutting knives 7 are matched with the four fixed knives, straws are conveniently and quickly cut into chip states, meanwhile, the first bevel gear 402 is matched with the third bevel gear 403 in a rotating manner to drive the second rotating shaft 407 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 4054 is driven to rotate by matching a belt and a belt pulley, the limiting block 4051 and the two moving rods 4052 are driven to move by matching the rotating disc 4055 with the driving rod 4053 in a rotating manner, the adjusting plate 408 is conveniently adjusted in angle, so that the discharging angle and the discharging position of the straws in the chip state are changed, the manual straw leveling process is reduced, and the storage space of the storage box 2 is improved; through servo motor 11 forward operation, screw lead screw 1005 rotates, make the installation cover 1003 remove under the spacing condition of guide bar 1004, drive push-and-pull rod 1002 and open the door 1001 that opens and shuts, make the straw of piece state drop, conveniently control the straw of piece state and discharge, and then reduce the straw and pile up in the inside of shell 8, cause the condition of card shell to appear, when servo motor 11 reverse operation, the door 1001 that opens and shuts is closed, reduce the probability that the insufficient shredded straw discharged.
