A belt conveyor is a friction-driven machine that transports material in a continuous manner. The material conveying device can form a material conveying flow path from an initial feeding point to a final discharging point on a certain conveying line. The conveying device can be used for conveying both broken materials and finished articles. However, when some fine materials are transported by the existing horizontal conveyor, a part of the materials can fall off from two sides of the upper end of the conveyor, and are not easy to collect.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention aims to provide a belt conveyor capable of preventing material leakage, which is used for collecting the blanking materials.

Based on the above purpose, the present invention provides a belt conveyor with material leakage prevention, comprising:

a conveyor body and two groups of material receiving parts, wherein,

the material receiving portions are arranged on two sides of the conveyor body and comprise material guide plates arranged on one side of the conveyor body, a collecting box is arranged below the material guide plates, and materials falling from two sides of the conveyor body fall into the collecting box through the material guide plates.

Optionally, the material receiving portion further comprises a driving unit, and the driving unit is used for pouring out the materials collected in the collecting box.

During operation, some materials can fall from the both sides of conveyer body 1, fall on stock guide 21, fall to collection box 22 through stock guide 21 in, accomplish the collection to the blanking, reduced simultaneously that the blanking falls conveyer body 1 in, cause the damage to the conveyer, influence conveyer body 1's life.

In some embodiments, the receiving portion further includes a driving unit for pouring out the materials collected in the collecting box 22.

Optionally, the driving unit includes a bottom frame 23 disposed at one end of the collecting box 22, the collecting box 22 is rotatably connected to the bottom frame 23, the other end of the collecting box 22 is hinged to a cylinder 24, the bottom of the cylinder 24 is hinged to a base 25, an inclined plane is disposed in the base 25, and one end of the inclined plane located at the cylinder 24 is lower than the other end.

During operation, the cylinder 24 is extended to drive the collecting box 22 to rotate around the bottom frame 23, so as to pour out the materials in the collecting box 22.
