The drying mechanism 1 comprises an air pump 102 and a drying pipe 103, the drying pipe 103 is fixed inside a drying bin, a plurality of annular heating sheets 104 are fixed inside the drying pipe 103, a plurality of air inlet pipes 101 are fixed on the drying pipe 103, the air inlet pipes 101 are communicated with the inside of the drying pipe 103, the air pump 102 is fixed on the side surface of the treatment box 8, and the air outlet end of the air pump 102 is connected with the air inlet pipes 101 through hoses; to annular heating plate 104 circular telegram, annular heating plate 104 heats drying tube 103 inside air to drying to the cotton yarn, intake pipe 101 is pumped with the air to air pump 102, and inside drying tube 103 was carried by intake pipe 101 again, avoid the high temperature to lead to the cotton yarn to damage.

The conveying mechanism 2 comprises a guide roller 205 and two mounting plates 201, the two mounting plates 201 are fixed at the other end of the processing box 8, a material receiving roller 203 is rotatably arranged between the two mounting plates 201, a conveying motor 202 is fixed on one mounting plate 201, an output shaft of the conveying motor 202 is connected with the material receiving roller 203 through a coupling, the guide roller 205 is rotatably arranged in the drying bin, and the end parts of the material receiving roller 203 and the guide roller 205 are connected with a first pulley pair 204; conveying motor 202 drives through the output shaft and receives material roller 203 and rotate, receives material roller 203 and drives first pulley pair 204 and rotate, and first pulley pair 204 drives guide roll 205 and rotates, and guide roll 205 leads cotton yarn to make inside cotton yarn carries stoving pipe 103.

In the present embodiment, the above fixing manners are all the simplest common fixing manners in the field, such as welding and bolt connection; in this embodiment, the above electrical devices, such as the conveying motor 202 and the water pump 403, are all prior art products, and can be purchased and used directly, and the detailed description is omitted.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

cotton yarn passes through between the second guide wheel set 605 and the second extrusion wheel set 604, the cotton yarn is reciprocated, turned and inserted between the first guide wheel set 603 and the second guide wheel set 605 to increase the contact area of the cotton yarn with the beating frame 506, the cotton yarn is positioned between the beating plate 503 and the beating frame 506, finally the cotton yarn passes through between the first extrusion wheel 602 and the first guide wheel set 603, the turning motor 607 drives the second belt pulley pair 608 to rotate through an output shaft, the second belt pulley pair 608 drives the first extrusion wheel 602 and the second extrusion wheel 604 to rotate, the first extrusion wheel 602 and the second extrusion wheel 604 drive the first guide wheel set 603 and the second guide wheel set 605 to rotate, the first guide wheel set 603 and the second guide wheel set 605 drive the cotton yarn to move, the water pump 403 pumps water to the water spray pipe 501 through water, the water spray pipe 501 sprays water into the spray groove 507, so as to wash the cotton yarn, the beating motor 504 drives the rotating disc 508 to rotate through an output shaft, the rotating disc 508 drives the rotating clamping plate 510 to reciprocate up and down, the rotating clamping plate 510 reciprocates to extrude the arc-shaped groove plate 509, the arc-shaped groove plate 509 drives the beating plate 503 to slide in a reciprocating manner in the beating frame 506, the beating plate 503 performs reciprocating beating on cotton yarns to remove dust and water on the cotton yarns, sewage flows into the water storage tank 404 through the water outlet 11, the filter screen 402 filters the sewage so as to be convenient to reuse, the conveying motor 202 drives the material receiving roller 203 to rotate through the output shaft, the material receiving roller 203 drives the first pulley pair 204 to rotate, the first pulley pair 204 drives the guide roller 205 to rotate, the guide roller 205 guides the cotton yarns so that the cotton yarns are conveyed into the drying pipe 103 to electrify the annular heating plate 104, the annular heating plate 104 heats air in the drying pipe 103 so as to dry the cotton yarns, air pump 102 is with air pump delivery to intake pipe 101, and inside the stoving pipe 103 was carried by intake pipe 101 again, avoid the high temperature to lead to the cotton yarn to damage, receive material roller 203 and collect the cotton yarn after the stoving, accomplish the cotton yarn washing, improved the effect of cotton yarn washing.

In conclusion, the circulation mechanism 4, the cleaning mechanism 5 and the steering mechanism 6 are matched, so that the cotton yarn can be washed and beaten in a reciprocating manner, the dust on the cotton yarn can be removed quickly, and the cleaning effect of the cotton yarn is improved; the circulation mechanism 4 is matched with the treatment box 8, so that sewage after cotton yarn cleaning can be recovered and filtered, and can be reused, the utilization rate of water resources is improved, and the device is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the drying mechanism 1 is matched with the conveying mechanism 2, so that the cleaned cotton yarns can be dried and collected, and the deformation of the cotton yarns is avoided.
