After the computer mainframe is placed on the supporting base 1, under the elastic pushing action of the externally-mounted vortex spring group 13, the connecting shaft lever 6 rotates inwards to push the noise reduction protective shell 7 to be correspondingly arranged on the outer side of the computer mainframe in parallel, meanwhile, the top plate 8 pushes the rubber fixing block 9 to be arranged on the upper end of the computer mainframe in an extruding way, at the moment, the metal block 10 is arranged on the outer side of the computer mainframe in a fitting way, when the computer mainframe runs, certain heat is generated by the computer mainframe along with the increase of the service time, the heat of the computer mainframe is absorbed and transmitted to the radiating fin 73 by the metal block 10, the radiating fin 73 outwards radiates the heat through the outer opening of the rectangular groove 71 to realize the rapid radiating action, meanwhile, the metal block 10 and the radiating fin 73 are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the noise reduction protective shell 7 under the elastic pushing connection of the shock absorption spring 74, when certain vibration and noise are generated during the running of the computer mainframe, the metal block 10 can buffer part of the vibration force of the host machine through the elastic action of the buffer spring 74, thereby reducing part of the use noise, keeping the relative stability of the host machine in the operation process and improving the use effect of the device.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, according to the structure shown in the figures 1-9, the computer mainframe is placed on the supporting base 1, under the action of the elastic thrust of the externally-arranged vortex spring group 13, the connecting shaft lever 6 is controlled to rotate towards the side, the connecting shaft lever 6 controls the noise reduction protective shell 7 to be correspondingly arranged at the side of the computer mainframe, the top plate 8 controls the rubber fixing block 9 to be limited at the top of the computer mainframe, the partial structure can limit the computer inside the device, meanwhile, the structures such as the metal block 10, the radiating fin 73, the cushioning spring 74 and the like arranged at the inner side of the noise reduction protective shell 7 can realize the functions of fast heat dissipation, cushioning and noise reduction, the use functionality of the device applied to the outside of the computer mainframe is increased, when the environment humidity applied to the computer mainframe is larger, the humidity sensor 14 senses the change of the environment humidity, and controls the fan 11 and the heating pipe 12 to operate, the device discharges heat outwards from the air outlet groove 42, and the automatic telescopic rod 22 is operated to push the fixed rod 19 and the inner rotary ring 18 to move in a transverse reciprocating manner, the forward and reverse reciprocating rotation of the twist rod 16 is controlled under the rotating action of the inner rotary ring 18, the transmission gear 17 fixed on the side surface of the twist rod 16 controls the driving ring 43 and the corresponding adjusting rod 4 to rotate in a reciprocating manner through the meshing connecting structure, the influence of the air outlet groove 42 formed on the side on the surrounding environment gas can be enlarged in the rotating process of the adjusting rod 4, the gas humidity of the placing environment of the computer mainframe is controlled, and the waterproof and moistureproof effects of the device on the application of the computer are improved.
