When an Alternating Current (AC) power supply is modulated to rated voltage (0.5 KV-2.5 KV) through the first step-up transformer 5, because sine waves, magnetic lines and magnetic fields are generated when the coil and the iron core of the transformer are mutually transformed and transmitted, when the output side of the first step-up transformer 5 is connected with a conduction device, namely a receiver, the sine waves surround the receiver to form a magnetic field, and the receiver generates inductive micro-seismic waves through the magnetic absorption and vibration effects, and the frequency of the micro-seismic waves is 100-120 Hz.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the susceptor is made of a cylindrical or sheet metal, the metal may be iron, copper, silver, or stainless steel, and the release distance of the microwave depends on the material of the susceptor and the rated voltage. Generally, the greater the rated voltage, the greater the release distance of the microwave. In practice, the receptacle may be used in a refrigerator or freezer.

The principle of traditional quick freezing is to freeze food materials at ultralow temperature (-50 ℃), and the purpose is to ensure that water molecules quickly pass through a freezing temperature range (0-4 ℃) so as to reduce the damage of ice crystals to the food materials by shortening the freezing time. Therefore, the lower the temperature of quick freezing is, the shorter the time of passing through the freezing temperature zone is, the less the damage to the food caused by freezing is, and the invention can not only make the water molecules not frozen at 0 to-4 ℃ but also improve the heat conductivity of the food material when being frozen by resonating the micro-shock wave and the water molecules in the food material, so as to freeze the inside and the outside of the food simultaneously. Therefore, the food can be frozen at the temperature of-20 ℃, the quality of the frozen food material is higher than that of quick freezing, and the high refrigeration energy consumption cost required by the traditional quick freezing is avoided.

Referring to fig. 3-4 together, it can be seen from fig. 3 that the structure of the bean curd subjected to the ordinary freezing and thawing treatment is broken to be in the frozen bean curd state, and the frozen and thawed bean curd subjected to the micro-shock wave is still in the soft bean curd state. As another specific embodiment of the present invention, a power supply indicating circuit includes: power switch 2, power indicator 4 and fuse 3.

One end of the power switch 2 is connected with one end of the power supply 1; one end of the power supply indicator lamp 4 is connected with the other end of the power supply switch 2; one end of the fuse 3 is connected with the other end of the power indicator 4, and the other end of the fuse 3 is connected with the other end of the power source 1.
