the clamp is an open ring-shaped piece processed by elastic metal materials, and two open ends of the clamp are respectively provided with corresponding bolt connecting holes;

According to the positioning clamp, the end part of the thin-wall cylindrical part to be processed is clamped through the soft jaw chuck, so that the clamping force is reduced, and the workpiece deformation is avoided; the suspended part of the thin-walled cylindrical part to be processed is clamped and sleeved by the supporting sleeve, so that chatter marks generated by resonance of the workpiece and the cutter bar are eliminated, surface defects such as indentation and scratch of the surface of the workpiece caused by the central frame are avoided, and the processed size meets the process requirements.

the supporting sleeve 2 is a flexible sleeve with the inner diameter matched with the outer diameter of the thin-wall cylindrical part 5 to be processed;

the clamp 3 is an open ring-shaped piece processed by elastic metal materials, and two open ends of the clamp 3 are respectively provided with corresponding bolt 4 connecting holes;
