Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle sensorless payment device, which includes a collection device, an automatic recognition photographing device, a license plate recognition chip, a portrait recognition chip, and a server, where the collection device is configured to collect multiple sets of vehicle payment records of multiple toll stations, and each set of the vehicle payment records includes license plate information, driver identity, and driver account information and is uploaded to the server; the automatic recognition photographing device is used for acquiring a vehicle image and a driver image of a current toll station, sending the vehicle image to the license plate recognition chip and sending the driver image to the portrait recognition chip; the license plate recognition chip is used for recognizing license plate information according to the vehicle image and uploading the license plate information to the server; the portrait recognition chip is used for recognizing the identity of a driver according to the driver image and uploading the driver identity to the server; the server side is used for acquiring the vehicle owner identity and the vehicle owner account information according to the license plate information, judging whether a driver is a vehicle owner or not according to the driver identity and the vehicle owner identity, deducting the cost according to the vehicle owner account information when the driver is the vehicle owner, searching the driver account information according to the driver identity and the license plate information when the driver is not the vehicle owner, and deducting the cost according to the driver account information.

The acquisition device can be a storage, and vehicle payment records can be input manually or can be acquired by identifying after the vehicle images are acquired at each toll station through the automatic identification photographing device. In detail, the vehicle payment record includes license plate information, driver identity, and driver account information. The vehicle payment record is uploaded to the server, and the automatic recognition photographing device obtains the vehicle image and the driver image of the current toll station, so that the vehicle image and the driver image are recognized in real time through the portrait recognition chip and the license plate recognition chip, and the license plate information and the driver identity of the image are recognized and then uploaded to the server. The server judges whether the driver is the vehicle owner according to the current license plate information and the driver identity, when the driver is the vehicle owner, the charge is deducted by using the account information of the vehicle owner, when the driver is not the vehicle owner, whether the vehicle payment record is stored is analyzed, and when the vehicle payment record exists, the charge is deducted according to the account information of the driver, so that the vehicle can pass quickly. And utilize the payment record to look for driver information, can prevent to cause car owner's economic loss to avoid damaging interim navigating mate's interests. The above devices can be implemented by using existing equipment, and are not specifically exemplified herein.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a vehicle sensorless payment apparatus includes an automatic interception apparatus for receiving a charge deduction signal from the service end, and intercepting a vehicle by the automatic interception apparatus when the charge deduction fails. The charge deduction signal sent by the server is automatically sent according to the identity of the owner of the vehicle, and the detailed description is omitted here. Optionally, the service end can also send a signal for deducting the fee through manual operation. The automatic intercepting apparatus may be an intercepting bar device applied to a parking lot or an expressway toll station, and its structure and control mode are the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.

The Memory may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.

The chip is an integrated circuit chip with signal Processing capability, and may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.

It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in fig. 2 is merely illustrative and that the vehicle non-sensory payment device may include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 2 or may have a different configuration than shown in fig. 2. The components shown in fig. 2 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.

In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.

In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.

The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

To sum up, the vehicle non-inductive payment method and device provided by the embodiment of the application:

by collecting a plurality of groups of vehicle payment records of a plurality of toll stations, each group of data comprises license plate information, driver identity and driver account information, the driver information of different vehicles can be managed conveniently and uniformly, and the monitoring on the road environment is improved; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a vehicle image and a driver image of a current toll station, identifying license plate information according to the vehicle image, obtaining vehicle owner identity and vehicle owner account information through the license plate information, and identifying the driver identity according to the driver image, so that whether the driver identity is a vehicle owner is judged according to the vehicle owner identity, when the driver is the vehicle owner, direct deduction is carried out through the vehicle owner account information, vehicle noninductive payment is achieved, the use in occasions such as a parking lot and a toll station is met, the payment efficiency is improved, and the smooth passing of a road is met; when the driver is not the owner of the vehicle, corresponding driver account information is searched according to the driver identity and the license plate information, so that when the driver repeatedly drives the vehicle, the cost is deducted according to the driver account information, the problem that the efficiency is reduced because the driver account cannot be searched is solved, and the damage to the benefits of other people caused by directly deducting the cost can be avoided.
