B. controlling the conveyor belt and the forming mechanism to operate alternately, enabling the single conveying distance of the conveyor belt to be consistent with the range of a mold cavity in the forming mechanism, arranging soft plastic base materials on a discharging plate in sequence in a regular mode after forming, and pressing down a packaging material roller for packaging;

C. and after the packaging is finished, the multi-shaft mechanical arm picks up the packaged product to the corresponding branch belt, and the packaged product is extruded by the extrusion plate to restore the natural shape.

The invention relates to the field of plastic products or packaging, in particular to a soft plastic forming packaging machine and a using method thereof.

Background

The choice of plastic molding depends mainly on the type of plastic (thermoplastic or thermosetting), the starting morphology and the shape and dimensions of the article; common methods for processing thermoplastics include extrusion, injection molding, calendering, blow molding, thermoforming and the like, and thermosetting plastics are generally processed by die pressing, transfer molding and also by injection molding; plastic molding is a process of making plastic in various forms (powders, pellets, solutions and dispersions) into articles or blanks of desired shape; the molding method can be as many as thirty; lamination, molding and thermoforming are the shaping of plastics on a flat surface; the plastic processing method can be used for rubber processing; further, casting using a liquid monomer or polymer as a raw material, and the like; among these methods, extrusion and injection molding are the most used and the most basic molding method.

Blow molding (which is a secondary processing of plastics) is a processing method in which a hollow plastic parison is blown up and deformed by means of compressed air, and is cooled and shaped to obtain a plastic part. The method mainly comprises hollow blow molding and film blow molding, and when the next blow molding product is in the final packaging stage, the plastic product is deformed due to the packaging pressure, so that the packaging success rate is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a soft plastic forming and packaging machine and a using method thereof.

B. controlling the conveyor belt and the forming mechanism to operate alternately, enabling the single conveying distance of the conveyor belt to be consistent with the range of a mold cavity in the forming mechanism, arranging soft plastic base materials on a discharging plate in sequence in a regular mode after forming, and pressing down a packaging material roller for packaging;

C. and after the packaging is finished, the multi-shaft mechanical arm picks up the packaged product to the corresponding branch belt, and the packaged product is extruded by the extrusion plate to restore the natural shape.

The invention solves the defects in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the invention, the forming mechanism, the transmission mechanism and the clamping device are sequentially connected, and the three are kept consistent in operation speed, so that the soft plastic forming and packaging efficiency is ensured, and meanwhile, the soft plastic material which is excessively extruded can be physically repaired through the extrusion plate in the clamping device, thereby improving the yield of the packaged product.

(2) The packaging mechanism comprises a packaging material roller capable of lifting and a discharge plate arranged corresponding to the packaging material roller, and can arrange the soft plastic base products fed from the forming mechanism according to a regular sequence, so as to avoid the problem that the upper package cannot be accurately matched with the soft plastic base due to no arrangement, in addition, the discharge plate and the packaging material roller rotate relatively, so that in the process of attaching the upper package to the soft plastic base, the packaging process is realized by pressing the packaging material roller downwards and gradually attaching the packaging material roller to the soft plastic base, and compared with the direct up-down pressing, the up-down movement of the packaging material roller is matched with the sliding of the material roller, so that the pressing process is more flexible, and the damage rate of the soft plastic product in the packaging process is reduced; it should also be noted that, preferably, the grooves are regularly arranged on the surface of the discharging plate, so as to further ensure the orderly arrangement of the soft plastic bases on the discharging plate.

(3) The width height of the conveying belt is lower than the upper plane height of the mold cavity, so that the soft plastic product is not influenced by height difference in the process of entering the packaging mechanism from the forming mechanism, and the soft plastic product can enter the conveying range of the conveying roller in a vibration or other transmission mode after being ejected out of the mold cavity by the ejection mechanism.

(4) When the soft plastic backing material conveying device is used, the front edge of the soft plastic backing material needs to penetrate through the upper space of the die cavity and be attached to the head end position of the conveying path of the conveying belt, and it should be appreciated that even if the die cavities are attached tightly, gaps are reserved, namely, partial waste materials exist between the die cavities and the outer contour position of the forming mechanism, the waste materials are continuous grid material sections, the waste materials can play a role of pulling the subsequent soft plastic backing material while being conveyed on the conveying roller, so that the subsequent soft plastic backing material can be smoothly added into the forming mechanism, and meanwhile, the waste material roller is arranged near the packaging mechanism and can collect the waste material sections.

C. after the packaging is finished, the multi-axis manipulator 41 picks up the packaged product to the corresponding branch belt 42, and the packaged product is extruded by the extrusion plate 43 to restore the natural shape.

According to the invention, the forming mechanism 1, the conveying mechanism 2 and the clamping device 4 are sequentially connected, and the operation speeds of the three are kept consistent, so that the soft plastic forming and packaging efficiency is ensured, and meanwhile, the soft plastic material which is excessively extruded can be physically repaired through the extrusion plate 43 in the clamping device 4, thereby improving the yield of the packaged product.

The packaging mechanism 3 comprises a packaging material roller 31 capable of lifting and a discharging plate 32 arranged corresponding to the packaging material roller 31, soft plastic base products fed from a forming mechanism 1 can be arranged regularly in sequence, the problem that upper packaging cannot be matched with the soft plastic base accurately due to no arrangement is avoided, specifically, a limiting rod 33 facing the surface of the discharging plate 32 is arranged near the discharging plate 32, the passing plastic products can be shifted and the orientation of the passing plastic products can be adjusted to accord with the pressing route of the packaging material roller 31, in addition, the discharging plate 32 and the packaging material roller 31 rotate relatively, so that the packaging material roller 31 presses downwards to be gradually jointed with the soft plastic base in the jointing process of the upper packaging and the soft plastic base, the packaging process is realized, and compared with the direct connection of pressing of the upper type and the lower type, the up-down movement and the sliding matching of the material roller in the invention can ensure that the pressing process is more flexible, thereby reducing the damage rate of the soft plastic product in the packaging process; it should also be noted that, preferably, the grooves are regularly arranged on the surface of the discharging plate 32, so as to further ensure the soft plastic bases to be orderly arranged on the discharging plate 32.

The breadth height of the conveying belt is lower than the upper plane height of the die cavity, so that the soft plastic product cannot be influenced by height difference in the process of entering the packaging mechanism 3 from the forming mechanism 1, and the soft plastic product is extruded and collided.

In the using process of the invention, the front edge of the soft plastic backing material needs to penetrate through the upper space of the die cavity and be attached to the head end position of the conveying path of the conveying belt, and it should be realized that even if the die cavities are attached tightly, gaps are left, namely, partial waste materials exist between the die cavities and the outer contour position of the forming mechanism 1, the waste materials are continuous grid material sections, the waste materials can play a role of pulling the subsequent soft plastic backing material while being conveyed on the conveying roller 21, so that the subsequent soft plastic backing material can be smoothly added into the forming mechanism 1, and meanwhile, the waste material roller 34 is arranged near the packaging mechanism 3, so that the waste material sections can be collected.
