As shown in fig. 4, the water wiping and dust removing device 7 for wiping after the aluminum plate is sprayed is installed at one side of the spraying device 6, and the water wiping and dust removing device 7 comprises a ball nut group 701, a connecting plate 702, a scraping strip 703, a connecting piece 704, a conveying roller 705, a first bidirectional screw 706, a first installing frame 707 and a first rotating motor 708, the connecting plate 702 is fixed at one side of the ball nut group 701, the scraping strip 703 is installed below the connecting plate 702, one end of the connecting piece 704 is fixedly connected with one side of the other ball nut group 701, a rubber pad is wrapped on the surface of the conveying roller 705, one end of the first bidirectional screw 706 penetrates through the first installing frame 707 and the ball nut group 701 and is rotatably connected with the lower part inside the first installing frame 707, the other end of the first bidirectional screw 706 is fixedly connected with the output end of the first rotating motor 708, the first rotating motor 708 is fixed above the first installing frame 707, the first installing frame 707 is installed at one side above the water storage tank 1, the conveying roller 705 is rotatably connected with the connecting piece 704, the first rotating motor 708 is electrically connected with the controller through an electric wire, the ball nut group 701, the connecting plate 702, the scraping strip 703, the first bidirectional screw 706, the first mounting frame 707 and the first rotating motor 708 form a lifting mechanism, the lifting distance range of the lifting mechanism is 10-15cm, the first bidirectional screw 706 is driven to move by the first rotating motor 708 in the working process, the ball nut group 701 is driven to move relatively by the first bidirectional screw 706 in the moving process, the connecting plate 702 is driven to move in the same direction by the ball nut group 701 in the relative moving process, the scraping strip 703 is driven to move in the same direction by the connecting plate 702 in the relative moving process, the scraping strip 703 is respectively in contact with two sides of the aluminum plate, meanwhile, water and dust on the surfaces on two sides of the aluminum plate are scraped by the scraping strip 703, and the relative distance between the connecting plates 702 is changed by the first rotating motor 708, thereby make things convenient for the aluminum plate of different models and size to clean the processing, whole elevating system lift distance interval is 5cm simultaneously, and when whole lift reached the interval of biggest lift distance, not only convenient minimum thickness and the aluminum plate of maximum thickness cleaned the processing this moment.

As shown in fig. 6, a polishing device 8 for polishing after wiping an aluminum plate is installed on one side of the water wiping and dust removing device 7, and the polishing device 8 comprises an installation plate 801, a limiting groove 802, a threaded rod 803, a pressing block 804, a rotating nut 805, a first wire block 806, a reciprocating motor 807, a second installation frame 808, a driving bevel gear 809, a screw 810, a driven bevel gear 811, a second wire block 812, a second bidirectional screw 813, a third installation frame 814 and a second rotating motor 815, wherein the limiting groove 802 is formed above the installation plate 801, 2 sets of the limiting groove 802 are provided, the limiting groove 802 is symmetrically arranged about the center line of the installation plate 801, and the two sides of fine sand paper installed at the bottom of the installation plate 801 are changed by the limiting groove 802, so that the fine sand paper installed at the bottom 801 of the installation plate is always in a tensioned state, and the situation that the fine sand paper is loosened during the movement of the installation plate 801 is avoided, thereby affecting the polishing treatment of the fine sand paper on the surface of the aluminum plate, and the two sides of the pressing block 804 are clamped and installed in the limiting groove 802 through the limiting groove 802, and simultaneously achieving the effect of fixing the two sides of the fine sand paper, two groups of limiting grooves 802 are arranged in sequence, thus not only embodying the practicability of the limiting groove 802 but also embodying the symmetry and the aesthetic property of the limiting groove 802, the threaded rod 803 penetrates through the pressing block 804, one end of the threaded rod 803 is fixedly connected with the upper part of the mounting plate 801, the rotating nut 805 penetrates through the other end of the threaded rod 803, and the rotating nut 805 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 803, the mounting plate 801, the limiting grooves 802, 803, the threaded rod, the pressing block 804 and the rotating nut 805 form a rotating mechanism, the rotating angle range of the rotating mechanism is 0-360 degrees, through manually rotating the rotating nut 805, thereby the relative distance height between the rotating nut 805 and the threaded rod 803 is changed, and simultaneously through manually changing the relative distance height between the pressing block 804 and the limiting groove 802, make things convenient for the installation and the fixed processing of fine sand paper in proper order to be connected succinctly and clear between whole rotary mechanism part and the part, whole rotary mechanism all adopts pure part to rotate and connect the processing simultaneously, embodies the simple and convenient and practical's of whole rotary mechanism design effect characteristics in proper order.

As shown in fig. 5, the bottom of a first wire block 806 is fixedly connected with a mounting plate 801 through a mounting column, one end of a reciprocating motor 807 penetrates through a second mounting frame 808 to be fixed with a driving bevel gear 809, the reciprocating motor 807 is fixed at one side above the second mounting frame 808, one end of a screw rod 810 penetrates through the first wire block 806, the other end of the screw rod 810 is fixed with a driven bevel gear 811, the screw rod 810 is rotatably mounted inside the second mounting frame 808 through a mounting piece, the driven bevel gear 811 is meshed with the driving bevel gear 809, one side of the second wire block 812 is fixedly connected with one side of the second mounting frame 808, one end of a second bidirectional screw rod 813 penetrates through a third mounting frame 814 and the second wire block 812 to be rotatably connected with the bottom inside the second mounting frame 808, the other end of the second bidirectional screw rod 813 is fixedly connected with one end of a second rotating motor 815, the second rotating motor 815 is fixed above the third mounting frame 814, the third mounting frame 814 is mounted at one side above a water storage tank 1, the reciprocating motor 807 and the second rotating motor 815 are electrically connected with the controller through electric wires, the first wire block 806, the reciprocating motor 807, the second mounting frame 808, the driving bevel gear 809, the screw rod 810 and the driven bevel gear 811 form a reciprocating mechanism, the reciprocating distance range of the reciprocating mechanism is 5-10cm, the driving bevel gear 809 is driven to move in the working process of the reciprocating motor 807, the driven bevel gear 811 is driven to move in the moving process of the driving bevel gear 809, the screw rod 810 is driven to move in the moving process of the driven bevel gear 811, the first wire block 806 is driven to move left and right in the moving process of the screw rod 810 in sequence, the mounting plate 801 is driven to move in the same direction in the left and right moving process of the first wire block 806, so that the surfaces on two sides of the aluminum plate are polished, the reciprocating distance interval of the whole reciprocating mechanism is 5cm, and the reciprocating motor 807 performs reverse movement processing when the whole reciprocating mechanism reaches the maximum reciprocating distance.

The working principle is as follows: in the embossing machine for processing the aluminum plate with the surface pretreatment function, water is injected into the water storage tank 1 manually, the water injection is stopped when the water is injected at a certain height, then the first rotating motor 708 and the second rotating motor 815 are respectively started to work through the controller, the first rotating motor 708 drives the first bidirectional screw rod 706 to move in the working process, the ball nut group 701 is driven to move relatively in the first mounting frame 707 in the movement process of the first bidirectional screw rod 706, the connecting plate 702 is driven to move in the same direction in the relative movement process of the ball nut group 701, the connecting piece 704 is driven to move in the same direction in the relative movement process of the ball nut group 701, the first rotating motor 708 is stopped to work through the controller when the connecting plate 702 moves at a corresponding distance, the second rotating motor 815 drives the second bidirectional screw rod 813 to move in the working process of the second bidirectional screw rod 813, the second screw rod 812 is driven to move in the third mounting frame 814 in the movement process of the second bidirectional screw rod 813, and the second wire block 812 drives the second mounting frame 808 to move in the same direction during the movement process, the second mounting frame 808 drives the mounting plate 801 to move relatively during the movement process, when the mounting plate 801 moves to a corresponding distance, the second rotating motor 815 is stopped by the controller again, the water pump 603, the reciprocating motor 807 and the machine body 5 are started by the controller in sequence, water in the water storage tank 1 is conveyed to the conveying pipe 604 and the pipeline connecting head group 605 through the filter frame 601 and the filter core 602 during the operation process of the water pump 603, water entering the conveying pipe 604 and the pipeline connecting head group 605 is conveyed to the inside of the spraying pipe 607 through the connecting pipe 606, meanwhile, water entering the inside of the spraying pipe 607 is sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 608, the sprayed water flows to the inside of the water storage tank 1 through the flow guide block 2, the reciprocating motor 807 drives the driving bevel gear 809 during the operation process, the driving bevel gear 809 during the movement process of the driving bevel gear 809 drives the driven bevel gear 811 to move, the lead screw 810 is driven to move in the movement process of the driven bevel gear 811, the first wire block 806 and the mounting plate 801 are driven to move left and right in the movement process of the lead screw 810, the aluminum plate is conveyed and embossed by the equipment and the conveying roller 70 in the working process of the machine body 5, the aluminum plate is cut and collected by other equipment again after being embossed, the corresponding equipment stops working by the controller again after the fine sand paper is used for a certain period of time, then the rotary nut 805 is manually rotated, the rotary nut 805 and the threaded rod 803 move relatively, after the rotary nut 805 is separated from the pressing block 804, both sides of the fine sand paper are in a loose state with the limiting groove 802, then the fine sand paper is manually separated from the mounting plate 801, the reverse step is repeated again to mount the sand sucking paper on the bottom of the mounting plate 801, and when the water in the water storage tank 1 is used for a certain period of time, the sand paper is connected with the water outlet pipe 3 through a water pipe, then the water outlet valve 4 is rotated, at this time, the water is discharged through the water outlet pipe 3, after the water is discharged, the above reverse steps are repeated again to perform the operation and the water injection treatment, so that the whole operation is completed, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is well known to those skilled in the art.
