At present, the maintenance of the lubricating system usually adopts a direct replacement method, which has high cost, takes long time and has great influence on the operation of equipment.

In summary, there is a gap in the prior art lubrication system cleaning scheme, and a solution is urgently needed.

The blockage of the lubricating system cannot be early-warned and timely treated in advance, but the blockage of the lubricating system happens occasionally, so that adverse effects are caused to the operation of the bearing, the stable operation of equipment is directly influenced, and the response cannot be carried out according to the difference of the operation state of the lubricating system. The cleaning equipment is controlled according to the pipeline pressure of the lubricating system, namely the cleaning equipment is started and stopped according to the pipeline pressure change condition of the lubricating system, the faster the pressure change value of the lubricating system is, the higher the blockage risk of the lubricating system is, and the cleaning equipment needs to operate and clean the pipeline of the lubricating system and the lubricating grease distribution device, and vice versa. The invention judges whether the system needs to be cleaned or not according to the maximum value of the pipeline pressure of the lubricating system, but according to the pressure change value of the pipeline, thereby early warning and taking cleaning measures can be carried out, and the blockage risk can be thoroughly eliminated. After the cleaning is finished, the lubricating system is started, the pipeline pressure is monitored and compared with the standard pipeline pressure, and the pipeline pressure is confirmed to reach the standard pressure value. If the standard value is not reached, the cleaning equipment is started again. If the standard pressure value is not reached again, an alarm state is entered, and a maintenance program is entered. The method of the invention is simple to control and easy to realize.

The invention is automatically completed by a set program in the control unit, and in the program circulation process, as the cleaning system is started according to the pressure difference value of the pipeline of the lubricating system, the reaction speed is high, and the cleaning system is not related to the running time parameter of the lubricating system, the misoperation and the risk of pipeline explosion caused by the measurement extreme value can be effectively avoided. The cleaning time is determined by establishing a standard functional relationship with the performance parameters of the cleaning solution according to the lubricating grease properties of the bearing lubrication system, working environment parameters, system operation frequency, pipeline length, pipeline diameter and the like.
